This Dairy Queen really hit the spot. We ordered blizzards and they came out perfectly. Perfect ice cream to mix in ratio and the perfect temperature. They turned it upside down and served with a smile. A+ on the blizzard front

Very friendly staff. Food in all three ordered meals was delicious. But $8+ for a medium Blizzard? Not sure when that happened, but now can't afford to ever go back! And won't. So sad.

Was there a month ago in the early afternoon. Lisa the cashier was very friendly and made recommendations. I only really went there for the cheese curds but ended up getting a full meal, with cheese curds, with a Blizzard ... for less than $10. Everything was fresh & tasty. Lisa was nice enough to hold off on making the blizzard until I finished my meal. And she checked on me during my meal to see if I needed anything else. NOTE: the owner also owns/runs a Subway in the other part of the building. I was allowed to get my soft drink of choice from the Subway drink fountain! I'm not in the area very often, but when I am I'll be sure to stop there again?

Typical good DQ menu and quality, although the size of cones varied considerably for some reason. Restrooms reasonably clean. OK parking.

DQ Yermo is a dairy oasis on the I-15 desert run to Vegas. What is there to say about any DQ. This place is clean enough and the service was quick enough. I've tried their burgers and ice cream. Both good. I stop here sometimes for a quick snack. And this DQ is WAY cheaper than the Baker DQ.

Great blizzards but super slow service. We waited about 10-15 minutes at the drive thru window for 4 small blizzards. Seems like it really shouldn't take that long. But friendly service and yummy blizzards.

The food was good, the customer service was good but the bathrooms smelled so bad we had to walk out. I couldn't believe people were actually eating inside. It was really gross.

The ice cream is good, but it sure is pricey. Guess that’s because we’re in the desert? 🤷‍♂️

The problem isn’t the food, it’s the service. This was our first and most likely last time here. The woman who took the order was rude. She was actually upset because I wasn’t finished ordering. Can you believe that? She did not greet us, was not friendly, she tossed us our food without a word and shut the window. I truly hope it wasn’t a race issue. I can understand if you’re busy but I was beyond polite and was still treated with disrespect. I will call shortly to speak with a manager.

It seems that some of the workers have a hard time when it gets evenly mildly busy. The country gravy was so thin it was like soup. (No exaggeration) You could actually drink it. When my wife tried to let them know, They just repeated its gravy over again. The response should have been. I apologize for that, Could I get you something else. When I brought a round tray back to the register table the cashier should say thank you. The orders I had herd were not that difficult but she seemed to be stressed. The lady that brought our meal to the table was great. She smiled, apologized for the wait and asked if we needed anything then said enjoy your meal. The others needed to be trained by her. The food (other than the water country gravy) WAS good. The Swiss mushroom burger was tender and juicy, (This a big one) The Chicken Tender was not over cooked and had a good flavor to them. Many places way over cook the Chicken Tenders or Chicken Nuggets. That was not the case here. They are just a little slow and some of the employees there need a little more training. The French fries were hot.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!! I got hair all in my food, was told they had something then after never got it, woman at the front counter July 12th brown hair was very rude and talked down to multiple people in there. Was also told they were out of 8+ things when I could see some of them right in the grill/kitchen, laziness. ALSO their restaurant is disgusting, busted, and “under renovations”. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE; there is 0 cleanliness. Surprised I didn’t contract anything. Hoping management sees this and puts his/her workers in place. Disgusting.

I love DQ . . .but avoid this place at all costs. The restrooms are not maintained and are allowed to "flow" outside on the floors right in front of the order counter. We were there and saw many people leaving the store without ordering due to the overall filth of this place. The store should have be shut down with the health department not allowing it to reopen until they take care of keeping the store clean. I have NEVER seen a restroom as dirty as this. If they can't keep the place clean, they probably don't keep the food prep area clean either. I don't think they could even wash their hands in those bathrooms.

Filthy DQ with very rude staff (at least the lady who helped us). Took almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone to order. My mom and I felt stomach irritation immediately after consuming our ice creams.

