It was almost 10PM and we had just ordered. The staff at counter was helpful, asking to the kitchen staff if she can provide us the required combo. Also, even though the staff at tables was so tired by the whole day's work and it was closing, cleaning time, she happily told us to enjoy our food taking some more time. Good place!

This location seemed a bit understaffed when we went. I didn't mind because I wasn't in a hurry. The food was hot and the lady at the window was great and apologetic. When I got home my drink was terrible( tasted like more co2 than syrup), but that was the only issue with my order.

The staff does a great job. The orders come out right. Beware of when you go. The hours change frequently, and there have been closures at odd times due to a large delivery truck parked in thedrive-thru. I always call before I go if it's after 9 p.m. just to make sure. Other than that the staff that works there is always doing a good job. My second favorite Taco Bell in the area.

I used drive through, so atmosphere was fine. I go to Taco Bell when I am hungry and need something small to eat, so I get $1 or $2 burritos and am happy. Food is consistent and I know what I am going to get, but it is fine for what I need. Always hot. Burritos are stuffed well/plentiful. Good value for money. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Also, this one is opened late, so even sober, it is convenient for late night eating!

The tacos were made perfectly! Everything was just as i requested. Best Taco Bell I have ever visited. There was a little wait but that appeared to be because the company is trying to squeeze more money out of the business by having 2 employees working. They had the typical "now hiring" signs up, but I am sure that wad just for show.

Super cold in the dining room. Food was decent, order not accurate, but... it's Taco Bell, so the bar for expectations wasn't high. You know what you're getting into going here. Even ordered on the app to try to avoid confusion. 🤷‍♂️ 🌮🔔 We'll be back for sure. Sometimes, you have a hunger that can only be satiated by Taco Bell tacos or chips & queso.

This location has had some ups and downs over the years but lately seems to be better staffed and my order is usually complete without having to check at the window. Had a great experience tonight and even the flaps on the combo boxes were tucked in, great attention to detail. Overall great job taco bell!

I want to give a quick shoutout to my local Taco Bell. I went on a Monday at 2 am, and it was perfect. I wouldn’t expect to get the best quality service or food at 2 am on a Monday but that’s what I got. Not only was my food perfect and not messed up, it was even better than it normally is. I frequently go late nights like these and the experience is always smooth and great. So yea I appreciate the quality at such in inconvenient time.

Daylight Savings Fall 11/2/2025. A short team of three diligently preformed taco bell specifications at a high level of quality. Drivers lined up and orders were delayed but one by one the team full-filled orders and spoke sincerely to guests despite being circumstantially challenged. I remember when this store was being framed as a kid and Im so glad that the Chili Cheese Burrito / Chilito is back. I will be eating here more often and should start doing hill sprints on Larchmont to earn Calorie Balance considering the Chilitos in my future. .

Wow. This was probably one of, if not the, best Taco Bell experience or just experience of my life. They accidentally made me and my lovely girlfriend of 7 years two extra freezers which was such a delight. Instead of just tossing them into the trash, the employees smiled, looked at us and said hey, have two. And then we sang merry songs of love and prosperity. Not the whole restaurant just me and my girlfriend. This was awesome. I actually typed this out and didn't use chatgpt. This is a real person. Please believe me.

When I finally get my food it's almost always good. This location however is understaffed ..the average wait for let's say a burrito and/quesadilla is almost 10 minutes and that's if no one is in front of you. So if you have time to kill, then cool..if you're in a hurry? Go anywhere else.

The food was fine. Edible. Serviceable. However, imagine my surprise walking into a bathroom of all places from a place as well known and as established as the great "Taco Bell" and seeing something as horrid as URINE on the FLOOR! Very bad news indeed. After this unfortunate turn of events, I got my food and was pleasantly surprised. Those workers may be absolutely stupid when it comes to cleaning and upkeep, but dang I just can't get enough of those classic TB chalupas!!!!

It wasn't fast but it was yummy. I haven't had taco bell in probably 20 years but decided to stop and bring home dinner for the family from there that night. The service was slow (waited 10 min in the driver thru for 12 tacos) however the server was very nice asking how my day was and apologetic for the wait. My kids LOVED the food. I enjoyed it as well.

