We tried the First Fridays chocolate glaze donuts. What a treat. Fresh off the glazing machine and delicious. Mark your calendars and a must try.

5 stars because the manager and the cashier were really nice and friendly. Today (May 09, 2023) I went to this location and bought “The minis for mom”. They were really good 😁 Krispy Kreme is the sugar donut of the world. Lots of good choices. They have a variety of beverages that you can enjoy with your donut. Of course they have various seasonal options as well ☺️

I went through the drive through earlier today and Sergio was patient enough to help me sign up for the rewards to get the birthday dounuts for my son. Great customer service.

You would think when doors open at 5;30 AM They would have Hot and fresh sign on with a free doughnut available, any how bought a couple dozen glazed to go for elections Today's working the voting poles. Doughnuts still look perfect each time we grab a dozen.

Always amazed how they come up with new creative and delicious donuts every holiday or special event. My kids love their donuts over any other donut shop. We go quite often and enjoy their great customer service. They always have polite people working behind the counter. Just wish they move the music speaker away from the counter so they can hear the customer's trying to order.

God, all I can say is I FREAKING LOVE THESE DONUTS! My 92yr old father loves them too so I always stop weekly on our "Sunday donuts" day. I buy him 6 regular glazed (he has no teeth) and they are so soft he had eat them really fast. He, and his buddies at the Memory Care Community he lives at, love when I arrive and "slip" them a donut too. I always check for medical conditions that would be a big NO NO for them first but they grin when they see me walk in. I have a big box of donuts, a coffee for dad, and his dog on a leash. There is a door code to get in so they have time to see me coming. I'm not sure what they love more the donuts or the dog lol. But I'm calling it the donuts!

I stopped at Krispy Kreme to purchase the newly released Pop-Tarts Krispy Kreme collab donuts to surprise my boyfriend with. Let me say, these donuts were so delicious, I hope they remain as part of their donut menu or at least bring them back as a limited release event often. I am not a donut person, but I'd definitely eat one of these again, especially the strawberry flavor. Thanks Krispy Kreme for the adventurous collabs.

Love Krispy creme. Visiting from Minnesota had to try Was on my wife's bucket list. This place is so clean and sanitary. I walked in and I felt like I was back in Minnesota. Our cashier Ashley is awesome. If you're reading this you are exceptional and we appreciated our conversation with you. Ashley went above and beyond and detailed every donut out of out dozen we bought. Even compared the Reese's Bismark to the candy and noted the differences. I was in awe she was so polite gave us the history of Krispy Kreme and even noted that they use to be in Bakersfield. I knew that because I went to school here. Awesome place to go wished we had one in Minnesota. Oh and they make donuts fresh, they have all the equipment there to do it. Plus they have a drive thru

They have good selection of donuts. Not the best donuts in town but they're good. Their coffee is boiling hot so I had to wait like 10 minutes before the first sip (not the best coffee either). Prices are decent. Place looks clean. Good customer service. Friendly staff. FYI, if you subscribe to their e-mail list, you get offers and also a free donut and coffee on your b-day.

Krispy Kreme is not what it was, rarely HOT and fresh. In fact our last visit for the day before Christmas we found the shelves and racks empty with minimal staff. Even the parking lot was empty.we were told ONLY glazed donuts today and even those were in short supply.

They have a variety of flavors and the glazed donuts can come fresh off the belt.

Where are the lemon filled donuts? Why were they discontinued?

It was a little difficult to get to, being all the way across town and I had to drive to it. The facility was clean the staff was courteous and respectful. The donuts are okay they kind of tastes like flavored fluffy are for the most part. If they weren't having the buy one dozen get one dozen free, I wouldn't have driven across town for it. But having said that to me it is worth the treat every once in awhile

Donuts were delicious. But the person who was supposed help us (Stephanie) asked us what we would like and as I’m ordering she walked away without saying anything and it took 5 mins until someone else helped us and the line was near the door. If she woulda said she would be back and to give her a min then it woulda been understandable but she left without a word while we’re ordering. Very horrible Customer service, will never go inside again.

You could pick up order around 7am even on-line said it is open at 6am. Online is wrong.

