Its the worse DD experience again. Coffee was cold. Bagel was not toasted but slightly microwaved disgusting...no butter was on the bagel as ordered, the egg and cheese was cold super disgusting. They can never process the order properly. Never go there, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANY ONE AT ALL.

Rude staff, I think a bunch of kids work there. I asked for sandwich without bacon and they said they can’t do that. If I take that sandwich, I have to have a bacon in it. Worst part they were laughing from inside when I was leaving. Shameful

Directly came here from office for latte.. After long wait our coffees are ready. We took 2 coffees and a toast. No drink carrier nor bag for my sandwich was given . My latte got slipped and whole coffee fell down. Went inside to request for replacement. He asked details of coffee and token number and said to pay full price. I felt thats not fare. I dint even sip my lattee and want to pay full for the other one..atleast small discount would have helped me but they dint do so

Been coming here for years because it’s around the corner. Last Saturday, when I went through the drive through the employee at the window said “the car behind you said you’re paying for them.” What?! No I’m not! I was so confused. Eventually the employee told me “Actually that’s just one of the employees here, he always asks us to try that.” I was STUNNED. This is SO unacceptable! Again, I repeat, 2 employees at this location tried to get me to pay for one of their orders by TELLING ME I already offered to. This is INSANE. You can’t make this up, it’s too dumb. Thank god I’m moving soon.

I've gone through the drive through multiple times now, and it's always been a bad experience. The workers attitudes are monotone and lethargic at best, and the larger Indian woman especially was downright nasty, even though you're just informing them of an order mistake SHE made. Multiple times I've been handed food or a drink that wasn't mine then asked to give it back, only to be handed to the next customer; so I have some concerns on sanitation. Go to another location in the area. There's plenty, and the service is leaps and bounds better. I won't be back.

This Dunkin’ never has anything. They run out of almond milk, muffins,donuts, cups. How are they still in business ?? Today I go for a strawberry frosted donut. They don’t have any donuts left except coffe roll, traditional and chocolate. I went home & went to eat the coffee roll & this thing looks disgusting.

I ordered pumpkin signature latte and got who knows what and it was sweet like really sweet and it did not taste like pumpkin at all more like multiple flavors. I went back and told them it's disgusting and they remade my signature pumpkin spice with pumpkin cream foam. I don't understand why this dunkin donuts always makes theirs coffees something else

This dunkin is horrible which is a shame because a couple of the employees are great(especially one of the afternoon gals). The store isn't ready to serve customers when they open, just guessing managers are the problem there. They constantly don't have something ranging from straws to whipped cream. End up trying them first since it's so close to my house then going to another dunkin when the don't have something.

Besides completely making my order wrong. Hair in the cut because whoever was making my drink kept touching her hair itching her head. Then asked for a refund and they charged my app twice more. Never again.

The first few times were great. The last two times I ordered a large was charged for a large and given a medium. When trying to talk to the person in the drive through they just walked away. I went inside the 1st time and they fixed it. This time I'll just find another store.

This review is for the tall, male, silver-haired supervisor/manager on duty. I’ve never been to this location before and I don’t know anyone who works there. I came in on a whim to grab a coffee and a snack and was immediately greeted by the cashier (young guy, curly hair) who was prompt and friendly and made sure he had my order right. I was then treated to fifteen minutes of the manager loudly reprimanding his staff and complaining about staff not even present while I was trying to chill out and eat my sandwich. It was super uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. I couldn’t wait to leave. Please provide this man with managerial training.

An Indian, heavy set, mean face lady who was handling the cashier this morning told me to "shut up" because I told her to get a better attitude. If you hate your job find another one; terrible customer service. So sad I won't be back there, I really liked the location since it's on my way to work but she ruined it with her bad attitude and aggressive energy and all because I told her she gave me the wrong order. May I also add I said it nicely and wasn't even upset but she responded as if I told her something offensive. Her and another lady were speaking in Hindi about my request for a refund which was also very rude, please speak English when dealing with customers.