Its not awful. Its definitely run by a bunch or teenagers, which im all for active minds. The food was good. My only gripe was I ordered 3 of their crave boxes and it was crammed into one bag. I asked if everything was there, and the window boy said it was, but it wasn't, so I had to go in. This was a first time experience though. Overall the store looked clean and the food was hot.

Visit here very often. Usually a great location. My most recent visit on April 14, 2024 at 11:00 am was quite unsatisfactory. The dining room was downright filthy. The workers just clearly did not care. Food was OK, but definitely worse than typical. A drink was prepared wrong. Our take out order had zero napkins in the bag. Outside of the dining room, everything is pretty minor. I'm writing this review as a heads to management. I do not want to see the location in this state again.

For the most part, we have had all good experiences at this location. Our orders are mostly correct and we seldom have to go back for missing items. We have learned to check out order in the parking lot before we leave for home. However, when we have to wait in the drive through for over half an hour, finally get to the window and are given our order with half of it missing, we were told that only 2 employees were inside and they profusely apologized for the wait. When we went inside to get our missing items, we saw that there were actually 8 employees in the back but only 2 were actually making orders, the rest were standing around on their phones. If you are running behind, people are going to understand that it happens, but will be very upset when they find out they are being lied to.

Good parking space! Customers don't clean as you go, mqny empty tables but were dirty, employees need to pay attention more so they can clean tables for next customer. Food tastes better than the Philippine Taco Bell the Iced Coffee was not good so bitter even with more creamer. Slushies are good!

I like the fresco style options, but my only issue with this location is how much of the sauce they used on their bean burritos we ordered. Just made them a little hard to eat since they weren't wrapped the best and were a little on the wet side. But overall, a consistent product and fast service. Not a long wait in the drive thru which is always nice.

I understand the shortage in employees and the dining area shuts down around 8 p.m. to accommodate the drive thru patrons. When an order is missing an item or two, it is difficult to walk up to the drive thru window to advise as there are cars coming and going. Had to pound on the dining area door and was surprised that all 5 employees came to the door and assisted with my order correction. This is why I gave a rating of 4 stars because of the attentiveness of the servers to fix my order. Thank them for being there to serve customers and staying calm under pressure. The line was long but the gentlemen taking the order has got to have the most patience of anyone I have dealt with in a long time.

It's definitely cleaner inside than your average Taco Bell! The daylight shift workers are far superior in service and food prep in comparison to the evening shift. I have eaten a lot of Taco Bell over the years, and this is one of the better ones. Beware of the drive thru...it can be horribly slow. Also, this place gets very busy at lunchtime, so be mentally prepared for that. Honestly, that is a good sign that they are pumping out good fast food tex-mex!

Employees were very nice and service was great, but the product was very poor. There was much less meat in the tacos that there usually is and it definitely had strong hints of lipid oxidation -- very much so could have been user error, but it was very poor and caused someone to get sick -- not a food borne illness, but from poorly maintained oil, it seems.

Food isn't even warm much less hot. Also, what's the point in having your employees wear gloves if they are touching their cell phones and drinks while preparing food for the public without changing gloves or washing their hands....gross.

How does the app give you the option to order a Chalupa/Doritos Locos Taco SUPREME and give you the option to REMOVE lettuce and then they give you no lettuce, no tomatoes and no sour cream? Every time! Giving me a regular for the supreme price. I ordered delivery last week on the app consisting of 2 doritos locos tacos supremes, 2 chalupa supremes and a spicy potato soft taco, never got the potato taco and in fact they gave me a regular soft taco which was all smashed at the bottom of the bag. My boyfriend made an order with 12Pack Cinnabon Delights, they never put them in the bag and still won't contact him to refund him, its been a week and a half. Don't order packets online, because you'll never ever get them. I used to love this location but has been a disappointment the last four times and that's really upsetting :( I never like to leave negative reviews but this is every time now and its enraging and this location will be getting less of my business and take my $50 (for 4 tacos) elsewhere.

I know Taco Bell isn't the greatest restaurant in the world, but this one was definitely not up to snuff. They were very slow at getting our order in the drive-thru line. When I got the order home, it was very poorly made. For as long as it took, you would have thought that it would have been better put together.

