I ordered the grilled chicken burrito to be delivered. The order came within the estimated time and didn't take too long. I was satisfied with the food and the delivery. Ordered again for pickup on Sunday, 4/27/25, and again, just as before, everything was perfect. The steak burrito order was ready when promised, around 5:00 p.m., and it was made just as I ordered it. The gentleman preparing the pickup orders was very helpful and courteous in showing me where my order could be picked up. Third time was ok, nothing to really complain about. [UPDATE] I spent $20 including a $3 tip and they got both orders wrong on 5/6/25. Then on [5/9/25], music was way too loud at 6:47 p.m. on 5/9/25. I usually avoid this loud atmosphere. I had to go to the pick up area and see if my order was ready. The app didn't notify me. I noticed it had just been setting there. I've been here five times in the past month but starting to write this place off as a go-to favorite. Again, I found no fajitas on my order and now I'm wondering if it was because of my review about my prior visit because I see some of the same employees there who were there the night of my last visit. If they do a good job consistently then I will tip consistently, but decided not to leave a tip this time. Perhaps someone should come up with a way to tip after a customer receives their order. I almost want to downgrade my rating from five stars but I suppose three out of five is reason enough to hold back on that thought.

I've been a loyal customer to this chipotle for a very long time and I'd just like to say, employee Asia who was working 2-23-25 2pm has been an absolute joy and amazing representation of this company. She deserves the world, and treated me with such genuine kindness I will not forget. Please treat her good chipotle, you have a wonderful employee on your hands.

Our recent lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill in Barstow was a super convenient experience. The service was fast and friendly, allowing us to grab a satisfying bowl during my road trip from San Diego to Las Vegas. The customizable options and fresh ingredients made for a delicious and efficient meal. If you're passing through Barstow and need a quick, tasty bite, Chipotle is an excellent choice!

A great option for "fast food". More upscale than other fast food chains and with more healthy options. They do have good vegetarian and vegan options unlike some other fast food places. The prices have gone up with inflation, but still a good option. Still be prepared for long lines during popular times at lunch and dinner. Lack of a drive thru is a bummer, but mobile orders and fast pickup is a good option. Overall a healthy fast food alternative for a reasonable price in the current economic environment.

Stopped in and ordered a Chicken burrito bowl ($8). Staff was great, made it just how I asked. Everything tasted fresh and was delicious. Took it to go, thankfully they put napkins and a fork in my bag as I didn't think about it until I got to my hotel.

It's Chipotle, you typically know what you're going to get. Location was clean, plenty of seating and the food tasted just as expected, good. Staff was nice and friendly too. The only thing that I didn't love was how much they tried to rush the line. They had 3 people building one food item. If you are 1 person trying to order you are barely able to get your full order out (if ordering more than one item). Due to the fact that you have been moved down the line to build your 1st item before you can even order your 2nd or 3rd, because they have already started taking the next person in lines order. They were just trying to be so efficient that it kind of back fired if one person was ordering more than one item. Still a great location, but it just made things chaotic in line... not just for me.

The place to go if you are travelling through Barstow to/from Las Vegas. It is right next I15 in a mall with many restaurants and gas stations. They have the standard Chipotle fare served with the same business like efficiency that is associated with the food chain. I walked in on a busy day at lunch time and was greeted to a long line. Despite this, I could get my veggie bowl in less than 10 minutes. Since it was a hot afternoon I opted for the indoor seating instead of the outdoor seating. The restaurant is clean and tidy inspite of the continuous footfall.

The was delicious. It was dirty line and grill table. My guacamole was dark; I got two anyway. No forks. But I think the problem is a little personal. The Manager needs consider schedule more people. Because the workers were working hard.

Typical Chipotle. Delicious food in the middle of nowhere. Only 3 stars because it's hard to get into the parking lot, and the live was SO LONG! It took 20 min to get to the front of the line, and we got there when the line was only a few people. By the time we go tot the front, the line was down the side of the seats, and out the door. Restrooms are clean for how many people there were there, but finding a seat in the smallish dining area was a bit of a wait. This location gets a lot of surges in people, dang, we wanted to get some food and move on, not spend an hour in line and waiting for a table.

I can't get over how much Fast Food prices have increased over the last past few weeks!! Charging $11.05 for only 1 burrito bowl. And the employees are so very stingy on how much food they will serve you. Good grief, if you're going to raise your prices sky high, then at least put more food in your servings! Gross. I just stopped there with my family and the manager on staff literally scrapped something off my plate and threw it back on the line in front of me. Then the barbacoa we ordered was all chunks of chewy stuff.

