Love this Dunkin on my morning commute. The ladies really do there thing. Only two people working in the morning ( most of the time)which is there most busiest time. They need more help. 🙏🏼 the person making the food should have two good ovens not just one. They work very hard! Good job ladies.
People are always friendly and when I have a large order I call them instead of using on the go on the app. I rather tell them my order and have them read it back to me and they are always fine with it. My order is always ready when I get there and they help me to my car. It's right on my way to work so I go there often. My only issue is it's always crowded and I feel like they focus more on the drive throu than on the actual customers in front of them. There will be 3 people running the drive throu and one on register. And 6 people ahead of me on line. But other than that I have no issues.
Was my regular dunkin for a short time over the summer. Same drink tasted different everyday. I switched to the one across the highway. They have a drive through also, but are faster and fat more consistent
10:30 on a Saturday morning and 3/4 of the donuts are gone...Not worth coming here
I ordered coffees ☕️ with no sugar and was very sweet. She tried to a bagel 🥯 with out butter 🧈. I think they can't understand it.
I understand when you don’t have a receipt with DD l, it gave you the wrong perception of being safe and get away with certain stuff. Wrong. There’s always a way to let other people know about costumer poor costumer service. Guess what I found you guys online. Not because then costumer receipt say DELTA , anyone can look or search online. Costumer service was depressing, especially when you are trying to go and continue with your daily activities. I had enough time to spare waiting at the drive through. It was not the issue. However, it doesn’t mean that you can take your sweat time, have a crew conversation about life, not taking their sweat time. Coffe taste like it was hours getting burned on the coffe maker, extra milk was just a passing by miles away from the coffe. It was not the first time. I also see that others DD work with time of service, and this store seems don’t care at all.
usually more satisfied when i come here but i asked for a hot coffee and she proceeded to charge me and give me a iced coffee. i said i asked for hot she said “i put it in wrong” and made me my correct order but an iced coffee and hot coffee have at least a dollar difference , she did not offer me my money back or even offer me a simple munchkin which i would have loved to make up for the difference of the amount i was wronged. the girls were all nice but lacked the professionalism and ethics of a keeping a wronged customer coming back
The woman working there was so rude when I asked for some butter when I picked up my order. She insisted that “you have to pay for butter” and I said ok and that I wanted it still. She made a big deal about buying it and wanted to charge me $2 for 5 pats of butter. I asked her how much it would cost to put butter on 2 items and that was .50 each. That’s a dollar. I’m happy to pay for what I’m ordering. The whole dramatics were so unnecessary this afternoon. The sandwiches were cold and the cheese wasn’t melted on the eggs. My everything bagel was seedless. They didn’t have dunkachinos. So my food was lame and the service was annoying. Peace.
Customer service is horrible. I will no longer stop at this one in Avenel on Rt 1. Ordered a six dollar meal & asked for sausage not bacon. They wouldn’t do that? Every Dunkin I have ever ordered this from did this. I told them to keep their pre made sandwich & got what I wanted at East Brunswick Dunkin. They have always been the best.
Its the worse DD experience again. Coffee was cold. Bagel was not toasted but slightly microwaved disgusting...no butter was on the bagel as ordered, the egg and cheese was cold super disgusting. They can never process the order properly. Never go there, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANY ONE AT ALL.
Rude staff, I think a bunch of kids work there. I asked for sandwich without bacon and they said they can’t do that. If I take that sandwich, I have to have a bacon in it. Worst part they were laughing from inside when I was leaving. Shameful
Directly came here from office for latte.. After long wait our coffees are ready. We took 2 coffees and a toast. No drink carrier nor bag for my sandwich was given . My latte got slipped and whole coffee fell down. Went inside to request for replacement. He asked details of coffee and token number and said to pay full price. I felt thats not fare. I dint even sip my lattee and want to pay full for the other one..atleast small discount would have helped me but they dint do so
Been coming here for years because it’s around the corner. Last Saturday, when I went through the drive through the employee at the window said “the car behind you said you’re paying for them.” What?! No I’m not! I was so confused. Eventually the employee told me “Actually that’s just one of the employees here, he always asks us to try that.” I was STUNNED. This is SO unacceptable! Again, I repeat, 2 employees at this location tried to get me to pay for one of their orders by TELLING ME I already offered to. This is INSANE. You can’t make this up, it’s too dumb. Thank god I’m moving soon.
I've gone through the drive through multiple times now, and it's always been a bad experience. The workers attitudes are monotone and lethargic at best, and the larger Indian woman especially was downright nasty, even though you're just informing them of an order mistake SHE made. Multiple times I've been handed food or a drink that wasn't mine then asked to give it back, only to be handed to the next customer; so I have some concerns on sanitation. Go to another location in the area. There's plenty, and the service is leaps and bounds better. I won't be back.
This Dunkin’ never has anything. They run out of almond milk, muffins,donuts, cups. How are they still in business ?? Today I go for a strawberry frosted donut. They don’t have any donuts left except coffe roll, traditional and chocolate. I went home & went to eat the coffee roll & this thing looks disgusting.
I ordered pumpkin signature latte and got who knows what and it was sweet like really sweet and it did not taste like pumpkin at all more like multiple flavors. I went back and told them it's disgusting and they remade my signature pumpkin spice with pumpkin cream foam. I don't understand why this dunkin donuts always makes theirs coffees something else
This dunkin is horrible which is a shame because a couple of the employees are great(especially one of the afternoon gals). The store isn't ready to serve customers when they open, just guessing managers are the problem there. They constantly don't have something ranging from straws to whipped cream. End up trying them first since it's so close to my house then going to another dunkin when the don't have something.
Besides completely making my order wrong. Hair in the cut because whoever was making my drink kept touching her hair itching her head. Then asked for a refund and they charged my app twice more. Never again.
The first few times were great. The last two times I ordered a large was charged for a large and given a medium. When trying to talk to the person in the drive through they just walked away. I went inside the 1st time and they fixed it. This time I'll just find another store.
This review is for the tall, male, silver-haired supervisor/manager on duty. I’ve never been to this location before and I don’t know anyone who works there. I came in on a whim to grab a coffee and a snack and was immediately greeted by the cashier (young guy, curly hair) who was prompt and friendly and made sure he had my order right. I was then treated to fifteen minutes of the manager loudly reprimanding his staff and complaining about staff not even present while I was trying to chill out and eat my sandwich. It was super uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. I couldn’t wait to leave. Please provide this man with managerial training.
An Indian, heavy set, mean face lady who was handling the cashier this morning told me to "shut up" because I told her to get a better attitude. If you hate your job find another one; terrible customer service. So sad I won't be back there, I really liked the location since it's on my way to work but she ruined it with her bad attitude and aggressive energy and all because I told her she gave me the wrong order. May I also add I said it nicely and wasn't even upset but she responded as if I told her something offensive. Her and another lady were speaking in Hindi about my request for a refund which was also very rude, please speak English when dealing with customers.