I scheduled a pick up at 9 am for one meal, for one person, at 1 pm. The regular size drink arrived as a small that was 1/3 full. I did not receive my side, but for some reason they chose to place the sauce for the side inside my order.

This might be the slowest taco bell ever also the unfriendliest no employee even looks your way. I ordered 3 soft tacos i waited 28 minutes my ice in my mountain dew was halfway melted. They never have the sauce i want. The mild. I still go hoping for a better experience but it never happens hopefully the day will come i like taco bell. It does look clean which is nice to see sometimes taco bell can be pretty rough looking inside but this one seems to look clean

We ordered online, to be picked up at the counter. The doors were locked, so we had to go through the drive through. It took an hour to pick up our food, and the order was wrong. We were told at the window that only 2 employees were working, and that several employees called off. We felt bad for the overworked employees, but if there is going to be a 1 hour wait, then that information should be told when you’re ordering on the app. Since this is not an unusual occurrence at this location, we will go somewhere else next time, unless we need an hour to kill, and are looking for a food surprise package.

Always too busy for the staff they have. Long waits are guaranteed. We went inside to order done in and they only have automated ordering so the staff just doesn't pay attention if you have a question or a request. This is a common occurrence and very annoying.

I stopped in real quick over this past weekend, I had a hankering for tacos. First stop was the bathroom to wash my hands... Other than the fact that there was urine all over the floor and it smelled like it had been urinated on multiple times over several months. At least the sink was clean and there was soap. Service at the register was very fast. The girl ran over from the line and took my order. I paid cash and then she ran and made my food. Problem is she had gloves on while she was handling cash at the register. That's a No-No. Unfortunately I didn't notice if she changed her gloves so.... I lost my appetite real quickly, got my order pretty quick, I left and I tossed the food. Looks like this Taco Bell's going to be joining another one in the local area, I won't recommend them and I won't eat there.

Our first time at this location. No lines, two people ate while we were there and 3 people had orders to go. So not busy at all. As it was already reported the bathroom was dirty. They say if the public areas are not clean you don't want to to see the private kitchen. The drink counter was also sticky and nasty. We ordered a Mexican pizza, a soft steak taco, a steak double taco and black beans with rice. Plus two fountain drinks. Price was over $32. So not a cheap meal. The food was ok and not worth $32. I can't recommend this location.

Every time I customize an order they get it wrong. Also, the wait time from using the app is weirdly long. I hate to complain but for the amount of money it costs you could go out to a real restaurant. Would not recommend

Ordered delivery and asked for four packets of sauce and a small pack of cinnamon balls that consist of two. I get two packets of sauce and a single cinnamon ball. And no straw for my drink either nor napkins. Either Someone doesn't know how to count single digits or is being a disgruntled Employee. Really sad

I have never left a review before, but this was an awful experience. The employees were rude and shut the window in our faces. They gave me an empty cup of cheese for my chips and got mad that we asked for cheese. They made our food with no meat inside and everything was soggy when I got home because it was packaged horribly. I go to taco bell quite frequently and would suggest literally any other location.

i've been to a lot of taco bells. too many. this is by far, hands down the worst. while ordering through any service (door dash or grubhub), the order will get cancelled for zero reason. if you DO get your food, even with a simple online order, you have about a 90% chance of getting the incorrect food, or even a completely different order, or missing things.

Worst food , rude customer service. Most of the time if you order something in App, it will not be available and you need to tweet taco bell for your refund, that’s another headache. If you are a vegetarian just stay away from this center, they gave me beef for a soft potato taco. Highlight is they don’t apologize for wrong order. You will end up fighting with manager , waste for your time. Worst thing is you have to wait 15 -30 mins or more sometime to get your food. Well funny thing is they ask you to go to different Taco Bell if you want to order quick. It’s bad experience all the time. High time I started avoiding it now.

I made an online order and received confirmation. Went to pick it up and they were sealing the driveway and blocked off the entire area so I couldn't get my order called the store and they were very indifferent. I was told my bank account wouldn't be charged and it was. I've tried calling the store and corporate to only receive recordings. No food and charged for it.

