I’ve been coming here for 12 years, whoever does the hiring here does amazing work, everyone who has ever helped/served my order has been incredibly nice, not a fake nice either, other fast food places even on same street you don’t get this level of service, everyone is just nice, Taco Bell is Taco Bell but this one is better

This is the only Taco Bell that I go to in the Bay Point/Pittsburg and Antioch area. The drive thru experience is always quick and the orders are always right. Customer service is great and food is always hot and fresh, what more could you ask for?

This review is kind of biased because I've lived here, but I love this taco bell. The staff are friendly, food is always made great and though its rare for them to forget some items, they haven't in a few years. 5 stars from me.

It's Taco Bell; been to one, been to 'em all... 5 stars because so far I haven't had any issues. Most fast food joints 'round these parts either make something incorrect or forget it altogether near as often as not; except the TB. I've only been inside once while it was pretty slow but it seemed quite clean considering its location and regular patrons.... Drive through wasn't afforded enough time/effort in design; bad camber in the turn, but it's plenty wide enough. -

Everytimg I go to this taco bell which is more often then I would like to admit I ask for extra cheese which you have to pay for and maybe 1 out of 20 times does it actually happen, but I don't wanna hold up the drive through line to check my items to see if they are made as requested. I always ask for light lettuce and extra cheese and the extra cheese is 30 cents per item extra, it hardly ever ends up getting done properly. Seems as though they focuse on speed instead of quality one time same order I ended up with light cheese and extra lettuce but paid for extra cheese for 3 items.

The service felt rushed. And my crunchwrap was missing a whole middle section which made it fall apart fast and difficult to eat.

Lady that works drive-through should find her smile. Very rude and cocky Ms.know it all demeanor. I came to the through and let her know at the intercom “ I will be paying in all coins” she tells me I need to come inside because she has a drive through line limit😆. What if all I was going to order was a $3 drinks ? She instantly denied me service of counting me change due to her drive through “time limit” just to have me wait 5 minutes behind a car in front of me to leave the line empty handed . I guess everybody is not up for the challenge to count coins.. too time consuming .

The employees never like to provide to-go bags and receipts 🧾 for your order unless you request it. The customer service for that can be better. Hopefully this improves at this location.

I older to pick-up from around 9:50pm mind you the door was locked around 10pm anyways I had to be long line that took over 1hr when I came up to the speaker phone 11:13pm L&ter they said they didn’t have name then I pulled up to the window they said they going make it for me then that took over 10 mins I got my food @ 11:24Pm I was cool about it when I got home they got my older wrong!! Unbelievable unreal!!!!

Ignore this place. Drive to another place whereas your food is fresh, they will give you your receipt--double check your order.

They just throw it together, don't listen to what you ordered. I ordered a nacho bell grande with no lettuce or tomatoes and it was covered in veggies like a salad. Make sure you check your food at the windows or prepare to be disappointed.

The pregnant lady staff at this location was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and asked politely to use the restroom. she said I have to buy something to use the restroom in a very negative tone. She said it’s Taco Bells new requirement. Its sad because I regularly go to other Taco Bell locations and I have never encountered this. I ended up buying a breakfast quesadilla combo, which I gave to a homeless guy in the restaurant. She was very unprofessional and have no business working a customer service for Taco Bell. I was the only one there waiting but still took over 8 mins before she finally told me to use the selfs service which I didn’t know how to use. She refused to use the front machine for some reasons. I think this was nothing but racially discriminating base on colour. It’s so disgusting they do that. 9:10 am 6/18/2023

Worst experience ever. Pulled up to the drive-thru expecting to place an order and was told that they were sorry but their computers were down and that there was nothing they could do for me. Whatever happened to teaching your employees how to think outside of the box and maybe asking the customer could pay cash. There was none of that and they told me that since their computers were down I would have to go elsewhere. Let me tell you if I was the general manager of this establishment I'd be highly upset with my employees not willing to go the extra mile for the customer and at least teach them to take cash orders like the old fashion days rather than turning away customer after customer. Pretty poor customer service, or should I say Disservice to your customers!
