I have been to at least 10 different Wingstop locations, and this is one of the best! They did a great job making my fries extra crispy and were friendly and fast. I will definitely be coming back.

The delivery was surprisingly quick, and we appreciated the text updates throughout the process. Boneless Meal Deal ($16.99): 20 boneless wings in your choice of 4 flavors, plus a side and 2 dips. We chose the large veggie sticks as our side and honey mustard for both dips—it's our go-to sauce. The veggie sticks were on the longer side, and the carrots were pretty thick. I personally prefer shorter, thinner sticks since they're easier to eat. For the wings, we picked 3 flavors: Mango Habanero, Spicy Korean Q, and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian was underwhelming, Spicy Korean Q was decent, and Mango Habanero ended up being my favorite. Seasoned Fries ($3.69): We ordered them with a regular amount of hot honey rub seasoning, which added great flavor. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy by the time they arrived. Even after tossing them in the air fryer, they didn’t crisp up much. Tender Tuesday ($2): We tried the Mexican Street Spice and Hickory Smoked BBQ tenders. My fries were old and definitely put in the fryer again and again just to serve them "warm". The boneless chicken pieces are over salted and over seasoned. Worst wingstop experience ever.

We placed an order online, and an email confirmed that it would be ready in max 45 minutes, we arrived there 1h hour after we placed the order and nothing was ready. They told us that it would take another 20 minutes. We patiently waited an extra 20 minutes and after that we asked again where our order was at... They just replied another 20 minutes... We left as we couldn't wait any longer. This is completely unacceptable. Even in busy times, either stop taking orders out of your capacity or at least give an accurate waiting time for your clients. Poor management and a joke for a supposed fast food place.... never going there again.

I had called and let the general manager Gabriel known that one of his employees sneezed in his hands and proceeded to To touch the equipment, I informed him. He stayed silent and told me OK?? Super short and rude. No I apologize for that or we’re so sorry it was just a Ok so I said unsanitary.. He then tells me “ what do you want me to do I can’t stop someone from sneezing.?” Which yeah he is correct but he can communicate with his employees to not sneeze where food is being prepared? Proceeds to tell me again, OK what you want a refund or what And i said yes I asked him Do you want me to bring back the bag because after seeing that I don’t wanna eat I don’t wanna get food poisoning because someone else wanted to spread their mucus all over my food and rudely, He said I don’t even need you to come back, I almost went back to see who this “amazing “ manager is but I don’t want my eyes to fall off :) please don’t eat here :)
Food wasn't made to order and everything was cold. They stuffed my 6 wings into a tiny container that isn't meant for an order of wings. WetSauce had pooled in the corners and was cold. Fries were a mix of lukewarm and cold. Never again! This place is awful! SHUT IT DOWN
The other night when I went there was an african american lady.She put my order on the shelf and I said, is that mine she was very rude and said, I don't have time right now.I'm busy. You applied for this job if you can't handle the pressure.When it's busy, you shouldn't be in the kitchen
Walked in to grab my pick up order and was greeted by an older lady employee and a younger girl employee hollering in the back about someone who they deemed a weirdo, they were cursing up a storm it was actually gross. There were other guest in the dining room trying to eat their food. The workers were hollering and cursing loudly about someone
This is the second time I received Chicken Tenders that were so overcooked they were actually blackened. And not in that delicious New Orleans cuisine sense. Chicken jerky would be less tough. More like chewing on a leather shoe. The staff said they have a malfunctioning fryer, so this is not on them, it's on the company to fix the fryer. I guess I'll be going to Raising Cane's from now on.
Avoid this place at all costs! Food is terrible. Wings were barely done/soggy. The staff in the back does not wear gloves. I witnessed them picking up the chicken wings from a container with their bare hands and picking through it pulling pieces in and out. The wait time is horrendous. You are literally waiting for your food after ordering at least 45 minutes. The process in how they handle orders needs to be evaluated. Customers that come in the store to dine in they cook those orders last and knock out the online orders first. You would think if a customer were in your face dining in, they would make there order first. Place gives off a nasty unsanitary vibe as I got sick after eating from here. The wing stop on riverside is much better and faster all around. This place needs to be shut down immediately before someone dies!
My family and I placed an online order but accidentally forgot to specify that we wanted our wings well done. When we received our order confirmation and receipt, it mentioned that we could call the store if we needed to cancel or make any changes. We called the store to request a remake of the wings because we don't like them mushy, but they refused to accommodate our request, stating that the order was already made. When I arrived to pick up the order, rather than addressing our simple mistake, the staff gave me attitude and insisted on providing a refund instead. This situation could have been resolved quickly if they had just remade the wings. I would have been willing to pay for them again. Now, we’re going to a different location that offers better customer service.
The big guy that’s working the register tonight at 10pm is rude and do not greet customers. Looking at me crazy. Slap my food down talking about here you go. He lucky I’m in a good mood. Weight loss is getting hard on him. Next time be kind
This was a terrible experience! Firstly this particular location did not properly meet the standards of my ordering leaving out at a 8 piece wing out of my order. Secondly when I address the situation I was accused of stealing and no one was personable nor accommodating. The particular cashier had a terrible attitude and was far from welcoming nor understanding! I wasted a total of 31 dollars and accused of stealing that is inhumane and dehumanizing considering they did not complete my order effectively nor efficiently.

please stop serving people 1/4 sized boneless wings and charging full price. it sucks and it’s a rip-off. 20% of the time they’re the normal sized but the other 80% they’re literally serving scraps and calling it a wing. buyer beware maybe order double the amount you expect to get if you want a full meal.