Some time in your life you make new decision. Today I have decided not to have a meal at Taco Bell ever again or until someone can direct me to workers without attitudes. You choose to work there but I can choose not to patronize Taco Bell. And to top it off, I ask for a fork and they seemed OFFENDED?? So I said something to eat my rice with and two hot sauces if you don't mind. I was at Taco Bell in Fox Chapel and they were very polite and redid my order but, it made me run a little late. I like how Fox Chapel did the order and their kindness.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. DONT GET SICK. I ordered food on Uber eats one night and they made the whole entire order wrong and included no sauces. It was all beef and the order was vegeterian. So I drove up myself to try and get the correct order and they gave me a billion items that had meat in it after I said the order was vegeterian and for someone who was sick. I came back to the drive thru and they claimed they gave me extra items since they had messed up my order before... it was still messed up and not resolved and now I have a bunch of items that I don’t even want???? They clearly don’t care at all. I’ll never in my whole life go back there again. What a waste of time and honestly the employees all were laughing thinking it was hilarious. There was puke in the parking lot too. I bet they were drinking on the job since it was super bowl Sunday. It took me a total of two and a half hours to get food that was still not right - but at least vegeterian. Took it gone and none of it was warm at all. Gross. Thanks for nothing. Foul.

Food was wrong, cold, and soggy. Drive thru girl was snarky and disrespectful when I asked her to fix my wrong order. Not to mention the usual drive thru guy who makes me feel like he’s about to jump out the window and slit my throat. Incredibly disappointing and the fact there isn’t another closer is even more upsetting. I shouldn’t have a panic attack going to get my favorite fast food because an employee makes me so uncomfortable.

We placed a mobile order in hopes of what the restaurant says of “skipping the line.” We waited for at least a half hour in line and our order was completely messed up. They made our crunchwraps completely wrong, forgot our taco, and made the quesadilla very sloppy. Would definitely not recommend.

Food quality was not good overall, very sloppy. I’d asked for extra cheese, and the amount of cheese provided was a joke...literally enough for 20+ tacos, in each of my two soft tacos. I feel bad for the owner if this is how his/her employees manage the costs of his/her establishment, especially durning COVID. I have pics for the owner, and can provide date and time for you. Can’t imagine a business surviving with that kind of nonsense going on. Good luck.

pulled into drive through, well before closing. waited 19 mins, nobody ahead of me or behind me moved, then someone checks. doors locked, someone inside, nobody taking orders, just WASTED our time. Otherwise love taco bell, just not them, not last night. :(

Hate to do this, as Taco Bell has been a staple for a late night snack, but it has gotten to the point that i can't ever know when they will stick to their closing hours at this location. A friend and I have spoken to the manager about this, but tonight, again, I put in a mobile order, used an offer, pulled up at 11:30pm, only to find them closed. Could see two employees inside, but no notice, no communication though I drove thru the drive thru 3 times. Now the mobile offer i tried to use is gone. Definitely not coming back here anymore.

Pulled up waited 10 minutes and the drive thru line never moved. Turned around and left without ordering along with 3 other cars. Then a week later the manager shoots an employee. Safe to say I will probably never return to this location and I love taco bell.

Usually I like taco bell. Its good for fast food. I would not leave a bad review normally and don't make a big deal about there being something wrong once and a while. But the past 5 or 6 times I've got taco bell they have forgotten something. I'm sure if I complained they would have fixed it or gave me a free taco. But I don't want to do others jobs and I'm not looking for free. Just want my order to be right at least once. Well guess its no big deal just fast food and I'm just not going back to this location again. Piss poor.

My order got accepted online, and after confirming (from the store) after 15 min. My order got canceled. When I tried to call I got a dial tone. Didn't know that was still a thing? If you can't do it then don't accept the order you clowns. Serious joke here is this establishment. Get it together!