The donuts are usually good quality when I come; however they seriously need to work on keeping their menu items in stock. For instance, this morning I went anticipating trying a couple of the new release M&M donuts. Of course (this tends to be the recurring thing with any new lineup releases they come out with at this location) they're all out of the ones I actually want to try when I come down there. There were two particular ones I wanted to try from the lineup, and they didn't have them. So next backup, maple is my go to. I ask for maple at the speaker and they say that they're out. Just... how? That's a staple donut flavor. How are you out? This was all before 10 am. It's still the morning hours. Just doesn't make sense to me. I'm not sure what exactly the issue is, but appears they don't meet the product demand which is a bummer.

I want to start with this statement: Normally, customer service at this establishment is decent enough. As in, they don't all smile but they aren't rude when you ask a question, they don't greet you as you pull up to the window or at the counter, and most definitely most times do not rudely shove a unclosed box in your face. My issue was how annoyed the cashier sounded when I asked about a question, then proceeded to not speak to me at the window and practically threw my box at me in the car. I'm highly disappointed. ****Amend review: 4 stars (see the end) First of all, to go to this store, it’s a good fifteen to twenty minutes, depending on traffic, it could be more. My husband went to get me the lemon-filled donuts, a (6 pk) because yesterday was my birthday. I opened the box got one and started to eat it. Then, looked at the rest and realized, the others got progressively smaller in size. So, he is now taking the rest of them back. For the price he was charged, it’s a must. Quality control for equal sizing needs to be a factor in this regard, and someone like a manager is not paying attention to it. And that they are allowing the product to go out like this is a shame. We Love the donut. We consider it a treat. We remembered what a big deal they were when they went in down, in Southern California. My mom and dad had us drive them to the newest one in, Yorba Linda, I believe. So, sad this happened so that’s the reason for the neutral three-star. **** My husband went back and the manager apologized for the situation. He said he didn't know who allowed it to go out that way. They didn't have any more lemon so in good faith he gave my hubby three raspberry-filled donuts. They are so busy with the New Year Special that it could have been an honest mistake.

The place is good. I like to go to Mom and Pop shops but nobody else has a white fluffy cream filled donut which are my favourite. Update to 2 stars because they deleted the only donut I'd get there. How do you get rid of your KREME donut!? a regular donut that has a small amount of cream isn't the same as a filled donut. I'm sorry.

On 2/21/26, we ordered a signature collection online 15 min in advance for quick pick up when we arrived to the store, it wasn't ready and the worker started making it after we arrived and it was nothing like the signature collection described in the app and she said some items were out. We started replacing the missing items, she still got them wrong and during the process she appeared upset with us that we were unhappy with the service provided

First off, I love Krispy Kreme donuts, specifically the original glazed. Unfortunately, I live a very long way from a Krispy Kreme store so I buy them as I travel. So, today I went to the Bakersfield store as I traveled through. Expecting to get a dozen. Yeah, my mouth was already watering. Only to find out there were NONE. I have never had this happen before! In all of my 80 years, why should this experience get me down? Glazed original fans know.

Bad service. Waited for 10 minutes, both of them just kept looking at me, some person came in and they took their order right away. The donuts were good since they were the Harry Potter limited edition. The coffee machines were not working during that time, didn't give me my refund on the coffees either.

I understand with any business and especially a donut shop that the end of day hours the food is not as fresh. These however and from what I've seen from recent reviews from other people it has definitely become a pattern that this location donuts just taste way to old. Cut back your hours do something because man these could not be saved.

When the red lights is on=fresh warm donuts but it's been 3 times that I have come and they gave me already pack cold donuts! This time I asked specifically for warm donuts but no amicable response from the employee I ended up getting cold ones!

Went this morning at 11:00. Had no lemon filled, no Apple fritters , no glazed! Asked what they had and it was only some mini donuts and a chocolate custard filled. Seriously, backed out of the drive thru and left.

Been trying to get a box of fresh glazed donuts for a month now. No success. What the hell is wrong with this place? The first time, they said their machine is broken. Went back later and they said they had glazed donuts but they were old. Are they trying to go out of business or something?

Awful drive through service. Just left there after i noticed the starbucks line was completely packed. and got laughed at through the drive thru when i asked if they had iced coffee, when i asked her what? she gave me attitude and laughed again saying they dont have ice or coffee and to leave. Hours need updated for the dining room and the drive through. We tried to go here at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. All doors were locked. Guy inside pointed at the drive through and told us to go there. We were towing a trailer and unable to go through the drive through. We were very disappointed. We are from out of town and this is a rare treat for us.

