If you like DQs, this is as good as any average DQ, or better. Would be better if they had more crew members to shift duties to cashier, on one or more of the extra registers when needed, and then resume prior duties when customer line is shorter. I guess there's no secret menu at this location. Sometimes, you may get unasked for attitude with your meal, from employees. If they're not happy/satisfied with their job, they should find another and open a spot for someone that wants/needs it.

Pleasant workers, Yummy treats, but slow using drive through. Just the nature of having so many loyal customers and this type of drive through. If in a hurry I'd suggest somewhere else, but I had time and the wait was worth it.

The ice cream is always good. However since they serve more than ice cream I have to review the "hot eats" too. Their chicken tenders are way over breaded and taste like they have been double fried and microwaved. Their tacobowl was very greasy and nasty. It was not balanced as far as veggies to meat either. The prices are a bit on the higher end for the quality of food. I think it is because of the cost of doing business as a franchise. So you are paying for the name. The floor was sticky and the table was not clean.

The staff are not friendly at all!!! The restaurant has too many flies! My meal on my last visit was extremely greasy to the point where I returned it for my money back. That also upset the management. Not a very professional response!!!

This place has always been good. Great service, great food, just a great place. Last night we were in drive through and they were taking lot longer then usual. The person behind use got their order, I attempted to stop the employee who side eyed me and continued to walk away. I had went inside to follow up with our order and again ignored. I asked for assistance because I was being ignored. I also observed a family inside with their food who I observed entering while we were in the drive through. They were not busy just supper slow. The male side eyed employee decided AFTER THE FACT to assist when I was inside AGAIN ignored me at the counter. The only employee that was awesome was a tall young lady. The older folks around her could learn a lesson from her. Not one apology or hey we didn't make the order, nothing. When I received my refund the employee didn't say anything damn thing. I understand shortage on employees it was the blatant behavior of being ignored. We patiently waited for our food. Maybe one of the four people there should have have helped the cook, I don't know.

Always dirty inside, always rude service, the food tastes like they don't replace the fryer oil. Today I went and ordered a simple chocolate extreme blizzard, and it wasn't chocolaty at all, it was more like vanilla extreme. And they put oreos in it and it clashed, it doesnt come with oreos!! i wasted $5 on that pathetic excuse of a blizzard. you might as well just go to the dairy queen in Skidmore edit: listen im not trying to be a karen, im usually patient with these places as ive worked in several fast food restaurants, i understand a lot of simple mistakes that just happen, no big deal. but i just went again yesterday and you'll never guess what happened! i ordered my usual chocolate extreme blizzard, and when a new rude girl handed me the blizzard, she told me AND I QUOTE "it has some peppermint in it because we used the same spoon and didnt wash it" and then CLOSED THE WINDOW ON ME. why would you tell me that disgusting detail? it wouldnt matter if you like peppermint but i hate it, i am truly never coming back here until there is new management. ill just have to get ice cream from sonic or whataburger

#2 burger was sloppy, fries were old and deluxe nachos never come with sour cream although states it does and I do have pictures. It was door dashed and bag was torn open in the middle food was very poorly handled.

Beeville Texas, For what they charge for large dipped ice cream cone, they should give you a LARGE dipped ice cream cone. Also, they should wrap it napkins instead of handling it with bare hands that are dirty from money. That little paper cup around it doesn’t do anything when their fingers are all up in the chocolate. They should also ask the patrons to move forward, so you’re not stuck in their little drive-through with your ice cream melting.