The employee are very rude everyone and they are not doing proper work in time they are just chitchatting and there is no personal manager and the Taco Bell main branch should visit inspection and fire the employees and seize the place 😤

Had one of my worst all time restaurant experiences of all time. I placed a mobile order that was confirmed via email. My wife went through the drive thru and they said they didn't get it, there was nothing they could do. I went in about 15 minutes later and showed my receipt showing that I had ordered and paid successfully. After calmly explaining a few times about how I thought they should make me my food since I paid for it and then refusing I did get escalated. But for real you're gonna deny me five plus times for food I paid for. Still no resolution. No money back no food. I have to wait till Monday or Tuesday when I can call their customer service number. I managed in food service for years. I would never ever ever deny someone the food they paid for. What a joke this place is. Not even mentioning the times I've waited 45 minutes in drive thru or when the entire staff is out smoking at the same time or when they would just randomly decide to close at 6pm on a Thursday. I guess maybe this service is the new standard. Sucks I can't go to my fav fast food anymore

Horrible. These were my fries out of the bag. They taste as if they were found in a car seat. I’ll pass on Taco Bell next time. Update: stopped here this morning because my kids wanted breakfast. Waited behind 4 cars for 25 minutes before I backed out and left. We never moved up. Luckily the two cars that pulled in behind me backed out as well. Otherwise i wouldn’t have been able to leave. If you can’t staff a restaurant, don’t open the doors.

Terrible! Waited 20 minutes after ordering, only to have someone come out from the kitchen to say they didn't have the stuff to make chalupas. The cashier should have known that when I placed my order. Drink station was filthy. No sense of urgency by the staff.

This restaurant often doesn't make Taco Bell app orders. Our group goes there once in a while and 1 person is always waiting very long. Today we waited 40 minutes and they told us the order was scroll past and they never made food for the 2's order. We had to leave hungry after 40 minutes of only half of us eating and other half waiting on food that never came but was paid for.

If they had the same consistency in getting my order right as they do getting it wrong they'd be Chick-Fil-A. 100% terrible. I've had them take my order wrong, then when I got to the window to correct them I was told I needed to get back in line to order additional food (of course I didn't). Meanwhile I ordered it correctly the first time. I've had them give me someone else's entire order. 9 times out of 10 an item I ordered and paid for is missing. Yet they pack everything in a small bag and slap some sticker on it as if it's certified correct. I'm for everyone getting $15 an hour but the people that work here.

I waited over an hour in line couldn't get out of line cause I was blocked in. There was only 2 employees working. One making food and the other taking orders. If you don't have workers don't be open. The 2 guys working kudos to them for trying there best. Having to deal with people yelling at them At one point the cops showed up cause of customers must have been giving the workers a hard time Where was the management to be found. This was Jan 2 2022

Taco Bell is a classic place and whenever I come here the food is good. However it has been 3 or 4 times now that I come in way before the store says it closes (online and sign posted on drive through) and it appears as if the employees are hiding from me. The whole premise of taco Bell is for fiends like me to grab food when all the other fast food places are closed. Taco Bell is one of my favorite places and yet I can't trust this place because it seems like the employees want to get paid for not turning on the drive thru, one of the worst experiences ever and it happened multiple times. Do not go here at night because you won't be served.

45 mins for an online order. Had to wait in the drive thru because the doors were locked. Thanks to the way the drive thru is they trap you. Called the store and the lady insisted that they didn't even make it yet, but when I finally get my food it's ice cold. Horrible service and when we got to the window and we asked why the doors were locked and why am online was 45 mins she had nothing to say other than 45 mins yeah I can imagine... Don't waste your time and money, go the extra few miles to the next Taco Bell.

Probably the worst taco bell I have ever been too. Worst employees ever. (it's taco bell, I get that...) but it's never the younger kids, it's the jerk "managers." We spent a lot on a larger order here twice, and both times, my vegetarian order came with beef and missing other items we paid for. I’m super upset with this place, anyway I placed an online order through the Taco Bell app like I’ve done in the past on Monday April 25,2022 at 3:36, I received a confirmation email, a pending charge on my credit card and even rewards from my order. Well I got to the restaurant at 3:45 to pick up my order sat there for 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and the other people in the lobby. She. Someone finally spoke to me they said they don’t have my order and he can’t make it because he doesn’t see it in the system he was working on all day and to contact the 800 # which I have no clue what number that is. So I asked if I could order again and then contact the 800# which I still didn’t get the full number for. Which they said I could. I ordered and yes it’s more then my original order because I claimed me reward so I pay with a different card because I’m waiting for the original charge to be reversed. I contacted Taco Bell through the app asking for a follow up but I’ll still waiting and now the amount of my original order posted and I want me money back for the food I didn’t get via the app. I want someone to call me and refund my card.