I noticed there was no corn so I asked the 2nd woman helping with the line and she said the corn is going to take 15 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait. The two women (the second one helping the line & the cashier) were the ones who I am writing this review about. The first girl helping the line was decent. We went on a Wednesday evening around 6 pm. The food looked and tasted old, not fresh, and most of what we wanted was out. None of what was gone was being prepared. It was like we were the last customers of the night, and they were trying to close up. The kids' meals we ordered came with chips. We ordered three kids' meals, so we wanted three bags of chips. They had only one kid sized bag of chips but a lot of the big bags. When asked if they could break down a big bag to make more kid sized bags, they rudely responded with a "no, we cannot." I expected more from this location since it is new, but I don't think we will be going back.

People spend a lot of money on delivery services sometimes being tired from work you don’t want to go anywhere or make anything so it’s nice to treat yourself. I don’t usually go to chipotle but the staff weren’t as helpful and they would just stare at you. The salad was okay but none of the ingredients were fresh. I payed around $13 dollars for just 3-4 ingredients on my salad. Definitely not coming back here again.

This chipotle is the last should ever want to stop at! The manager or assistant manager it whoever she was, was very rude! She was the lady working the cash register! First off, she rushed me thru the line so that she could look an iPad with an employee that was just standing behind the line, doing nothing but looking at an iPad! When I asked could she please ring me up after standing there waiting, she had the audacity to tell me to wait a second , so she could continue to look at what she was looking at with the iPad lady! What really topped it off, and what let’s me know she doesn’t care about the customer, I asked for a fountain drink, not once did she tell me the ice machine is not working, and when I brought it to their attention, all they said was,” oh, we don’t have any ice!!!” Didn’t offer to take the cup back, ask me if I would like something out of the cooler, nothing!!! Very poor customer service! Not sure if it was because I’m an African American…just really disappointed in todays youth and the service industry! Avoid this place at all cost!!

Destiny, I’m really disappointed with how my experience was handled today. I spent more than $5 on the app and asked about getting guacamole, but the response I received felt rude and unsympathetic. The young lady next to you, however, was very kind and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name because she even offered me a drink, and she wasn’t even the manager. Her attitude made a big difference. Unfortunately, my food ended up going in the trash because I was so disappointed with the experience. I hope Chipotle works on better training for managers, because the employees like the young lady I mentioned are doing a great job and deserve recognition.

Highly disappointed with this location. My son has gluten allergies, requested the starting staff to change gloves, she gave me a frustrated look and changed her glove, the rest of the staff on the line did not follow the protocol for changing the gloves and they were not friendly about it. Women's Bathroom was out of supplies and needed major cleaning. The rice was under cooked, I paid xtra for chimichurri sauce but she never gave it to me and by the time I realized, I was half done with my bowl and given my experience, I didn't even want to go back and ask for it. Very disappointed with the experience.

Got food 15 minutes later than the promised time. Restroom was horrible. Saw one customer complain to the staff about the restroom but no action was taken. For sure very understaff. not great! lines were super long, but that was understandable. however, the rice was clearly undercooked, and the workers all looked like they didnt want to be there. they kept dripping queso into my bowl while reaching for the sauce for another customer, but since im severely allergic to it (anaphylactic reaction), i had to ask them to remake the bowl. every worker's attitudes were extremely poor, they kept sighing and grumbling the whole time. their portions were fine, but the overall atmosphere, service, and quality of food made it kinda unbearable ☹️☹️

I’m a die-hard Chipotle fan—seriously, but this location is testing my loyalty. Twice I’ve given it a shot, and both times the food was so salty it could double as a salt lick. And don’t get me started on the chips! They were staler than a dad joke lol. For me to turn down food is rare, because I usually eat anything that’s not still moving. But this time I just couldn’t. Chipotle, I love you, but not all your locations are created equal… and this one needs some serious TLC photo comment: I split bowls with my husband because the portions are so big I can't eat that much. As we are in line 2 men that were employees came from back with raised voices cussing. Young tall white guy with facial hair and an older short Hispanic guy. Getting into each other's space with a white female with ponytail and dark hair almost standing between them but not saying anything. Several other employees were whispering amongst themselves but not apologize for the behavior of the 2 male employees. Finally the older Hispanic male left and things quited down. If there is a problem take out of ear shot of your customers very unprofessional if either of the 3 were a manager. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Worse than Springfield Missouri and that’s bad. 8pm on a Tuesday night - empty parking lot, empty dining room, out of guac but not really out of guac. There’s guac on the to go line. Sorry we can’t serve that guac it’s for the zero online orders that we have right now. I made guac but it needs to cool down maybe 10 more min. Logic would be serve your customers in front of you then use the new guac in 10 min for the zero online orders they you have. What a waste of time.

