The pinsa is excellent. I went both on Wednesday and Sunday, and both times I had a great time. The only small flaw was the pinsa round on Wednesday: there were 10 of us, and I didn't appreciate the fact that after eight pinsas, we were asked: "Do you want another pinsa?" If it's a pinsa round, it should be more natural, without making the customer feel uncomfortable or guilty about wanting more pinsas. Besides, we hadn't even gotten to one pinsa each. It wasn't nice. That said, it was still a very positive experience!

⭐ Review 5/5 I've been to this pinseria, and I have to admit, the place is so clean I almost felt sorry for myself for not messing up the order. My compliments, truly. The staff? A rarity: kind, helpful, and even friendly. The kind who make you feel welcome without being overbearing, with that naturalness that makes you think, "Ah, so good service still exists!" Let's move on to the pinsas: such a rich gourmet variety that choosing became the most difficult sport of the evening. The ingredients are excellent, and the dough... well, so digestible that at the end of the meal I seriously considered ordering another. I responsibly resisted, but the temptation was strong. The quality-price ratio is more than fair. In fact, considering the quality, it's almost surprising. And as if that weren't enough, there are two free parking lots within walking distance. Yes, free: it's not a mirage. And then there's the homemade tiramisu, fresh that day: simply out of this world. The kind that makes you think, yes, maybe another teaspoon would be nice. In short? A place where you eat great, you feel welcomed, and you'll gladly return. And yes, next time I'll get a second pinsa. 🍕😄

A welcoming, family-friendly place with young, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, and very quick service, allowing you to enjoy one of the best pinsas we've ever tasted! A light, crispy, and easy-to-digest pinsa; you can taste the love it takes to make it. The place isn't very big and is very popular, so I recommend making a reservation. An experience worth repeating. 👍

I really liked this place. We opted for the giropinsa, and I have to say I was satisfied. The pinsa are well-seasoned and flavorful, even the vegetarian ones—I've never had anything so good! The dough wasn't heavy; on the contrary, it was light and easy to digest. The owner told us about the care he takes in making the dough and accommodated all our dietary needs. If you order giropinsa, it's best to let us know in advance if you have vegetarian or other dietary needs. Highly recommended!

Excellent pinseria, both for the dough, which is faithful to the recipe, and for the ingredients, which are top-quality. I would absolutely recommend it as it's made to perfection. In the summer, you can sit outside. The location is simple and the staff is very friendly.