The gentleman who was taking order from drive through was an extremely rude person who yelled at us just because we asked him to repeat. To the Taco Bell management my humble suggestion is that you teach your employees to be patient when taking orders from customers as also while talking to them. This was extremely disrespectful we are regular customers who visit Taco Bell and this is a grave insult. Kindly please take action on that customer representative so that next customers won’t face that humiliation kindly please teach your employees on how to handle customers.

Always a bad experience at this store. They either miss part of the order and don't read all instructions I mention. Their app is terrible and there is no way to raise a complaint/concern about an order. They accept the order which I pay for upfront and when I go to their store to pick it up they say they don't have my order or they don't have the ingredients to prepare my order. Twice they did not give me Chalupa saying they are out of it. Definitely not what I want to hear. Neither the teller/manager could help me as they say the app order is something they don't manage themselves. No one to reach out to who can refund my money.

Waited two minutes at the drive through on Drove to window and guy is sweeping. I asked are you open. Lady comes over yanks open window and said you didn’t give me any time to take your order I was busy doing something and if you want to order you need to pull back around. It was An hour before close and no other cars at store. Pulled around said to me what do you want I ordered and said pull around. Handed me food and refused to give me a receipt until I asked . I shouldn’t be verbally attacked for ordering a quesadilla.

As much as I usually enjoy eating at a taco bell, this one had a really slow moving drive through, and my taco supreme's all ended up with very small dollops of meat all on one side of them.

Ordered from this taco bell through uber eats multiple times and there has always been something forgotten or incorrect. Gave them one more shot and they decided to let my order sit for over an hour then told uber they could not fulfill it and cancelled it. I will never again spend my money at this taco bell and I suggest you don't either.

Freezes are never listed in the app, making ordering them delivery impossible, and ordering them for pickup a pain. This has been an issue for at least 6 months now with no resolution

Worst experience ever in a fast food place. They had a very long line of cars in the drive through, and it wasn't until it was our turn to order that they long line was because they had a broken speaker. Why the manger did not send someone out to announce that or even better, to take orders? So you had to keep moving in line until we make it to the window and waited for almost 20 min. for somebody to take our order. A guy briefly showed up and made the sing of we needed to leave. I did not move (holding a long line of cars and no one able to. escape) until this guy will talk to me. He came and said they were close and I should leave. Taco Bell website states the store closes at 11pm on Sundays and this rude guy argued that they close at 10pm on Sundays. However, we made it to the window by 9:57pm and we were completely ignored for about 20 min. This guy could not be more rude, incompetent and unprofessional. If they were closed, why the store signs were still on?. This location is a truly embarrassment to the franchise. One star is too much for this review....shame on them.

If you’re going to order this online, don’t. I’ve went to the location in person a couple times and it was decent but I just ordered 15 dollars worth of food and it came to a 30 dollar total so I was hoping it would be good….chips spilled everywhere and the tacos-terrible. They decided to half ass all my food and it is terrible. Don’t order from here if it’s online

I've been eating Taco Bell for decades. At this location for years. I order the same things. My expectations are not high. Today, everyone is my tacos had so little product inside them. Meat on one side. No sir cream. I'm sure the workers hate their job, but it is the most unskilled and easiest work you can do. Hopefully, this is a one off. At least nacho fries are back. Step it up Cochran store. Show some pride.

I never got to order and after 10 minutes of standing there with no one even acknowledging me I left. There were 3 employees sitting in the dining area on their phones. There were also 3 customers waiting in line inside, myself included. No one was doing anything to help any of the customers. The drive thru line was extremely long as well. No one had a sense of urgency to get orders taken or to get orders out. I left without buying food because the employees clearly didn't care. I won't be returning.

This Taco Bell location is disappointing. The food is often stale, and when I called to ask for a fresh order, the staff responded rudely. I would recommend going elsewhere to save both time and money.