I placed an online order at 10am for the "quickest" time 10:30am I always order the same thing every single time this time it was the worst mistake I've made my burrito bowl wasn't ready when it said it was going to be on top of that they tried to not give me some of my items I ordered. The chips and queso they stated I didn't have on my order when I clearly did and on the printed label they stick onto the bag it stated. I had to wait for the queso because it wasn't ready yet when I received my bag the burrito bowl felt really light I thought nothing of it arrived home and upon getting my items out the bag I noticed the sauces were watered down and looked a little off I had ordered double protein I only received regular portion I had ordered extra pinto beans extra fajitas and extra lettuce non of which were included in the bowl while I was at the store I asked the manager if I could get my queso filled up a little bit more for the inconvenience before the fact I knew my burrito bowl was a mess of missing items she was very rude and not helpful at all she responded to me back saying that I only ordered a 2oz queso and for waiting 10 minutes I couldn't receive anything so then I proceed to ask for her name and she would not want to give it to me she stated she didn't have to give me a name very rude and very unprofessional I doubt that's the manager Chipotle hired to treat there valuable customers like that I really wanted to receive a refund but didn't want to even speak with that woman this was 6/18/2024 @ 10:46 am I just finished a extensive night shift 12 hours from 9pm to 9am and I decided to spend my money here this was a very upsetting situation I really hope no other valued customers will have to go through this situation.

Went to chipotle today with my boyfriend. The line was almost reaching out the door but we were both craving a chicken bowl so we decided to wait (about 35 minutes). We get to the front and noticed they were giving small portions…REALLY SMALL PORTIONS. It was the craziest thing when the girl at the front gave me and my boyfriend less than half a scoop of everything. We needed to ask for more every side we asked for. My total came out to $29 which was for 2 chicken bowls and 2 sides of guacamole. I’m sorry but for that price that’s ridiculous.

Was up in Barstow recently for a week. Love Mexican food. Wanted something other than DelTaco (which I am a frequent customer of). So I had a burrito delivered around 5 pm, Asada with lettuce, rice and sour cream. It was oozing sour cream, yuck. But I still ate it, was hungry and too tired to go out. Burrito was a very good size, and with the exception of the sour cream (which I asked for, just not that much), it was a very good burrito. Not the reason for the 1 star rating. Finished dinner and went to bed around 8 pm. It had been a very long day. About 3 am I woke up with a very sharp pain in my mid section (stomach)... run to bathroom... back to bed, sleep for an hour... repeat until I finally vomitted at around 9:30. Was well enough to pack my bags and drive home (1.5 hours), by the time I got home... back to bathroom... bed, sleep, bathroom... you get the idea. This went on until around 7 pm when I ate a Greek Yogurt (130 calories). Mind you I hadn't had anything to eat since 5 pm the night before (26 hours), was only drinking sips of water, didn't want to get dehydrated. Yes, food borne illness!!!! What are the symptoms of reheated rice sickness? Symptoms from Bacillus cereus form within 6 to 12 hours, which is faster than most foodborne illnesses. You can expect nausea, cramps and lots of barf. The bacteria can also cause severe diarrhea if it multiplies in your intestine and produces toxin. There was rice in the burrito. I thought Chipolte had cleaned up their act, guess not. I had on another occasion had food delivered from this same restaurant WITHOUT any issue (no rice). Very disappointed. I work in the healthcare industry, in food service, I know the Federal and Cal Code well, also a ServSafe instructor. Will NEVER eat at Chiptole again, you couldn't PAY me enough.

They stoped in the middle of serving customer and started loading their meal filling their bowls 4 times if xtra meat and they are being watched while they were stealing xtra just because they are employees. We could barely hear each other at the table while dining and when placing our order, it was very difficult for us to hear the staff, as well as them hearing us. Music should be low in the back ground; being prohibitively loud did not make dining an enjoyable experience.

Bad experience, bad attitude for the employees especially 2 girls from line Whyyyy do they serve you so badly? If I'm going to buy, I'm not going to ask for free!!! Food super cold , Nasty place, comen on guys you can make better please! :(

I'm sitting here in disbelief, chipotle as a whole, should just close. Between bad customer service, overpriced food, & food not properly made, which is why I'm sitting here sick to my stomach. Who charges $8 for a literal tablespoon of brisket? This company's principles are terrible. I didn't even finish my burrito, I became immediately ill, I shouldn't have to go across the street to buy things to push this food out my system. Never again!

I just left Chipotle and the staff was not very friendly, the portion size were so extremely small and all the employee said was that’s all we’re allowed to give you. And yes, I was recording the entire time. They weren't closing for an hour and a half they said they were out of lettuce ,steak ,veggies, corn salsa, chips and they didn’t have time to bring out more. The level of laziness that the staff had was ridiculous. I understand that you can’t make more steak, but to say you can’t bring out more lettuce or to bring out more sauces is just beyond ridiculous.

the personnel was extremely rude. i had the smallest plate of my life. i filed a complaint and here is what i got. she didnt even care.. terrible service terrible personnel smallest portion. i normally save some of my chipotle this time im not even full. SHAME ON YOU CHIPOTLE.