Came in thanks to the First Responder promotion. The female associate working the evening shift was rude and made probably the worst tasting iced coffee anyone could make. Asked for the iced mocha latte, which is blended, with whip cream, and Ghirardelli drizzle on top. Recieved? A non-blended, over-iced coffee with a hint of mocha. I'm sure Krispy Kreme can make a decent coffee, but with an employee who doesn't take pride in their job, how would it be possible to produce a quality product?

We went to krispy cream 30 minutes before they closed and they had closed early.I asked if they were closed.The girl didn't even care to give me any service at all and told me that they were closed. The location on Rosedale closest, at 11.We arrived at 10:28pm and they wouldn't give me any service. As I continue asking them if they were close and telling them that they close at eleven , they deny me service While they were laughing.

Every time i come to this location they never have original glazed donuts or donut holes. Today i went to the drive through and the guy was very rude. I seen a couple walk into the store with a black dog that was not a service animal. They didn't ask them to leave and was so disgusted that I had to leave. I didn't want dog hair with my donuts. They left at 5:44pm 2-25-2023.

Placed an order for pickup foe a dozen of heart shaped donuts the day before Valentine's, went to pickup and been told they are out! And I can choose any other donuts for same value! I left and never got my refund back 😒

It is sad to say that Krispy Kreme donuts here in Bakersfield has gone downhill. The staff members are not attentive or polite, they never have fresh donuts, they seem to always be out of the regular glazed donuts no matter the time I've gone, morning, afternoon or night. About a week ago they offered me to get the assorted donuts at the price of a regular glazed since they were out of them, only to find out when we start eating them at home that the donuts were stale. That is definitely the last time I will ever buy a donut there. Very sad to say, but more sad to see how bad they have become.

This place sucks!! I drive 45 minutes to come get some and they never have any flavored donuts on stock. I place order online they didn’t even bothered to call me that there machine stopped working and didn’t have basically none of the donuts I had ordered online, they waited till I got there to tell me. I was so mad 😡 they wouldn’t even sell me half a dozen of glaze ones because they had to set them aside for the morning. RIDICULOUS

Attached to the review is the store schedule. I tried to enter the store while staff was sitting next to the door and it was within store hours. Krispy Kreme please adhere to the schedule. It’s posted online and on the door for a reason.

Agree with the previous review. This Krispy Kreme store has terrible customer service. Not one employee acknowledged me. I stood in the store for about five minutes before deciding to take my business to Randy's Donuts. I get that the store was busy. But, a simple, "Good morning, please give us a quick minute," would have gone a long way. Again, that did not happen, even though three employees saw me waiting. Avoid this store.

I love Krispy Kreme but this location is THE WORST. I placed an online order at 9 am to be picked up at 11:15 am. I showed up and thought they were working on my order because it was the thanksgiving mini pies that i also ordered. The girl at counter asked me what I was looking for and I told her my name for the pick up order. She went and grabbed my receipt and started talking with her coworker and then tells me they aren’t able to fulfill my order… even though there was a box they just finished preparing for another customer who wasn’t even there yet??? So I asked her why was another persons order more important than mine? And she just said I can create a different box or get a refund. I looked at the selection they had left and they hardly had anything so I asked for a refund. She just stood there looking at me. So I told her again I would like a refund. She went to the back and came back stating her supervisor wasn’t available bc they were in Fresno at the moment, but would get my order refunded when she came in later that day. I never received a refund. Why keep allowing people to order stuff before you fulfill the orders of customers who have already paid? And once THEY mess up your order, they don’t even have the decency to do the bare minimum of refunding you for something you never received.

I ordered donuts via Uber Eats, and they gave us small donuts the size of my palm that clearly were at least a couple hours old. They tasted horrendous, I would recommend you find some place else for donuts!

It was first time for me ordering donuts as it’s my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to give it to her class.first the lady who took the order is rude and second she is scratching her head with the same time she is putting the donuts. They had a valentines promotion and they didn’t have the heart donuts they were showing on their website. They Cancelled the order one hour before delivery. It was a gift and they wouldn’t even compensate me with regular donuts. Not good service and rude customer service. They messed up but they talked to me like I had done something wrong. Terrrible!! They tell me they are fresh donuts, it's not the first time I've bought donuts and of all the Krispy Cream stores this is the one with the most bad attention, the one in Bakersfield . I went to the drive thru and asked for a dozen and a half and it took them more than 10 minutes to open the window after I paid and I turned around and entered to the store and surprise the machine wasn't working and that's why the delay and wanting to give me donuts old.