I placed an online order at 9:30pm through DoorDash. At 10:03pm I got a notification saying the order was cancelled. Drove to the location, arrived at 10:30 only to be told that they were only accepting online orders til closing at 11pm. I told them you canceled my order and basically got laughed at. I love Taco Bell, but I will never order here again. Liars, unprofessional workers, rude, and lazy. Stephanie was the drive through attendant or manager at the time, and she/the whole staff needs training on professional interactions.

I can deal with getting the wrong items. And 99% its wrong items from this location. Usually Im hungry enough and I'll eat anything from taco bell, BUT FOR GODS SAKE DONT FORGET THE SAUCE PACKETS!!! Its every single dang time. Like how do you just throw whatever you want in the bag and not check the order, every time?!? We all understand being short staffed and stressed, but id rather wait an hour for my food and get what I ordered and asked for than your sloppy mystery bags.

I ordered online, to be picked up at the counter. The doors were locked, so we had to go through the drive through. It took an half hour to pick up our food. At the window employee said you must go inside. The worst employees ever. If I could I would give it zero stars. Worst Taco Bell ever!

I'm sick and tired of their app showing carryout is available, then when you arrive it says drive thru only and gotta wait in a 30 minute line. When I called, the manager said I have no way to change the app, and not willing to unlock doors to let people in to pick up their food. Being short-staffed has no impact on allowing carryout . People would rather wait inside than let their car run for 30 minutes. 2 simple solutions: train managers to turn off order ahead (like Starbucks does) OR allow walk ins to pick up food. I am deleting this app asap.

Awful experience. Ordered through grub hub. All 4 of our drinks were incorrect, and we probably still would have drank them if they filled them and ya know if they didn’t look like that. This is my 3rd time of them getting my order wrong. Called to explain the issue was told they couldn’t do anything. That was probably the only honest thing they said. Below is how the drink was given to us. Disgraceful😭😂

I swear I will never eat at Taco Bell again. I was really hungry since I didn't eat anything yet, so I stopped here to get a Mexican pizza which I hadn't had in a long time. I was shocked to see that the price had increased to $5.99 - but that being said , The service was fast but the tortilla was rancid and I have had a horrendous stomachache all afternoon and it's not good to burping up a rancid flavor. I did call the restaurant and they offered me a replacement but honestly I really don't want to eat there again. people should just know that those shells were not fresh. Horrible experience.

After ordering thru doordash last nite and 1st our ordering missing items and being made wrong and having it redelivered, my daughter went to drink from her sprite and it appeared to have white slime floating in it, I'll refrain from saying what it really appeared to be, made us all sick to our stomachs, I called the store to inform them of the issue and they ignored my concerns stating that I first have to take it up with doordash as they are a 3rd party vendor and 2nd that the only thing coming out of their soda machine is in fact soda! However that may be true the concern was for the health and safety of others. Needless to say it will very a very long time before we eat taco bell again!

So this place is terrible. I have did at the counter for as long as 10 minutes without being acknowledged with the system literally standing around and just looking at me . They even give attitude as if you are an inconvenience to them So too avoid the extremely long wait just to place a order not to mention waiting for it to be in ready I started using the app thinking I could just swing by and pick it up . Not the case! The staff still leaves you standing there hopelessly being to be acknowledged just to pick up your order that you clearly see is ready but they can't let you win. Nope the food is cold and soggy before these kids decided to let you it. Very sad. All of these negative reviews are accurate

I've been to this restaurant both as a customer and as a delivery driver. The queues are terrible, and they completely disregard delivery drivers, making them wait for 30-40 minutes and treating them like they're their servants. The staff is awful; they talk to you as if you owe them money. In short, it's a terrible place that I will never return to.