Didn't patronize the DQ as it's a business inside another business. I was greatly disappointed, unfriendly staff, not helpful. I wanted food from the Krispy Krunch Chicken restaurant but they were out of almost everything and don't even make half the items on the menu. The store did not have much of a variety of drinks or alternative foods. I asked for help and direction to choices and got shrugged shoulders, clerk said I not know, spread arms and said look. I left. This establishment is advertised as a Pilot Truckstop, however nothing Pilot about this place

went thru the drive thru to order 2 blizzards ( chocolate chips cookie dough) wad told they don't make them have to charge extra. And then we waited in line for 20 minutes only to be tools the ice cream machine is broken, yet the people I front of got there blizzards, way not happy with service. I then called the location to speak to a manager the girl just wanted to yell and argue. really??

I didn't want to wait in a line of one person for almost 30 minutes to just buy a box of dilly bars. The two ladies that were working were working hard, but they either need more help or learn how to take more orders than one at a time. I ended up not buying the dilly bars.

Dining room closed in dairy queen. Called in to see how a trucker orders. Was told they would not serve me at all without a regular car. Every other place in America in a truck stop will let us walk up or have a cashier from the store run back and forth for us. Ridiculous. I stood in the parking lot and asked people in cars if they would go through and order me food. As a female trucker this put me in danger in a truck stop to have to ask strangers in cars. Ridiculous stuff. Truckers we need to boycott this truck stop. Ty to the elderly gentleman who took my money and drove through for me and actually got my food without robbing me blind.

1/24/24 Night staff around 6pm. Very unprofessional cashier, the Indian guy was cleaning floor after he rang me up for my food. He was spraying floor with a really strong cleaning solution, like bleach. Me and another truck driver were like wow it smells strong and the fumes could get on the food. Management, please talk to that staff asap or you'll have alot sick customers.

I was filling up the car with overpriced fuel when my wife went in for a small vanilla cone and a small blizzard; $11.18. Do not, I reiterate do not go into this Dairy Queen! A small blizzard at other locations runs around $3.69 and a small vanilla cone is around $1.99. They charged $6.39 for the Blizzard and $3.99 for the cone and of course CA tax of $0.80 (cents) for tax. This location is an embarrassment to all other Dairy Queens. I know people will have negative comments to this review but it is time to stand up against these type of establishments that simply "RIP-OFF" travelers! Just go up the road to Eddie's World; a much cleaner business, better staff and a huge varity to chose from. Pass this on to other travelers for a better experience on the road.

Very unclean. The entire place inside and out. I wouldn't eat there. My husband told me the worker went to the bathroom and walked out without washing his hands. 🤬

I LOVE DQ, but this location is awful. Long wait times, 10-15minutes for a simple order during off time. Their misty freeze shake was not mixed properly so it had barely any flavor. Would not recommend, and will not be visiting this particular location again. Wait for another on your route.

Owners down to employees aren't great to say the least. Sometimes they offer military discounts, sometimes they don't. The drive-thru is closed more often than it's not. The food is sometimes cooked, but the burgers never are. Probably the worst fast food service imaginable. Want to call to see if their drive+thru is open in advance? Nope, they don't answer the phone.

I ordered a large blizzard today, the pumpkin pie one. The price for a blizzard is outrageous, $9 for a cup of ice is ridiculous. Also when I was eating it, half of the blizzard was just plain vanilla ice cream. Kinda felt like I got ripped off

Well, I am an over the road truck driver and I pulled in here for my 30 minute break and to get dinner. My two dogs ride in the truck with me. We are from Texas the land where Dairy Queen was born. I decided to go in and get dinner get myself an ice cream cone and I asked if they make pup cups for the dogs I was told no. OK that’s fine. Maybe it’s a franchise and they don’t have to stick to corporate rules, but then I asked the gentleman for a small ice cream cone in a cup keep in mind a small ice cream cone cost over four dollars and I was just going to split it with the dogs. The guy behind the counter wanted to charge me for a small blizzard which was like $6.39, I mean I love my dogs but I’m not gonna spend $6.39 on a small ice cream cone in a dish, needless toi say I got back to the truck and my dogs were very disappointed, I think it’s probably about as bad as telling a two year old, they can’t have an ice cream cone. I mean seriously come on Dairy Queen.

Just got a13 dollars for a chocolate brownie blizzard and few minutes ago that didn't have any taste to it.... cmon guys!! I know there's only two of you there, but that was the saddest excuse for a blizzard. I've ever had. And the most expensive. Do better.
