This establishment had a great response to my accident and response with great service. I had been asked to go to the second line for the drive in and was allowed to zipper into the line by another person waiting, but both of us realized we messed with the order. The employee taking orders helped us as well as the rest of the employees further on in the line. Amazing service with great problem solving, especially the individual taking orders in the line

Always great tasting and freshly made burgers at a reasonable price. In-N-Out Burger is the only burger restaurant that the burgers don't bother my stomach or leave me bloated. They are very tasty and love that they are made fresh along with the fries.

I love the quality of service at this location. I ordered 3 grilled cheese burgers with raw onion. But when we got home we saw that all 3 had two meat patties. Went back and they apologized for the mistake and quickly remade my order in gave a free fries exactly how I like it - light well. As you can see in the pic, they did a great job.

Always good, fast service and always fresh soda, I come here once a week to charge my car and get my 4x4 with fries well done and a Xtra Large strawberry shak !!

Food was amazing like always my only downfall was I didn’t get any forks or napkins. Since I went through the drive-thru I was already on the road when I noticed. But everything else was awesome. Great spot to take a break and get some amazing food

The best In N Out I've been to. I moved from LA to Beaumont and got to say the In N Outs in LA are terrible! Very very long lines and you'll have nowhere to sit ! But here? ... Complete opposite. You can choose where you want to sit and never a line! Service is great too, very friendly... I love it! Of course the food is always amazing ! A+ 🍔 🍟

For years, I had heard about In-n-Out Burgers. This was my first time. Two of us got the double-double combo (two patties & two slices of cheese with fries and a drink) The burgers ingredients were very fresh. The place was as clean as a whistle. And the people were so nice! However, I was there for the burger, and I was not that impressed. My burger was stuck to the paper so much, it was almost as if it had been there a while. And the taste was just...boring: not much flavor at all. The fries were crisp and hot, but, again, just boring. Not much flavor at all. I know people really like In-n-Out, but if you are going to eat out, you should be able to enjoy a flavor-filled meal. This just was not it.

I get In-N-Out every time I visit my sister. The service is the best when compared to all the other fast food joints. Burgers are pretty good, and shakes aren't bad. I would definitely recommend this to anyway coming from the East Coast for sure. The fries aren't my favorite, just my opinion.

In-N-Out Burgers is not only good, but their location is also excellent with plenty of electric car chargers available. The mouthwatering burgers they serve are simply delicious. I'm confident that almost everyone has tried them at least once, but if you haven't, you should definitely give it a try. Trust me, you won't regret it!

No matter what I did to express how I wanted my food. It came out 3 times incorrectly, which was very disappointing, as I had to eat after everybody had finished. Also, there is a lot of drug addicts inside and outside of the area. While you're trying to eat your food, they're thrashing about. The vibe there was depressing, and I was passing through on my way to a funeral.

Horrible line. What are they doing in there???? What kind of in-n-out is this? I feel like a prisoner in this line! I have been in this line for 45 minutes already and they barley took my order

This is the worst In N out line ever took almost an hour to get through the drive through and every order was mixed up at the window

This was my favorite In-N-out ever but I happened to find a roach or spider in my fries today
