I stayed there for a week, I'm a traveling worker and honestly I had a great time... clean and quiet rooms, the structure is a bit old but the rooms seem to have been renovated... LARGE PARKING, I write it in bold because if you have a 7-meter van it saves your life... Lunch and dinner, nothing special or refined but home-made food, I believe that some vegetables such as peas, beans, green beans and especially the potatoes are from the garden and not the supermarket so they taste very good... I am also celiac and the lady was more than kind and attentive, making sure I also found breakfast quite rich for intolerances... Really reasonable prices, excellent experience... recommended 👍

Menù tradizionale ligure con ottimi funghi in stagione e focaccette con il formaggio fritte ma leggerissime. É gestito da anni dalla stessa famiglia, molto conosciuta in zona. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Siamo andati a mangiare al Lagoscuro più di una volta ,cucina buona e casalinga alla genovese ,fanno quasi tutto loro ,la sala è grande può ospitare parecchie persone e le persone che servono ai tavoli sono molto gentili. Va bene sia per le famiglie che per gruppi vicinissimo a Recco con ampio parcheggio. Provate le focaccetta per antipasto ottime !!!

I stayed at this hotel the night before a dive in Portofino. The location is excellent, just steps from the Recco highway exit. The hotel is a two-star, but the room was clean and quiet, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast included bread, croissants, and jam.

It was crazy....we went twice and even though there were only two tables in the dining room, it took them 26 minutes to come and take our order the first time and 25 the second time, so we ate our first meal 50 minutes after we entered. But why?? In the kitchen you can see young people and other people, perhaps relatives, who instead of lending a hand, evidently in need, are sitting down to eat.... It's a shame because the food isn't bad but it's impossible.

We had dinner and slept at the hotel. The welcome was friendly and the cleanliness was okay, but everything else could use a facelift. The dinner was acceptable, but the menu was nothing special, and the pesto was disappointing, drowned in cream. The rooms were dated, the fixtures were broken... we were the only guests, and it was very sad. The place needs renovation or closure.

Alloraaaa....dopo 20 gg conseguitivi a cena...stasera avrei fatto i cpmplimenti in cucina....ma dopo un esporsi troppo da parte di un delle titolari mi sono riguardato nel fargli i complimenti .... anzi complimenti alla cameriera dolcissima e simpaticoss8ma ......poi per conto mio non mettero piu piede in questo posto....non scendo nei particolari perche potrei offendere....adios lagoscuro

I was invited to lunch at the Lagoscuro restaurant. Upon arrival, I noticed the old structure, but it was tidy and clean. There were about 20 of us. Immediately after noticing a tiny, antiquated fan in the center of the room, I realized there was no air conditioning in the restaurant. I asked myself, "How is it possible that in 2022 there is still a restaurant without air conditioning?" I assure you, it was a massacre. People were waving their napkins around trying to get some relief. I sat near the window thinking I'd get some fresh air, but I was wrong. The heat was truly unbearable, and the food was limited in quantity, poorly stocked, and tasteless. The waitress, despite being helpful, couldn't even get us ice. An appetizer so undefined that I asked for the ingredients but the waitress couldn't tell me... I ate 5 small and insignificant ravioli, 2 slices of flavorless roast the thickness of a slice of ham, and a mediocre dessert. In short, I travel a lot and change restaurants a lot, but I've never found one like this. A nightmare. All the customers complained about the heat and were drenched in sweat. I gave one star because I couldn't remember. I'll never go there again. I don't recommend it. I forgot the bill from a starred restaurant. sweat and sweat, a dazed look... .. and I realized...
