I don't remember the hostesses name however she was the best hostesses that my mom and I have had in a long time. Even though she was not our waitress she came over and sat and talked to us and made sure everything was okay. I will definitely be back to see her soon. I would definitely recommend this place the waitress we had was very nice also the manager also came and asked if we had everything okay my steak was medium rare and that's exactly why I wanted it it was perfect. My mom ordered a half a rack of ribs and they were delicious also she said

Overall I would happily rate this 5 out of 5. Excellent 👌 food. Steak was tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly. The sweet potato was so good my son ate most of it 😄. The cookie skillet is a 10. I wouldn't mind a bit more ice cream but my hubby did eat most of it. The only thing I would say that bothered me is there was an "herbal" smell throughout the restaurant that reminded me of a familiar scent I would smell in the Amazon parking lot... Wink.

I told him that the cook made the best medium rare steak and the sweet potatoe was immaculate. This is one of my favorite places to go.. and it's all because of Jay :) We met Jay probably 10-15 years ago during a random trip into Outback. Ever since then he has not only become the server we go out of our way to see, but he's the server we text/call, exchange Christmas gifts with, and just the overall best guy. There are people in this world who change your life & Jay has changed mine. I'm really glad to know him and have gained a friend just by going to this restaurant!

Considering how busy they were, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got us to a table. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Our waitress was amazing and so personable! Felt like we were talking to an old friend. She came back to check on us often—we never had to ask for refills, or want for anything. My steak was cooked just right. It was honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a very long time. Thank you to the staff for making our date night a huge success!

We had a delightful time!! Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but our waiter Jay was beyond phenomenal. He went out of his way to be attentive and polite and by the end of our dinner we even got some advice on places to see since we just moved here. Would come back just to be his regular. Food wise the house salad was very fresh, the fries were phenomenally cooked and seasoned (not stale or bland at all), the prime rib was soft and juicy, the onion was as expected, and the tim tam brownie cake thing was also surprisingly good. Hadn't been to an outback in years, but clearly this one has made me change that outlook.

A few months ago I had written this place off. However, I gave it one more chance tonight. The appetizer I got was great as well as the margaritas. Our bartender, Stephanie, was so friendly and helpful! A few months ago I had been in, the bathrooms smelled like pee, and it grossed me out. Tonight they smelled great! I’d say the restaurant has improved a lot. Glad I came back!

Brenna our waitress was fantastic. Very attentive and made sure we were never without drinks. The manager Tara came around to check on our food and service. Only good things to say. We will definitely be back.

Unbelievably delicious steak. Absolutely first class 5 star service. Not a menu option I wouldn't recommend. Seriously, I would say it is the best steak house this side of the Mississippi.

Miranda greeted us and served our dinner with a beautiful smile, energy, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humor. Her knowledge of the menu, her helpful suggestions and attention were remarkable. Our drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert arrived hot, perfectly prepared, exactly as we ordered. Bloomin' shrimp, grilled shrimp, lobster and filet our drinks, and cheesecake were perfect. From her greeting to thoughtful suggestions (upselling,) dropping check, she made our dinner most enjoyable. Yes, I seeved in my younger years. Miranda is an excellent server! We tipped her well.

Amazing. My salad had a little too much dressing on it but drinks were on point. I highly recomend the flight of Margarita's.

We went there late and the staff was still very polite and courteous. Our steaks were delicious, juicy, and had a wonderful grilled flavor. The homemade salad dressings are delicious. I especially like the honey mustard one.

This place is legit. I went in for lunch and the employees treats you like family. The young manager by the name of Jayden was very kind and friendly. Even came and checked up on me to see if I needed anything and to see how everything was going. My waitress name Rachel was totally outstanding. Always made sure my drink was always filled. She was wonderful all the way around. I never get this kind of service anywhere else but here. Anyone that goes to this Outback would not be disappointed.

Had a great experience dining here with family. Highly recommend requesting Brenna as a server. She was very attentive and has a great personality. Enjoyed the blooming onion and pecan salad with blue cheese vinaigrette.

Our waitress Stacey was the best. Her service was excellent and she was the friendliest I have had wait on us at any Outback Steakhouse or other restaurants . The food was excellent also.

I haven’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in 5 years but being recently moved into the area I decided to give this one a try. I was expecting mediocrity but boy, I was blown away. The waitstaff was phenomenal and the porterhouse may be the best steak that I’ve ever ordered before. I came hungry and I left full. Surpassed my expectations.