9410 Rosedale Highway / transaction 12-22-23 @ 12:16pm went through the drive through to order. The lady (Shante) we dealt with was extremely rude and pushy. Wouldn't give a reasonable amount of time for use to complete our order kept being pushy even though we kept saying to give us a minute. Also large selections were not in stock of common style donuts. That's always an issue when coming here.

Went in this morning to buy a dozen glazed donuts and a coffee and after the purchase, I went to go find sugar and creamer. There was absolutely nothing, my husband went to go tell the cashier that everything was empty and she just looked at us and just offered half-and-half, how are you a donut store that does not provide creamer or sugar? Drive through was closed at 9:30 in the morning. They had a promotion for dots. Did not have any… was told comeback 2 hours later. What is the point of running a promotion if your store is not ready for it 4 hours into being open.

It says the hours for New Years Eve is that they closed at 8:00pm. My sister and I placed an order around 2 to pick up donuts and when we got there at 6:13, the drive was closed and when we knocked on the door, the girl told us they were closed and refused to get the order, which should have already been ready, all they had to do was grab it. It was just irritating. I understand if your hours said you were closed, but to be so rude when we mislead. If you were closing early, then you should update your hours on your website AND google. Not only that, I went on to the website to see if I could still order and when it would be ready, and it was would have been ready for pickup 6:29pm same day.

they really need to update their times! i live across town and i’ve come three times and i see workers there but they don’t even acknowledge the costumers who are waiting in the drive through. i called and the employees were rude to me, it was just a simple question to what time they actually close. very unprofessional. so sad considering i’ve been coming here since they opened.

I love Krispy Kreme, ever since I first tried it in middle school. The donuts are amazing, and always a good treat. The score for this location is so low because they are always out of donuts. We can show up at 8am, and the donut case will be empty. This is the first location I've ever been to where they are consistently out of donuts. The customer service is also unreliable. Depending on who is working the counter and drive through, you can get good customer service, or non-existent customer service.

I had the worst experience trying to order from Krispy Kreme for a corporate event. I called the day before to place an order for 25 dozen donuts, which was no small task. I repeatedly asked if they could accommodate my request at a specific time, and after some back and forth, the manager assured me they could. I gave my contact information and even attempted to pay in advance, as this was a business transaction. The manager insisted that I could pay when I picked up the order, which was confirmed multiple times. Feeling reassured, I called back in the morning to confirm my pick-up, only to be met with utter confusion from the staff. They had no record of my order, and to add insult to injury, they claimed such a large order needed to be placed a week in advance - something that was never mentioned during my previous conversation. This level of disorganization and lack of follow-through from Krispy Kreme was not just disappointing; it was a complete operational failure. It's clear they can't handle large orders or manage basic customer service expectations. Avoid this location if you're planning anything beyond a casual visit for a single donut.

I came to get two dozen original glazed at 6:45AM for my students and they told me they don’t have any available at the moment. They’ve been opened since 5AM. It’s very disappointing because original glazed is their whole thing. I had to leave since I have to get to work and won’t have the donuts I needed. Last time coming here. It is always some inconvenience or issue.

Last Sunday I went to this Krispy Cream and their machine was “broken”. So I let and came back this Sunday (2/9/25). I had a coupon for a dozen of donuts but the worker said their system wouldn’t take the coupon and refused to give the advertised price. The location on Rosedale is becoming a joke. Very disappointing!

I placed an online order today at 6:40AM, to be ready by 6:53AM (was what my receipt said) but unfortunately couldn’t keep waiting to receive it. When I arrived at the store, it was unorganized and chaotic. Instead of fulfilling online/app orders in the order in which they were placed, they were doing the orders as the customers arrived. It was unreasonable. If a person placed an order before me to be picked up before me, that order should be fulfilled before mine. Same goes for if it was placed after mine. It was 7:35AM at this point and I was going to be late for work if I kept waiting so I asked them to cancel. It was extremely frustrating since today is St. Patrick’s day, so these green donuts were for my students. Unfortunately I couldn’t keep waiting or I would be late to work, so I had to leave. I’m still waiting for a refund. Besides the refund though, I’m so disappointed at the service and even more disappointed that my students didn’t get to enjoy these. I hadn’t had any issues like these before, but it’s definitely something that needs to be improved.

