No dine in ! I appreciate that they have a screen that shows the customer name and the pizza process time 👍 The store is clean with an open kitchen so you can see them making your pizza. The pizza taste was very good, the service was excellent. I was attended by Ms. Lucy very humble, nice, and attentive. A lot of parking.
I ordered Pizza Hut for years, and I was often disappointed by them either being late or screwing up my order. Once they didn't even fully cook my pizza. It was always a mediocre experience. I've since switched to Domino's, and I've never had a single issue. The quality of the food and presentation is top notch, and the pizza is always cooked to perfection and delicious. Their Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza with Hearty Marinara Sauce is my new favorite and go-to pizza. Domino's delivery drivers are also always professional and polite, and they deliver FAST. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 30 minutes. I'll never order Pizza Hut again.
There was 1 young man t b at I saw working the whole store at 11pm!?!? And although he was running around attempting to make a everything he was not able to do that and answer phones, and open the locked front door (for me), or take orders at the front of the walk ins!!! It was a mess... im just hoping my order will be right and hot...
Ordered this through the app. Food was late, cold, and pizza was clearly held sideways and underneath something heavy. They also forgot my dipping cups (which cost extra) and they left it at my doorstep (which I didn’t ask for, because for me that’s a bit gross). Called the store and they seemingly didn’t know how to handle it. Meh… just read the more recent reviews.
Don’t try calling! They never answer! Delivery driver missing 1/2 of my order. Beware uber uses their drivers. They will not compensate you if they drop the ball.
Has to be the most inconsistent Dominos in the area. I take that back. They are pretty consistent at getting orders wrong, cutting a pizza wrong IF they cut it at all, and burning a pizza. Staff really doesn't care. Great reflection of ownership and management.
I finally got over this dominoes when then sent my pizzas with vegetable toppings that were so thin you could see through them!! They got progressively worse on future orders, just ordered 2 papa John's for the same price and REAL toppings. My advice stay away.
I was very let down by my order from this location. The pizza came about an hour after it's estimated time. Every time the driver seemed to get close, the wait time increased. The pizza looked overdone, but was lukewarm. I paid for extra toppings and didn't get them. Nor did I get the garlic on my crust, which is my favorite part. First and probably last time ordering from this location. Very much a let down for deciding to spend money here.
Placed an order online and it was in prep for about 16 minutes before my husband went to check in .. just to be told it would take another 20 minutes. We decided to cancel the order, just to find out they hadn’t even started on it yet.
Actually this was one of the most disgusting visits I have ever had in my life , walking in the energy was extremely off because I heard someone say “thats her right there “ referring to me and then I was approached very rudely , I didn’t even get a proper hello / welcoming as your suppose to get when entering a franchise. I then proceeded to tell him my name and then that’s when things really went LEFT! due to the fact that my previous order! I did not purchase because , I have always been a person I want to know how my food looks before paying for anything , and IT IN FACT WAS NOT DONE WELL AT ALL , all of my orders are made with extra all the time I was on time actually waiting outside for my order to be completed. Before opening it , it was very dry and I pointed out to the person working the word “extra” on my order and it WAS NOT EXTRA ANYTHING , and I DiD NOT pay for what I was not going to eat . We are WEEKS away from then and the man that’s checking me out “a manager “ he brings this up , as if I was a problem , and clearly if my order was not right and not geting asked for it to be done correctly done I WILL NOT PAY FOR IT . I did not like this experience at all . Poor costumer service! Poor work environment, very poor communication skills !
This is ridiculous!!! I have been watching my delivery driver drive in circles for the last hour!!! I tried calling the store to see if there is an issue with the address, but have been on hold for the last 30 minutes!!! I will never use this domino's as long as the same employees still work there. Absolutely worst service ever!!!
Waited patiently while they just somehow lost my pizza i already waited 25 mins for... no apology no sorry no my bad no nothing.. just a longer wait.. this why i dont come to domino's an this is why i wont come back.. service sucks
Don't know it wasn't me. I didn't even get to eat a piece of pizza. What a genuine guy....they should make more like him. You gotta love him ❤️😻
Came in here 2 days ago, ordered online for pickup and I picked the option to pay when I got there. Instantly regretted not paying online, because when I got there and tried to pay using tap to pay, I was charged 3 times.. 75$ dollars for what should've been a simple 25$ pizza order. I was just getting off work so tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since I know this company is not trying to steal my money. Seriously tho AVOID PAYING TAP TO PAY OR IN STORE USING YOUR CARD, they will say the machine is slow or malfunctioning I don't know why I believed it. Now I'm dealing with a headache of STILL trying to get back one of the 25$ dollars that's STILL showing as pending ( I know it's not a lot of money but still it's the principle ) I am NOT going to pay 75$ for 2 mediocre pizzas... BEWARE
We’ve ordered from this Domino’s since 2019. It’s usually been AWESOME food. Tonight was the worst pizza I’ve had from here. Their app now limits your toppings. Whom ever prepared the pizza didn’t care about quality. Time to start looking for a new place to have pizza.
First off, I NEVER do reviews, but they upset me to this point. We ordered pizza at 4:30pm and were told it would arrive at 5:15pm. By 5:30pm it said the pizza was delivered yet I never received it. I called and was told it would be their priority to get it to us. ANOTHER hour passes and nothing. We call again and are only offer credit for tomorrow or a refund. By this time, it was already 7pm so we just decided on the refund. Absolutely terrible service for my family and I.
I have never received my order in under 40 minutes at this stupid place. I used to come because it was close to my house but this time I will not choose it anymore. On top of that I get a pizza cooked in a different style every time.
I called to find out why after I ordered pizza last week and picked it up did get the emergency pizza opened for. And at the Garth Rd store I got put on hold for 15 minutes. So I hung up and called back got put on hold for another 15 minutes then they picked up the phone and hung it up on me.. worst place to deal with. The only way I'll change the review is give me two free medium pizzas of our choice for them being rude and disrespectful to a veteran. Called a 3rd time and left on hold for 35 minutes and no answer.
Honestly pretty upset I ordered online asked for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas one ham pineapple the other mushroom pepperoni and apart from the fact that the app said 21-30 min I waited 45 and went in to the store the order was not ready still and when I got home with my food the pizza was wrong instead of pepperoni mushroom they did pineapple mushroom ? Like seriously upset
