Lady that works drive-through should find her smile. Very rude and cocky Ms.know it all demeanor. I came to the through and let her know at the intercom “ I will be paying in all coins” she tells me I need to come inside because she has a drive through line limit😆. What if all I was going to order was a $3 drinks ? She instantly denied me service of counting me change due to her drive through “time limit” just to have me wait 5 minutes behind a car in front of me to leave the line empty handed . I guess everybody is not up for the challenge to count coins.. too time consuming .

The employees never like to provide to-go bags and receipts 🧾 for your order unless you request it. The customer service for that can be better. Hopefully this improves at this location.

I ordered a triple nachos. I am not big on beans. So I asked if I could substitute the beans for more cheese. Since I wasn't getting the red sauce or beans. I was told no. Like they count everything up at night . And giving me extra cheese instead of beans would mess up the count. Some BS like that. Anyways I end getting a refund. There barely any cheese on it.

Very Bad service last night 12/29/25 I went through drive tru and ask for a chicken quesarito and when I opened the quesarito there were only 3 pieces of chicken and a little rice so I told them to charged me extra because i wanted extra rice extra chicken and extra cheese and they said no because they were running out of time and that they were having more cars behind they didn’t even give me the option to wait I was going to pay the extra I wasn’t asking for free

Ignore this place. Drive to another place whereas your food is fresh, they will give you your receipt--double check your order.

It takes too long now to orser because "you have to order yourself", and some people take too long doing this, also it takes more time for the employees because sometimes they must help people and show them "how to order themsleves" using the kiosk, I love Taco Bell but please change this asap.

They just throw it together, don't listen to what you ordered. I ordered a nacho bell grande with no lettuce or tomatoes and it was covered in veggies like a salad. Make sure you check your food at the windows or prepare to be disappointed.

The pregnant lady staff at this location was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and asked politely to use the restroom. she said I have to buy something to use the restroom in a very negative tone. She said it’s Taco Bells new requirement. Its sad because I regularly go to other Taco Bell locations and I have never encountered this. I ended up buying a breakfast quesadilla combo, which I gave to a homeless guy in the restaurant. She was very unprofessional and have no business working a customer service for Taco Bell. I was the only one there waiting but still took over 8 mins before she finally told me to use the selfs service which I didn’t know how to use. She refused to use the front machine for some reasons. I think this was nothing but racially discriminating base on colour. It’s so disgusting they do that. 9:10 am 6/18/2023

Worst experience ever. Pulled up to the drive-thru expecting to place an order and was told that they were sorry but their computers were down and that there was nothing they could do for me. Whatever happened to teaching your employees how to think outside of the box and maybe asking the customer could pay cash. There was none of that and they told me that since their computers were down I would have to go elsewhere. Let me tell you if I was the general manager of this establishment I'd be highly upset with my employees not willing to go the extra mile for the customer and at least teach them to take cash orders like the old fashion days rather than turning away customer after customer. Pretty poor customer service, or should I say Disservice to your customers!
