I didn’t see on my receipt where I can fill out the survey, but Ashley at the buena vista location was awesome, sweet and super helpful. I went in April 19, 2023! She was working hard!

My kid loves Cinnabon... every time we go to this one, we get great customer service, and it is always good.

Great location to fill up, clean facilities, great coffee , cinnabon for that sweet tooth , friendly staff.

The service was very great, and Cinnabon was delicious it was worth it.

I just have to give the hugest shout out to the girls who work at the Carvel/Cinnabon part of the store. I must say how unbelievably UNFAIR it is that they don't get tipped. It's so sad that they're not appreciated for the excellent customer service. I mean really? These girls work hard and with a smile. They deserve a little extra for their hard work and dedication. Concerned but hopeful. Good Luck girls

08/29/2022 took my dog to emergency vet hospital so it wasn't a good day. On my way home I stop by Cinnabon store by Buena Vista and Stockdale to buy cinnamon roll and ice coffee. It was fresh and super delicious. The lady in the store, She was nice and polite. Went home feeling better. The next day I realized I don't have my wallet. I went back to that store hoping I left it there. Was my lucky day. They kept it for me. I was so thankful. They have it for me. Not only the Cinnabon was good but the staff was honest to keep my wallet untouched. Thank you so much. I will be going back for my cinnamon rools and for the honest employee. Sorry I didn't get her name. It was midday.

Had an awkward first experience when I was in line and started to order and the owner crowded me… the employees were nice and the cinnamon rolls were good but not the same quality as the location in the mall.

Hopefully they improve over time. And if they do I will comeback and update my review. But waiting more than 20 minutes for a cinnamon bun and the center of the roll sundae is not a good start. Especially if they tell you they forgot your order, and they threw the receipt away. While every other customer was already taken care of....

I could understand paying 5 but now it’s 6. To top it off the man who was working there didn’t acknowledge other people in line, letting them know it would be a couple minutes before he could serve us. He just ignored everyone. Trader Joe’s cinnamon roll are better and cheaper.

The guy that works here was extremely rude , needs to work on his customer service. Did not enjoy the fact that he was laughing for no reason.
