I'm a long time customer. I typically use the drive thru and have rarely had an issue with my order. Wait times are always acceptable because food is made fresh. Now that the restaurant is back open for dining I decided to walk in and order. The employee at the counter looked a bit worn down. In my short time inside he dealt with a series of difficult people in line. There was a person wanting his Uber order when it was picked up by the driver. He was cranky and rude. There were people who had ordered on the app at the wrong restaurant cutting in line looking for technical assistance. I suspect these things aren't unusual. I still received acceptable service. My food was ready quickly (they didn't call my number though), and it tasted good. I have no complaints.
I am so grateful they are 24/7. That being said. Its a coin flip if your food will be prepared correctly Last night ordered a plain cheese burger and it wasn't even done correctly
Short staffed causing delays in orders. Also, I specifically asked for a takeaway of Oreo Shake twice but the guy at the counter still gave it with an open lid and went back to get other orders.
This is a normal Burger King franchise with all the typical items. Burger King burgers are very good and my friend loves the impossible burgers here the service is a little bit slow, and the tables at the restaurant could be cleaner, but that goes for pretty much all the Burger King‘s that I’ve been to.
My husband placed and picked up this order Tuesday night...so 2 days ago. He said the order taker was friendly and that there was no wait. From the looks and sound of it everything went well. Everything except the "make it your way." We did not have a complicated order just wanted the removal of tomatoes from 3 Whoppers and the removal of lettuce from one of those. The Whoppers came fully dressed. When I contacted BK's corporate customer service they sent a coupon that I have to log into their online ordering system to retrieve. Although the service was friendly we are not sure why the customization was not made? We were told by BK Corporate the manager at this location would be notified, but we have not heard anything further. I guess our disappoint lies with BK Corp or Inc. or whatever it is called. I had never eaten at Burger King as a kid and was just starting to discover its Impossible Whopper which my family loves. But think it may be time to try out the McPlant? BK customer service is pretty non-existent...would think their money would be better spent retaining customers rather than getting them to sign up for their online ordering app.
It should be a zero because I'm sitting in the drive through and the manager with the black hair in a ponytail is being rude and sooooo nasty after she forgot my food.
Only one person working drive thru and inside counter. The person concentrated on the drive thru. When asked if anyone was working counter An immediate try bad attitude was took by her. When she finally took our order the attitude got worse . This was 02/ 11/ 2026 12:00 pm
They never put condiments in the bag. Mozzarella sticks with out marinara and onion rings without zesty. What is the point?
If you show up past 10 PM, they’re gonna pretend they’re not working. If you’re lucky enough to get someone who acts like they’re working, they’re gonna not know the menu.
After an all night ride, I choose to come here for a hearty breakfast. It is advertised on Google as 24 hours. Got here and was told by a manager that they were not open yet. The door shows that they are open at 6a. I waited. The manager sat by the door reading a paper. The time past. They did not open at 6a. I waited 15 minutes longer and the manager was uninterested in talking or opening. Maybe they were in a different timez than the rest of the city?
If you have something on the menu ,you should have it.especially a shame. Also when i ask for a double whopper and on the receipt it shows no pickles,yet when go to eat sure enough it had 4 pickles on it. Please trained your employee to listen to there customers.