Our dining experience started out great with host, Dan. We asked for bar booth seating and he jumped into bussing one since there weren't any available when we walked in. Next, our server Sharon made things fun but professional. Wings, Bone-in ribeye, and chicken dish were all excellent! She thanked me for my military service too! We can readily recommend this restaurant. And we will be back, requesting Sharon for our server!

Just having an Awesome blossom is worth the trip. But everything else was pretty awesome. My steak and Lobster Mac were delicious. The sirloin was done just right. Great place overall.

Perfect steak but without seasoning, the seasoning makes it more salty. The cheese steak dip was amazing and a must to try.

We visited for Valentine’s Day and even though there was a bit of a wait (inevitable on Valentine’s!), the service was really great. Our server Dan anticipated our needs even before we did! We didn’t have to ask for a thing. The food was also great - hot and tasty! Service that good on probably one of the busiest nights of the year deserves recognition. No shame in this game, I was craving a chain classic and Outback Steakhouse was a place I had not been in over 10 years! Time, work and life gets in the way of enjoying the small things like the original Bloomin’ Onion and holy moly we cleaned the plate, that thing is just a must if you’re going to Outback Steakhouse, truly! Ask anyone. You can’t die without eating one. Anyway, I had the Coconut Shrimp and Steakhouse Mac n Cheese for my meal, while my friend enjoyed a Rare Steak, and baked potato. Service was fabulous, food was on point and there were absolutely no questions about having a wonderful time. I guess that’s what you get when you go to a trusted American/Australian commercial restaurant, a good freakin’ time. #LGBTQIA Date Friendly, Family Friendly, Friendly and All Around Super Duper Location. me and my family go here regularly good food good staff. I care about my health and I love the fact that they cook their steaks on without using seed oils or gross pam on their grill. Always a consistent meal. There has never been an issue. We are here 2-3 times a month. My parents drive antique cars and the parking lot is safe for the old cars. Thank you!

I haven’t been to an Outback in years. We went early for lunch and we were the only ones there. The floor was slick from cleaning but other than that is was very clean. The front of the restaurant is around to the side, it would be helpful if there were a sign. We entered where you get takeout. Food was very good. Service was great.

Had an awesome experience with Alyssa, our server, who was absolutely delightful!! Food was good and the steak was actually seasoned (something a lot of restaurants neglect). Ordered ribeyes and they were a bit on the thin side for 18 ounces - bone-in does account for this though. I rate everything and the sides we ordered were tasty, not too salty or bland which says a lot about quality control and management of product. Reason for returning: definitely the service but glad to know you can count on a consistent steakhouse at a very reasonable price. See pic, my mom NEVER eats all her food and yes, she only ate the tips off the asparagus. Too cute.

We usually get takeout but once in a while we enjoy a meal in the restaurant, and our latest meal was delightful. Steve says it was the best cooked prime rib he thinks he's ever been served. Someone in the kitchen definitely knew what they were doing with meat Temps. My med rare was perfect. The new French onion topped sirloin was good but I did not care for the French onion dipping sauce which was a bit too oily. Great service, Great meal!

I get the Toowoomba Salmon and veggies. The. Best. Salmon. I. Ever. Had. The only "meat" I eat is fish so I know good fish. This hands down was worth it. What was even better was our second visit here was just as amazing as the first. This last time I wanted a salad. At other places I get the shrimp and a salad and mix it. Exactly like that here but a billion times better. Every time we go here, the salmon is cooked to perfection. These cooks kill it. It's amazing. A very very underrated restaurant with great cooks and two great servers, Paul & Dan!!!

Probably the quietest location I've been to in this chain, and a bit more brightly lit than we like We stopped in about a half hour before closing and had a couple burgers after running errands nearby. Food was as expected and the service was fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We'll be back again when we're in the neighborhood.

We’ve always had good luck with the food here. Our first time back since the pandemic was very yummy gif he and decent, but not warm enough for him. My food came out perfectly cooked and warm. His wasn’t warm, but was good other than that. The service was good with a couple minor exceptions & I like the casual vibe there.

I love the variety of things u can get, the price is a little on the high side but that’s because the service and quality you get. The food was pretty great and done exactly as requested.

Delivery was fast considering it's freshly made. The steak was very tender. I ordered well done (don't judge) and I know they go by temp but it was still a little pink. Hence the 4 stars. The chicken was good but the fries were the best part. I got it with cheese. Overall I think it's over priced but it was decent. I may order from them again the next time I'm in town.

Seasoning was excellent, a little over cooked but the flavor couldn't slow me down on devouring this ribeye. potatoes were delicious, but the sautéed mushrooms are terrible. thankfully I ordered them on the side. all in all a good meal.