Tell me if this sounds right. I’m told by a family member to download the Krispy Kreme app, and am shocked when I see original glazed are $1 a piece and you can get as MANY as you want (It says that in the app). The fine print in the app says “while supplies last, first come first serve”. Me and the family go to Krispy Kreme to get a dozen of the original only to be told by their employee that I can’t buy more than 1 per person because their donut maker isn’t there. This was at 8pm, THREE HOURS before they’re supposed to close. Shouldn’t they be ready for people to come buy up the glazed donuts and staff their donut makers all day during this promotion? This is false advertisement. What a terrible way to do business. On top of this, the donuts were ice cold.

Purchased a half a dozen of originals there this morning. Made it to my destination and after the first one threw the other 5 in the trash. All they had were original no other donuts nor did they have any milk. The young cashier was very nice but the product and lack of was not what I’ve come to expect from Krispy Kreme. I’ve been to countless locations throughout the country. I won’t be returning to this location.

I bought a dozen donuts, 10 being raw and not at all edible, I live an hour away so driving back would not be worth it, I called to see if I can get a refund since I payed with my debit card, but was told I needed to go back to the store in order to get a refund.

Went there at 7:55 pm tonight doors locked even though the sign says close at 10 the kids working their just waved me and my girlfriend threw the drive thru. Plz change your sign and your Google information if you close indoors at 8 and I will send this complain to your head office

Horrible experience. Not only were they rude when I picked up my donuts, they refused to honor the 2$ glazed donut BOGO for national coffee day because I ordered online. I picked up my donuts and they gave me the wrong ones. I ordered KREME filled and they gave me custard filed, which my mom cannot eat. I tried calling the number from my email confirmation to get my order fixed and after 3 calls no one answered. I'm livid. I'll never ever come back after this experience.

Service in store is very lacking and the associate today was very rude, donuts are shrunk down to a noticeable amount and don't taste as well as they used to. Definitely recommend the mom and pop donut shops in the area over this location.

Very rude employee. Definitely needs a crash course in customer service. I guess that Krispy Kreme allows their employees to roll their eyes at the customers. I went in to pick up an order. The rude girl didn't even acknowledge me. She helped 4 cars on the drive thru before coming to see what I needed. My order has already been placed at 620am. I got there at 625am to pick up. It said my order should be ready by 631am. I finally had my order in my hands at 640am, and that is thanks to the lady from the back that came and put my 4 dozen of assorted donuts together. She is the only one that acts that way. The rest of the employees are nice and cordial to the customers.

Absolutely the worse. They were out of milk for the hot cocoa. They were out of the Peanuts Collection box and they were making glazed doughnuts but they weren't selling them to customers because they were for the Santa Maria location because their machine was out. We drove across town for literally nothing. I guess they don't need Bakersfield's money. Maybe Santa Maria customers can drive to their store buy from them.

They were really bad, it says they close at 10 or 10:30, and the workers would let us in at 9:30. I was so mad, they did not do anything they just wanted to go home already. I also came for the harry potter donuts some time ago and they were rude and were not helping me and let like 2 people ahead of me and gave me the wrong donuts. They need to change.

Customer service was so terrible that it was worthy of a 1-star review. The "manager" was slow and incompetent. Didn't listen to what was being said, didn't provide any Customer service. Drove home with no donuts and a newfound hate for krispy kreme. This location sucks. Real Customer, real review. 👎🏼👎🏼 Reply to Krispy Kreme's generic request for more info and details: I shared my experience and full details with you guys before I even wrote this review, but the fact that you're requesting more information makes it obvious that you guys don't read those things. 2 weeks later, still no refund. I didn't get any product, just charged. Krispy Kreme in Bakersfield sucks!

Was told if we wanted hot doughnuts to order them between 7 and 930 in the morning. Called their corporate was told someone was going to reach out and get a refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I called 3 times. If we wanted cold donuts could have went and got these at Walmart. Live and learn

7:42 in the morning no damn donuts. employees look like they’re in disarray. Then I left and called them and asked how a donut place doesn’t have donuts at 7:40 in the morning and they hung up on me. These are the type of employees Californians asked for.
