99% of the time the staff is super friendly. Its always clean and bever overcrowded when I go. I don't go during any week day when school has just let out though, because its a popular hangout while kids wait for their parents. Even though its a chain, it has a small town small business feel.

I bought a Halloween bucket with donut holes and was greeted with festive and smiling employees! service was fast and my drink was delicious! Daniela, who was my cashier, had the most friendly and cheerful demeanor. This Dunkin Donuts location will be my go-to place for anything caffeine and donut related.
I almost always use the drive thru but they are good about getting your order out. Never ate there, just got my caffeine for the day
I had a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts this evening ! The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and prepared just the way I wanted it. Catrina went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, which really made my visit enjoyable she stood out with her amazing customer service. She was kind and attentive to my requests. That’s always refreshing. Great coffee, delicious donuts, and even better customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I ordered a medium half decaf coffee with 2 shots of skim milk. They gave me a black coffee instead. The coffee was filled to the top with no more room to add milk. So I asked to empty some coffee so they could add more skim milk. They refused, saying that they could not "touch" the coffee. I just looked at them, so I said then just give me another regular coffee with creamer. They all made a face and made remarks, like if I was being difficult. They gave me another small cup of milk, knowing that I didn't have room to add more. I asked for an empty cup so I could fix the coffee. I ended up doing that myself. Also, this DD never has a variety of bagels but donuts. You always have to get what they have, which is never! These daytime crew needs to apply better customer service! Where's the manager here?
Kylie provided exceptional service during our visit to Dunkin’ Donuts. After a long and busy day, we decided to grab some ice cream, expecting the typical rushed service right before closing. However, Kylie’s warm and friendly demeanor completely exceeded our expectations. She was patient, offered generous scoops, and even let us sample different flavors to ensure we found the perfect one. Her kindness truly made our day. That said, I attempted to leave feedback through your survey website, but it wasn’t functioning properly, and the store number wouldn’t register. Hopefully, this issue gets resolved! My wife likes.thia place for different coffees. I just have unsweetened tea. The sweets are great so many too choose from. After 3:45 pm there is a large student crowd.
This Dunkin always makes the worst matcha lattes. I drink them religiously from a Dunkin by my house, and I always dread ordering from this one when I'm visiting my parents because they just taste like milk water. EDIT: I believe I've solved the mystery. If you order a matcha from this location on Doodash, Doordash says "1 matcha pwdr" on the drink ticket. But Doordash doesn't allow you to choose the amount of matcha powder. When I went in and ordered a "Matcha Latte" they automatically put 3 matcha powder. So the employee's must not know that Doordash doesn't allow us to pick the number of matcha powders and that they should just make it normal. I hope a manager sees this.
Been over a month and the drive thru speaker hasn’t been functioning. How is this not the top priority for your business when drive thru is where most of your orders come from?
Came through the drive thru this afternoon and had the worst customer service ever. Pulled up to the window and…nothing. No hello, no smile, just a straight-up RBF. I said hi and asked how she was, no response. I told her my first item, and she just turned away and looked back with no words. I told her my next item, same thing, just silence. She gave me my total, receipt, and straws, but it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. Really disappointing. A little friendliness goes a long way.
I'm so tired of them being rude, I constantly get eye rolls and scoffing noises, if you hate the job so bad find a new one where your happy because you don't have to be rude and angry and take it out on your customers
Customer service is terrible. I went through the drive-through and ordered a drink and she told me to pull around without giving me a price. Once I gave my card and got my drink, I asked how much was I being charged and the gentlemen told me seven dollars. I then asked For a receipt and he walked away, then a lady showed up and advised me that they didn’t have receipt paper. I advised the young lady I wasn’t told a price when I originally ordered the drink and now they don’t have receipt paper so I asked her to reiterate how much I was being charged and she looked at the screen and gave me a completely different price than what the guy had said. Then I told her that’s not what I was told and now you’ve already run my card and I have no proof of purchase. Then she looked at the screen again and said that the guy was correct and she was mistaken, but then gave me a third different price. I honestly don’t know how much was charged on my card without having to go home and look. And then to top it off, it turns out they didn’t make the drink as I had ordered it. I very rarely go over there because more often than not the service ends up being like this. It just reiterates why I don’t need to go back.
Just got went to get some ice cream for the whole family. Unfortunately the service and whole crew were completely unsatisfactory. No greeting customers, just completely rudeness from staff and long time on getting our orders taken even though they were completely empty when we arrived.
I have never had a worse experience repeatedly happen to me at a Dunkin Donuts. I am originally from Massachusetts and have eaten Dunkin since I was a toddler. I worked at Dunkin all through high school for 4 years. Every time I go to this store the staff is blatantly rude to me and makes my order incorrectly. Additionally the store rarely has an entire full menu. I am told there is always product missing (bagels, coffee flavors ect.). I have made a complaint to corporate, and there has honestly been a change for the worse since then. It is so disheartening after being committed to buying this brand for 29 years, and I can no longer visit the store in the town that I live. Moving forward I cannot see myself ordering from here only to waste my money on incorrect orders and poor customer service.
I have been requested many times from my wife and daughter to go by Dunkins in Bastrop Tx. It seems to get worse and worse. Yesterday my daughter and Wife ordered 2 Kolaches, 2 coffees and a wrap, the dough was completely RAW and the wrap was a complete MESS. When my daughter and I stopped by today, for a refund that was approved by (CLAUS), we were met with disrespect, horrendous customer service. We asked to speak to a manager (CLAUS) several times. Vicky informed us that HE was in the back making donuts, food. As, we kept informing Alysa and Vicky what (CLAUS) authorized. Alysa, long hair , large eye brawls staff member were laughing and telling us to go somewhere else. Vicky was allowing the disrespect to continue as we were trying to resolve our issue. My daughter and I did reply back as we were very upset that we were trying to refund a small issue. It seemed like these girls at a split moment will disrespect the public. Vicky (CLAUS) has created a DISRESPECTFUL TEAM. She should be fired or demoted back to a TEAM HELPER. This team created this negativity and we were told not to return. I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO A REGIONAL MANAGER ABOUT THIS STORE AND STAFF MEMBERS.
Worst customer service I have ever had the people that they have working. There are so unhappy and do not know how to treat customers and my coffee was absolutely terrible. It tasted like water and I tried to bring it up and they were extremely rude about it. I do not recommend going there. You are better off going to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Elkin where you will be treated with respect.
The coffee was terrible, just like Dutch Bros. Weak, too acidic. The bacon egg and cheese taco was the see thru bacon crappy American cheese, and an over microwaved egg, tasted like sulfur. To make matters worse, they didn't call out a number or anything, . Are order was up 20 minutes.
Every single time I order through the app I get there, my food is almost always made wrong I got two of the same thing ACEPT the bread was different it’s like they don’t even try to read it they just assume and throw into the bag- they rush and throw the food out basically and they are just plain rude- get it together ffs
I ordered a Mocha Hot Fudge and specifically requested extra drizzle, for which I was charged extra. However, as you can see in the picture I uploaded, there’s no sign of the extra drizzle on my drink. I paid extra for something I didn’t receive! On top of that, the taste is awful—it’s watered down and lacks flavor. The staff needs better training to ensure orders are prepared correctly and meet quality standards.