It has been a while since we ate at the Outback. She had the filet with shrimp and mashed potatoes. I had my favorite - special order prime rib. Did you know you can order a prime rib from 12 oz to 28 oz? I normally order mine med rare with the wood fired finish. I was told they no longer offer the wood fire finish. Sad so I settled for a 20 oz prime rib with fries. We both started with ceasar salads - they were over dressed. Service was excellent and the drinks always filled. I will be back.

I didn't go inside. I got take out so I can not comment on the atmosphere. I ordered a ribeye. It was cooked properly to what I asked for. The potato could of been cooked a little longer. The petal sauce was a little salty for my taste but overall it was a good meal for the price. Will definitely be going back.

I'll just start with our waitress was the only star worthy part of the experience. Restaurant was not too busy. Greeted by two hostesses who could not find my join wait-list entry. One of them replied "we'll go ahead and seat you anyway"??? Plenty of empty tables, however struggled to seat my party of five? Food was good overall with one costly exception, my son's Melbourne porterhouse was disgustingly littered with gristle. He didn't say anything until nearly the end of the meal or we would have sent it back. He left the better part of a $34.99 menu item on his plate! Be wary of a not too busy restaurant. I will definitely consider other options when taking my family out for dinner!!!

Food: Okay - Subpar. Presentation was Excellent but the taste was not. Lobster tails were salty, mac and cheese tasteless, the bread was cold, and fries soggy. How did we get here Outback? Service: Good - Server was polite and attentive. Got us warm bread upon request. Overall: Not Recommend - I loved Outback but not all are created equal. This place needs help!

We were a party of 9 with a reservation at 8:30 and they close at 9:30pm. We were quickly seated and started ordering. Nothing bad but it did seem like the food was a little on the not the best side but then again we came an hour before closing. I did call earlier in the day and made a reservation. Service was great. 12.8.25 Service was great again. Food was ok. Boomerang mozzarella sticks were good but the sauce was chunky. Caesar salad had some brown lettuce in it that I ended up picking out. Steak was cooked correctly but was a little to seasoned for my liking.

I always dine at Outback whenever I go to US. I dined at Outback a lot when I was a teenager. I kind of grew up with it. Too bad Outback closed down all locations in Canada many years ago. Anyway, I had another opportunity to try this location. We were greeted well. All the staffs were friendly and happy face. Our waiter was great. She was friendly, talkative and helpful. We ordered Outback style Prime Rib, Centre cut sirloin. They were all below average quality. Last year,been to few more outback locations and they were all disappointed me. The prime rib had no flavor, I bet they boiled it to medium rare and grilled both side. The sirloins were chewy, not a nice cut. I loved the onion ball and the bread.

Honestly, I have not been to an Outback restaurant in many years, over 15 years. Now I remember why. The restaurant was not busy, but it took a little longer to get our drinks and food. Our waitress kept forgetting things we ordered, and we had to wait. The food was okay except the blooming onion was overcooked. Tasted very soggy and burnt. The food was between horrible and okay. My son’s burger and fries tasted worse than a school lunch and it was the adult meal. Husband’s protein and mine were borderline dry…vegetables were microwaved to death. Salads were okay. We were starving, so opted to eat. The only bright spot to our meal was the service. Brenna was a great server…just wished the food matched it. Won’t be back. It was not worth even the special they have going right now.

Before you read the review note that the manager was actually friendly and we did receive a partial refund for a meal. With that being said the service was terrible took 40 minutes to get a burger because we wanted it well done and we had a practically wrong slimy Burger. After I finally found the waitress who was too busy talking to the receptionist I finally had gotten the burger sent back only to wait an additional 20 minutes and still did not receive my burger once I spoke to the manager I received the burger and only at the very end right before we were to pay the waitress decided to come by and ask how everything was not once did she stop to see if we want to drinks not lunch did she come by to ask how our food was she was not even the one who had brought her food either time the only decent experience the entire time was the blooming onion which was delicious I believe if we had a different waitress in the burger was done well it would have been a decent experience.

First off, I put a order in for the BBQ kookaburo wings and a blooming onion , the wings were going to be a meal,so they brought out the wings and the blooming onion,and my wife still didn't get to order her food for for 20 minutes.they brought the blooming onion out and was so greasy it was hard to eat without soaking up the grease. My wife ordered the ribs and fries .they brought out my wings which were plain and the bar b q sauce was on the side with a tiny cup of sauce. Not your typical bar b q wings,they were semi hot. My wife's fries tasted so old ,the grease taste was horrible and un edible. The bill for all of that was $90.00 which included 3 beers. Never ever again!

