I just want to say that I've eaten here a few times the food's always fresh and hot the employees are always respectful and on top of things. I had here recently picked up an order and there was a mix-up on it but they made sure they took care of it quickly. I just want to say that this is a great establishment run by great people I want to give a shout out to Angel for going above and beyond with customer service.

Dakota, Rico, and Reyna has great customer service!!! This team really cares about their guest and always have a smile on their face!!! I would recommend this location to every guest that walks into Hilton Garden Inn on Garth. I will recommend to all our Pilot Club members... they work well together and gives great energy... It's hard to find hard workers and this team rocks!!!

I go here often for big meals to feed staff and they way Dakota handles all my needs with professionalism and attentiveness is an awesome trait.

The rolls are fluffy and sweet perfection. Chicken strips are large crispy and juicy. Fries are perfect and the fried catfish is delicious . Staff is always friendly. Took my grandson to get Chicken strips,fries and a roll. He ate all the fries,devoured the roll and ate 2 large chicken strips. He didn't talk while he was eating. When he was finished, he said Memma, the food is way better than McDonald's. He's autistic and 14. He loves McDonald's fries. So Golden Chick's fries are Wayyyyyy better. High praise indeed.

Angel made my experience so smooth and easy. Very kind, polite and I loved that she made sure I wasn’t missing any items and that sauce and napkins were included with my order without me having to ask for it.

I came in a few days ago around lunch time and ordered food for my family. 2 of my combos were incorrect from the chicken to the sides. I called the restaurant and was told I could come back for replacements. I came in and spoke to the manager on duty, Angel, and she took care of everything. She replaced the 2 combos and even double checked to make sure it was then correct. She was very nice and EXTREMELY professional. Definitely provided great customer service. We love Golden Chick and will definitely be back!

I am a huge fan of Golden Chick as it is my “go-to” place for lunch. I always get the the 6piece Golden Combo but I usually eat in my car. Today I felt like eating inside because I had a little extra time in between appointments. BEST IDEA EVER!!! I was greeted when I walked in (by whom I presumed was just an employee) and my order was quickly taken. While I waited for the meal to be prepared I used the restroom which was INCREDIBLY CLEAN!! I’m always on the road so being in a clean restroom for once was a shocker as I’m always having to use nasty gas station ones. What I thought was really cool was: the same employee who brought greeted me with a smile and a hello, was the same one who brought my food. I noticed he wasn’t wearing a name tag so I introduced myself and said thank you for bringing me my food. He introduced himself as Dakota. I want to say this: after talking to him for a split second I went on to enjoying my 6piece. I’ve been a waiter before so I was taken off guard when Dakota came back around and asked if the meal was up to my standard. I would never in a million years expect a fast food employee to ask me how the food was!!! I found out, after a few words where said back and forth, that Dakota is the general manager and I could tell he really takes pride in his work and making sure ALL the customers where happy with their food. Dakota is definitely running a tight ship! From the initial greeting to the cleanliness, the perfectly cooked tenders to the customer service and the follow up! I am very impressed and may just swing back in for the ambiance! LOL Thank you Golden Chick (as always!) and Dakota for making my day!!!

I was traveling for work in Houston and normally go to Chicken Express. Last few times though, I was so disappointed. I tried this Golden Chick and was SO blown away by not only the food but the PEOPLE. Everyone was so nice and actually happy to be there at work. You know what I mean? It was nice. I used the restroom before heading back home 3 hours away and it was so clean and smelled so great. Cherry on top for a wonderful experience!

All the servers are great, nice, courteous and knowledgeable. But the secret shopper/manager Dakota was rude loud and berated the servers in front of me. That was unprofessional, he needs to be retrained and reprimanded ASAP. He made the atmosphere Toxic and hostile

The chicken is very good and tasty but extremely overpriced for just three small tenders. Also with the combo there was no drink at all. Adding a drink was an additional 2.49 but as you can see the drink is very small. Also the combo without a drink was 6 dollars. I'd say the taste is good but you can find cheaper food with a high quantity.

Missing food!! I ordered 6 pcs wings and 6 pcs of shrimps and when i got home and opened i only saw the wings only. Very unprofessional I’ve should checked first before i left I just don’t wanna come all the way back for it so be aware if you have multiple orders they might be missing! Plus my pepsi became dr.pepper instead!