First of all your staff is awful, very rude very short with you, The girl at the window today even rolled her eyes at me. Got home with our food and it's cold soggy and there's barely anything in it, we live 2 min from the store so our food should not be this cold. I asked for hot sauce and she gave me three packs. Two people. There's more wrap to my food than anything else it's disgusting I'm very disappointed and I will not be back to this location I'll drive all the way to Millers run first

Do NOT trust staff on refunds, get a refund ONSITE! I showed up after calling in a few weeks ago asking if they had a Baja Blast Pie. They said they did have it, and to come in. I saw someone leaving with two of them on my way in. When I got in, they said they were out. I asked to cancel the rest of my order, and they referred me to the online support(My food had not been prepared yet, but I ordered via the app). I have been emailing them back and forth, they claimed to send it twice, but I have not received a refund electronically OR in the mail. It has been several weeks.

My boyfriend and I almost always have a great experience at this location. My boyfriend went to the counter to give his name (to the GM apparently) and stated his name multiple times, showed the order confirmation, which shows his name and the employee was arguing with him and stating that there were no orders under his name and he had to cancel his order. It turned out his name was in the system under his first name as stated by another employee. The GM took no responsibility for his actions or lack there of and blamed my boyfriend rather than taking accountability. I have worked in customer service since i legally could and was absolutely replayed by this GM and his attitude. I hope he is spoken to about his disgusting attitude and it does not happen again.

I’ve never had an order from there where they haven’t forgotten anything. The most recent time, they forgot 6 things. I stood at the counter asking for things they forgot including like 2 nachos/cheese dips for over 10 minutes after THEY called my order. They would grab a single bag of chips (not 2 like I was missing) and no cheese, set it in the bag, and work on other orders ignoring me. They did the same with the nacho dip. For the last nacho dip, they literally threw it across the counter at us.

I understand that it was busy there when i showed up, but the staff was very rude, and it took forever for us to get our food / drinks. Tons of people waiting in line at the drive thru, and people upon people lined up inside waiting for their food. Some of my tacos also had barely any meat in them, and the bag was just full of lettuce cheese and meat everywhere. I also ordered bottled water with my drink, patiently waiting for 20 mins, trying to ask for my water that wasn't with my order. The lady rudley told me that they did not have any bottled water, and no refund was issued. It was just a mess, and again, they just had very poor attitudes towards the customers, and I won't be back. I'm very disappointed. Edit: Their bathroom is also absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed by this location, I always like going to Taco Bells but this one was just awful. Drove out of my way because I had a craving, ended up getting home half an hour late because I spent twenty minutes sitting in the drive-thru for two burritos and a crunchwrap. No coupon or reduction for the time wasted, the food was lukewarm at best without much filling, and the tortillas weren't properly warmed/prepared. It looked like there were only two or three people working this evening, and although I understand it's difficult, these things need to be communicated, and above all the food needs to be served at least WARM. I'd have been a lot more forgiving (and not writing this right now) if my order had at least been made properly. If your service is so slow that everyone in line is turning off their cars while they wait, there's a problem. If the food they get after doing so is lukewarm at best, there's a serious problem. If the food isn't even MADE properly after all of this, there is a MASSIVE PROBLEM. Seriously, I made better burritos than this working at McDonald's!

If I could I would give it zero stars. Worst Taco Bell ever! Missing items. No fillings in anything just a couple pieces of lettuce and some beans. When called and asked they replied we are out of other ingredients but couldn’t tell us before. Horrible employees who are super rude. The chalupa was uncooked, seemed like they just microwaved! The soft taco and burrito tortilla was stale and crumbling. Unfortunately, I learned how bad it was only after taking a bite out of the soft taco. Threw out the rest.

Not only was half of our food missing but half of the food we did get was incorrect. There were multiple items from the menu missing the tacos were missing meat in the middle, the crunch wrap supreme barely had any meat on it at all, and the lady that took our order was listening to music and dancing and not paying attention to the orders being taken. The soft tacos were somehow soggy on the outside from an unknown liquid throughout the whole bag and of what food we tasted it was not up to par. Please do better.. for other customers because I will not be returning to this location

I am highly disappointed, dissatisfied and disgusted by this location. Terrible experience, food was sloppy and not fulfilling. Also, when I went to eat my power menu bowl, I bit into pieces of cement/brick/stone, I'm not sure what is it, but I completely lost my appetite as well as almost fracturing a tooth. I've been an advocate and loyal customer for most of my life, even when most of my favorite menu items were removed. This is probably my last experience with your brand/business.
