Sushi Avenue J Reviews
Very good place, clean, good customer service, KOSHER, The Sushi is recommended.
Amazing food, super fast service, great environment and very budget friendly. Highly recommend
My favorite sushi store in all of Brooklyn. They have the cheapest most delicious sushi well as a great vibe with IsrealI Music
I've ordered their food many times and it has always been very solid and consistent and delivery is very fast. The pricing is very fair for the quality that you get. The rolls and sushi bowls always taste very fresh and are excellent! I would highly recommend this place.
Love this place! My husband, I ,and his family love this place we come here all the time order take out for shabbat and for regular weekdays they are the best for the buck! Quality of fish is amazing! Definitely recommend this place. Cute date spot for married couples and possible new relationships haha!
Amazing sushi I’ve eaten in store twice but catered multiple events, Elisheva Is amazing always putting together the best platters at the last minute and by the time we sit down to eat the avocado looks incredible never browns superb service, phenomenal food, highly recommend and for the quality and taste surprisingly inexpensive. Thank you Sushi Taeem!!!!!
I heard good things about this place prior and decided to stop by. Walking in automatically you notice great decor and we were seated immediately, and had water a plates brought to us in a matter of seconds. Menu looked great and they have many options. We got a few different rolls and all of them were amazing best kosher sushi in queens and Brooklyn the bills didn’t break my wallet. Very happy with eating here.
Sushi Ta’eem is a unique styled sushi joint providing comfortable indoor dinning, wifi, great service & great food. Sushi Ta’eem also has a unique menu including our family favorite avocado fries, & avocado fire ball. Mutzai shabbos is a-bit hectic & would advise to reserve a table online. Overall my family and I are very satisfied with Sushi Ta’eems service and would recommend it to all.
Good food. I never had kosher sushi and was happy to experience slightly different take on choices. There's many interesting dishes, I tried a few, and all were good. The service was great. There came in lots of young people at about 11:30, the restaurant was filled in to the last table, and servers and cooks were working fast and well organized. All those kids left at the same time just as they came in, must be school nearby. It became quiet again. Workers sprayed and wiped all tables and each chair after they left. The bottom line is good food , a clean and pleasant place with great service.
This is the best kosher sushi places in NY. If you try it once get ready to always crave it over and over again. The quality is very good and the prices are surprisingly low for such great quality. The service is also great which is very rare for kosher place. Long story short, 5 stars!!!!
This sushi is very bad. First of all it is all rice bombs barely any fish. Also they are very cheap here so they try to cut corners by serving non fresh fish and sometimes older fish. Money hungry and no true japanese flavor whatsoever
I got 6 rolls of sushi fried salmon and fried sweet potatoes got me very sick. The oil was probably really old. Trowed up the whole night and I got sorry from the owner. Terrible experience
I had a really upsetting experience this past Motzei Shabbat, which honestly shocked me because I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 7 months. I order from them at least once a week, sometimes more, and always supported this business. This was my first time eating there in person, and I actually feel ashamed that I ever supported them after what happened. Me and my friend came in, sat down, and ordered our food. After about 40 minutes, an older Russian-speaking man came over and very rudely said “check,” even though we were still eating. We had ordered extra food and clearly weren’t finished. We politely told him we were still eating, but he kept coming back every few minutes to ask if we were done, basically rushing us out. Eventually my friend said, “I’m still eating! we paid for our meal, why are you kicking us out?” The man then said, in a rude tone, that we had been sitting “too long” and he needed the table. The place was half empty. No one was waiting. He said all of this (and more ) in Russian so others wouldn’t understand how disrespectful he was being. We felt so uncomfortable that we packed up our food and left. I will not be supporting a place that employs someone who treats customers like this. No loyal customer or any customer deserves to be spoken to or pushed out in such a disrespectful way.