Went to outback for father's day we had a party of 8 we were refused a table because they said they couldn't accommodate a party of 8 so we asked if we could get 2 four top tables and they said no we would have made a reservation but they don't take reservations so therefore we will never step foot at outback ever again. Our server was constantly flustered despite only having 3 tables. The restaurant was virtually empty, but our entrees didn't arrive for almost an hour, and everything was undercooked, including raw grey shrimp in the pasta. The manager was short with us when we showed them the raw food, and it took almost 45 minutes for the new entrees to come out. I worked in restaurants for many years, so I always do my best to be patient when things go wrong. I am sad to leave such a poor review, but this was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had.

Used the call ahead seating option and spoke with an employee who confirmed that we'd get seated at our arrival time. We gave our information. Once we arrived, we were told we'd have to wait 30 minutes. This was a really big deal since we were traveling with family. Very frustrated and all the hostesses said were that whoever we talked to made a mistake. There was no resolution and we left. Update: as recommended by the owner, I provided this feedback on Outback's website (contact page) and never received a response. Still frustrated and unresolved.

Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess glared at us for a good two minutes. Finally, I asked for a table for two. After she sat us, it was a very crowded space so my honey and I decided we would rather be at the bar. We got up and walked over to the hostess to ask if that was okay, upon which she once again, glared at us for another good 2-3 minutes, then stated it was inconvenient but she guessed we could go try to find a spot (in the near empty bar) she rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. I am not sure if she was rude because she was having a bad day or because she doesn't like a white woman and black man together. We felt extremely uncomfortable and spoke with a manager, who told us that she is just socially awkward... WHAT?!? WHY WOULD SHE BE YOUR HOSTESS IF SHE IS SOCIALLY AWKWARD?!? This was supposed to be our date night, and a kid free, fun one at that! It was ruined. The food was great, but the service was HORRIBLE!!

Our meal was $200 and there was a screw in our food and we were able to talk to the manager and he said the full meal was free and we’re about to leave and then he was like you guys are not gonna pay. I was like what do you mean? I thought the meal was free and he was like no we’re only able to takeoff $40. I was like why there’s a screw in our food my last time coming there worst manager ever service is very good though it wasn’t their fault.

Ordered via delivery. Pasta had a black hair in it and carrot cake was stale and piece was tiny. 44 dollars down the drain.

Food somewhat ok service is absolutely Atrocious

I drove 30 mins to get to this location because I don’t have an outback close to home. I was having a later night and wanted to catch a movie at the theater near by so I was going to run in and have a quick bite. I arrived at 9:30 when they close at 10. I tried to walk in and the front doors were locked. So I walked over to the Togo room where the doors were open and they told me that their kitchen closed at 9:30. First off if that’s true why did you lock the front door if people can still come in for a drink? And secondly since when did outback start closing their kitchen early before they close? I’ve been to many outback and blooming brands locations before and they’ve always stayed open until their posted hours. I had to drive to Texas Roadhouse to get dinner where they gladly took me. And I wasn’t able to make the movie I wanted to see because I had to take the time to drive somewhere else.

We came here once 2 years and they kept giving our food to other tables. After an hour and a half, we got our food and they comped our meal. Tried to go there again tonight. We got a reservation and when we went in at our time, they said the reservation isn't your sit down time, you don't go on the wait list till you go in, so a reservation doesn't actually matter. It was a 45 minute wait for our 6:15 reservation, so we left. We have given up on them.

manager said this is “medium”… we rarely come to outback but we had a gift card so we decided to go. don’t know if we’ll be returning after the experience we had… my bf always gets his steak medium & there’s never any problems but this time his steak came out “medium” but looked rare. we’re not ones to complain ever & he’s definitely not but we asked for it to be fixed & the first red flag was that she took the steak he had already cut into & touched back to the kitchen.. i work in the food industry & that’s not allowed. then after about 15 minutes, the manager brings back out the same steak & it doesn’t look different from when we sent it then first time. the manager kinda had an attitude when she brought it to us saying “we’ll this is medium.” we didn’t want to be annoying or make it seem like we were trying to get a discount or anything (either way we were paying with a gift card so it’s technically not even our money we were spending so we didn’t care) so we jus said it was fine & didn’t say anything again. now the $30 steak is gonna go to waste.. idk maybe it was just this location but we go to steak houses a lot & never have this issue..
