I don’t like that as soon as you pay they immediately tell you to pull up & wait for your food to be brought to your car. Even when there’s nobody else in the line, you have to pull up. I personally like to be able to see what’s going on w/ my food. I really wish that these “fast food” restaurants would get rid of timing orders if they’re going to allow the employees to get around the actual time by making customers pull up &/or park & wait on their food. They do this even when the food isn’t being made fresh to order

Went through the drive thru, ordered $43 worth of food. Didn’t receive a burger that I ordered. Called the restaurant, they wanted me to drive back up there to get the burger and the person that put the stuff in the bag claimed they put everything in there. They in fact did not and when asked if they were going to give me gas money for me having to come back up there on an order they messed up, they told me the only thing they can do is make another burger. They didn’t give me a receipt. It’s 5:00 on a Friday and they were not busy. I told them I didn’t want to drive back up there because by the time I got back home, the rest of my food would be ice cold. I called corporate at this point. This is the second time they’ve done this at this location. The last time we went(4 months ago), they did the same thing. Perhaps corporate needs to come in for a secret shop and test their employees now, I’m $7 short on the food I ordered and Wendy’s made $7 profit on something they didn’t earn. Never purchasing from here again.

After Wendy’s, redid their menu a couple years ago their quality and customer service has improved greatly. That does not apply to this location. I’ve been here five times. They have messed my order up every single time. Nobody speaks English. It is impossible to get customer service at this location. This is just a horrible location, which sucks because I do like Wendy’s when I find a good Wendy’s and I don’t live to a good Wendy’s outside of this one of which this one is terrible. I’m not usually the kind of guy to give a review but the one thing this location does Wright is their breakfast. It’s the only thing they do right is their breakfast and it’s the only reason I go to this location. For some reason, this location is now opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and they’re no longer serving breakfast at all so now there is just no reason that she’ll go to this establishment for this business and I will never return or even try to return now that they’ve gotten rid of the one thing that was actually really freaking good. Very sad.

I have not been to a Wendy's for over ten years. Mainly due to their prices getting out of control. The burger I have gotten since a young child for .99 is now $3.49 just to give an example. Either way, I got a craving for that burger and decided to bite the bullet and spend the almost $15 for something that used to be $5, years ago. Unfortunately, it did not go to well. The buns tasted and felt like they were sitting for a while and they were definitely stale. I don't know when Wendy's changed to shredded lettuce over the leaf lettuce on the burgers, but it sucks big time and was quite soggy. My fries were really cold and I only live 5 minutes away from Wendy's. I also asked for no salt on the fries while instead getting old fries with a lot of salt. The burgers tasted old and stiff like they had been sitting for a while along with the buns and all of the vegetables tasting old. Also, I asked for two honey mustard sauces for my fries and they said it would cost me an extra dollar. I passed, but got 8 packs of ketchup instead for no charge. Make that make sense... *sigh* It was an unpleasant experience for an expensive $15. Don't go here. They apparently don't care and you deserve better!

Y'all should be embarrassed to serve and charge people for these awful burgers. Haven't been to Wendy's in forever and not having a single person ordering or eating should have been a sign. Ordered a single Baconator and was pre-made junk and I can put up with any fast food. burgers. Avoid even if starving.

Just went through the drive thru here and placed my order. Had to repeat, no biggie. Got home and had ordered a double and a single received two singles. Maybe my fault for not checking at the window but I don’t think I should have to. Nobody but me at the window or dining indoor. Sad an order that was on the screen and repeated to me was incorrect with no one else being served. Hate to see what my order would have been if serving more than one person. Lesson when going here, don’t leave until you check the order and maybe not at all if more than one person is being served. You had one job.

I ordered nuggets, burgers, fries, and drinks. Only thing that was good were the drinks. The food was cold, the fries were skimpy, and the burgers were disgusting. We didn't even finish the food. I used to love Wendy's in Bastrop but I do believe after these last few visits that I will have to scratch it off my lunch list 🥺. It's sad but we now pay more money for less quality and Wendy's has definitely gone way down in quality!!!

Came to this location and they have no salad, no potatoes, no lemonade and no chocolate frosty. From what I was trying to order, who knows what else they didn’t have. What’s he point in offering a menu if you can’t fulfill the orders? Very disappointing. Will drive father to a different Wendy’s where I can get healthier options. Also I asked for the grilled chicken pub sandwich on a pretzel bun. This is not what I ordered. Chicken was dry. I threw it out. Ordered a baconator and they put NO BACON! No one picks up the phone.

Not that many fries in the box, and they were cold and under salted to boot. Ordered no tomato on my burger, they put tomato on it. Paid six dollars cash and was not given any change so I had to go back up and remind her to give me my change. Ooh and the chicken nuggets were cold. Ooh and the bathroom floor was sticky from bodily fluid overspray. Ooh and one more thing, the sweet tea was not made and there was water all over the floor in the lobby in front of the drink station.

Worst dinning experience of my life. If I worked here I would be embarrassed to tell anyone. Three of our orders sat on counter and got cold waiting for fries. That will be my last time to visit that Wendy's, and for that fact maybe any Wendy's ever! I'm glad to see all the employees were having a good time not doing their job and serving some of the worst food I have had in a long time. I really do hope someone gets it together and takes charge before it's too late. Picture says it all. Guaranteed? That's a bold statement.

I am so disappointed that they falsely advertised a new product tea being sold, but left the ad up! Also, was charged for guac that I originally didn't receive. When I asked for guac they said they were out, but then they scrapped the container for a tiny amount that didn't cover the bun. The customer service was lacking.