So my order was messed up at a store 9100 which is off of 3906 West breaker Lane is Burger King. I don't know who the manager is of the store. When I called in a young lady picked up the phone she was rude as heck and then I proceeded to ask her something. She just put me on hold didn't say nothing and then a guy gets on the phone and he's as rude as hell he gets on the phone and tells me what do you want to do. I asked him what do? What do y'all normally do for something like that and he says what do you want to do? I said well give me a free meal. He said we can't do that so I'm like. So why did you ask me that just rude all around I will not go back there. I recommend nobody else go back there. Just rude people all around. It is 2:03 in the evening right now so whatever shift that is from right now I will. I wouldn't go there. They're horrible. I spent my money with them and I feel like I wasting my money because the customer service or I don't know who's the manager there or who runs the store but it's horrible
Well worst customer experience in a while. Came in to pick up my online order and the freeze was not available. I said ok how are you going to give me my money back? The thin short skinny Hispanic girl with the headset on shrugged. Ok so im not getting my money back I said. Shrugged again, so I said ok instead give me two fountain drinks. Oh no she started to say but I said yes you will. You don't have what you sold me and now can't give me my money back. This is the least you can do. She begrudgingly handed me two medium cups. I said ok extra ketchup please and two ring sauces for my two onion rings. She said 33 cents. I said no I ordered 2 already and they come with it. She refused to give them to me. Turned away and said next. I said no we are not done here do not try and blow me off. I said extra ketchup she grabbed 2 and threw them on the counter. By this time I was pissed off and said More!! She ignored me and tried helping the next customer. I interjected and said more ketchup! She finally grabbed 3 more and I said thanks for the horrible customer service. Treated me like I wasn't a paying customer who didn't just pay for something I didn't receive. If the owner or GM is reading this i would like this made right. This was around 215-230pm 11/14/2025. The employee is not someone you would be proud to represent you're company. I doubt I will ever be back especially if this isn't made right.
Cashier was extremely rude, no customer service skills whatsoever, her name was Margot, like it’s 10 in the morning must you be so rude? You don’t get paid to be rude, put a smile on your face and have some respect for the customers which are the only reason you even get a paycheck, will not be returning.
Poor service. Very slow. Mistakes with orders even when it's slow. This used to be one of 0ur favorite spots. But the last month or so quality and service is very poor. Taking our business elsewhere.
So I went here yesterday with my 3 grandkids and two female managers whoever the ones wearing the black shirts wouldn't sever me because I wasn't paying money for three burgers. I was trying to use my burger king rewards and since the first manager just spoke Spanish didn't want to help me the other one was acting to good to help me fast enough because again I wasn't paying cash I was using rewards. But another customer walked in and they ran to help him until they noticed I was still standing there they started talking bad and me in Spanish like I couldn't understand them.. I am Mexican.. So I got upset because they were taking there sweet time so I got attitude.. There were two people in lobby and one car in drive thru. I have worked a lot of fast food places and if the drive thru only has one customer the drive thru worker can get meal on their own and the other is suppose to help front counter. The walked away from me when I told them they were acting funny with me and not wanting to help me with what I wanted. Everytime I go to this location they always doing me wrong.. I am never never going to this location again and I am going to make sure all my family and friends know not to go spend their money here because workers are so rude and do want to help people they want to help. Another customer there yesterday evening that the made her and her kids wait 15 minutes before taking their order too. Again not a busy location at the time I went yesterday so why the long wait for people.
This BK IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FROM FOOD IN GENERAL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS. The burgers are not fresh the veggies are saggy . Definitely not the way a BK SHOULD BE .this location is the worst . It’s never busy but obviously there’s a reason for that and it’s everything that I just explained above . Definitely should be closed or managers and employees should be fired and replaced. This is a good neighborhood if they had good burgers fries etc they would definitely be busy and making money . But this is not the case with this particular location. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
Worst coustmer service ever tried to get my refund here from my food tried to give my food back to them last night to get my refund because I ordered a bacon king and they put 2 little burger patties for a big bun then the guy told me to come in the morning for the manager to get my refund she just reimbursed me for the burger not for the whole meal i didn't even eat the meal i had to go somewhere else to get me another food somewhere else and this store manager right here told me yeah but the fries and drink was still good you have to bring it up here its not my fault that they didn't say there boiler was down and they dont even were name tags and you aske them what is there name they dont want to give it to u but yet the store manager wants to fight with me is crazy
There was poop on the play place?? How often does that area get cleaned? And there was dried out poop on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet seats were peeling. Peeling. Food was alright (got a wrap and there was 1 tiny slice of tomato and the lettuce was a sick yellow...) and staff was nice. Were out of a few items (430 on a Sunday so probably toward the end of a delivery week week? Would have liked to come back but the disgusting state of the play area is a no. It's not just dirty, it's unsanitary and unsafe.