Just left what was the worse Chipotle I've ever been to , all the tables where dirty, the floor dirty. The area where the food is prepared was dirty. The soda station was dirty. They didn't have the brisket ready. The line was dirty. I'll never eat at this Chipotle again. I'm pretty sure all the employees where high as hell.

I'm done! I will not spend another dime at this location. The customer service is the Worst. The manager on duty Griffen is his name. Tall, large, white, male. I ordered a side of guacamole and was told that I had to wait 30 minutes even though there was guacamole on the to go order side. At the time there were no to go orders requesting guacamole because I asked. The manager was rude and nasty.

Went there last night, Small portion size(less than half of what I get in other Chipotle), and very bad customer service. Very unprofessional and rude.

We live locally and go to this location every couple of months. Tonight 11/12/24 was a disappointment. The crew was very rude. When we ask a question they just stared. They were out of the veggies and guacamole had a spoonful left, didn't look fresh. When we ask the girl just looked in the container with the dried up veggies and said the veggies were on the grill. This was at 6pm not near closing. We won't be back

I try calling the store to see how much is a side order was. A recording said to look online for pricing. So I did there's no price on what I wanted. I ask for customer service. The recording asks for my card number. There employees make $20 hr lazy can't even answer the phone to take orders or even answer a question what s up with that. Really lazy way to run a business. Still don't know how much is a side I wanted to order. That's sad 😭. U could do better. O I know you don't care. More pay less service. Proud Sand!

Ordered a bowl to go with beans rice double meat of 2 different types of meat and cheese paid almost $20 for 1 bowl and this is what I opened up when I got to work. And luckily before I drove off I noticed they forgot my chips so had to go back in and get those. Paying $20 for something to receive this was literally laughable

If I could give them zero that gonna be more good. Server’s attitude is too bad. Food comes burned. Quesadilla machine don’t work. But they don’t said it at first. Food came with rust

I had visited other Chipotle locations where they keep everything clean this particular location in Barstow 60% of the tables were not clean filthy place. T food was cold .very disappointing.

I had the worst experience yesterday 1/22/26, I have been to this location before and did not have issues but yesterday sums up my entire experience. I had not eaten anything all day and at 3:32pm I went to get food with my sister. We basically got the same thing (bowls) only difference is mine had chicken and fajitas hers was beef and no fajitas all other toppings the same, we even ordered chips and lrg. queso. Immediately after leaving the restaurant my stomach began to hurt extremely bad and at around 5pm I began to profusely throw up, hot, sweaty, Diarrhea. I went to the ER and did end up having mild food poisoning. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be giving chipotle another chance. You all should ask when everything was Made Before ordering next time.

I rarely write reviews, but I’m feeling sick after eating here tonight. I’ve been coming to this Chipotle a couple of times a month for the past three years, and I usually love it and it’s no different from any other Chipotle location. Lately, though, every online pickup visit has been disappointing in its own way. The first time, my bag had someone else’s order. When I pointed it out, they insisted it was mine and that I ordered what was in my bag - even though the name didn’t match my receipt. They only stopped defending when I told them I understand you feel this is my order but I am vegetarian and this is a meat bowl and not my name on the label. Once they realized the mistake, the person that made my order seemed annnoyed and just set the other order aside for the correct customer later, which felt unsanitary as I had touched their meal. On another visit, I noticed my quesadilla was burnt and my chips were missing after I had gotten home. And tonight, the guacamole seemed rancid - it was slightly gray and had a fishy, off taste. I only ate a little before realizing something tasted off, but now I feel sick. I’m in love with Chipotle’s guac and this was definitely not safe to serve. I’m done eating here - def save your money with this specific location!

Very disappointing experience. I was extremely unsatisfied with the customer service during my visit. The staff took way too long, had little to no manners, and didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. The line was already long, and the slow service just made it worse. Definitely not the experience I expect from Chipotle.

I came in to make my Togo order. Once I start eating my food I chomped on MULTIPLE hard pieces of rice. My back tooth is now tingling & I’m afraid it’s fractured(I couldn’t finish eating the burrito bowl)….when I was chewing on my dessert afterwards ...(sweet potato pie) I felt the same back tooth tingle again! I’m so frustrated right now . That is a safety hazard! Now I need to go get my tooth checked

Everything is way too spicy, even the dishes that shouldn’t be. Be prepared, they might try to trick you. The tortilla comes with the bowl but not here

I feel like i lost my $33 dollar somewhere on street -5 star im big fan of chipotle i eat chipotle every week this location is worse today i came here 2nd time chips was under cook i pay for large bag but its not enough chips in there service was bad both time they just want you to pay nd go out don’t say anything to them no one was behind me and she doing to much rush on me nd didn’t give me enough portion of food Please someone take action on this because your employees don’t care about your business they just care about there paycheck
