I had stop going to Popeyes L. Kitchen because the bad reviews about cleanliness... on the news and social media... My biggest surprise 😮 was that it was the most clean place I have seen not only and a fast food restaurant but even high end quality restaurant very impressed!!! Service friendly personal,,, food better than what I expected!!! what's the most impressive was also atmosphere!!! Some people say well is a brand new building., yes it's but this building was done about 12 years ago... When personal aren't clean or haven't kept up with the place., it takes less than one year it looks like shit!!! Thank you guys and girls by keeping this place so neat,,, clean too! A place like this you want to go back again and chicken 🐔 tasted delicious 😋!!! No doubt of that!!!

I had stop going to Popeyes L. Kitchen because the bad reviews about cleanliness... on the news and social media... My biggest surprise 😮 was that it was the most clean place I have seen not only and a fast food restaurant but even high end quality restaurant very impressed!!! Service friendly personal,,, food better than what I expected!!! what's the most impressive was also atmosphere!!! Some people say well is a brand new building., yes it's but this building was done about 12 years ago... When personal aren't clean or haven't kept up with the place., it takes less than one year it looks like shit!!! Thank you guys and girls by keeping this place so neat,,, clean too! I was so excited to try their signature hot bone in wings but got some other flavor. It was darker and on the sweet side. The wings aren't bad, they just got my order wrong. They also got my husband's order wrong. We asked for ghost pepper and got plain.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, so I’ll start with the good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra sauce and pickles, and they nailed it, the sandwich was excellent and exactly what I hoped for. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience wasn’t great. I had tried to order the chicken strips from the Hot Ones collab, but the cashier couldn’t understand what I was asking for. After trying to explain multiple times, I gave up and stuck with the sandwich. The fries were cold and soggy, with no crunch, though the seasoning was as tasty as always. The biggest disappointment was the sweet tea, it tasted spoiled and like burnt rubber, making it completely undrinkable. After finishing an 18-hole round of golf, that was a real letdown. If I lived a bit closer I would've driven back. Sounds "petty", but my goodness if you could taste what I tasted, you would understand Overall, the sandwich was spot-on, but everything else fell far short. Sucks since I love Popeye's. I will try again and see if it was just a one-off experience, really hope so.

Today it was an all-around failure. I ordered two 3-piece platters and a Chicken Sandwich, you know, those that everyone was fighting about when they first came out, hahaha. I asked for a side of French fries and the employee informed me that they had run out of them. I later asked her to give me a cup holder for the two drinks that came with the order and the girl looked everywhere and they didn't have any. The manager informed another customer that they didn't have any forks either. Once I got home, I tasted one of the biscuits and it tasted sour and salty and the other one was visibly overcooked, but surprisingly that was the one that actually tasted like a biscuit. I almost forgot: the chicken sandwich. The bottom half of the bun had some spots that were ROCK hard with a weird looking pale spot in the middle of it. I'll leave a picture for everyone's viewing. The last time I ordered the same items I was in the drive-thru. On that ocassion, I thought they got the order spot on, but once I got home, my spouse was very angry at the fact that she bit into a spicy drumstick. It turns out all the chicken was spicy and none of them were classic. She didn't eat any of it. I promised myself and my spouse that today is the last time I'm ordering anything from this Popeye's. They seriously need to get their staff in order and get it done right or they're going to lose customers real quick.

The food is good but they messes up our order. I like the chicken alot but trusting this location to get our order right, a big no. I drove thirty minutes to find out they messed up. Too far to get our fries and our sauces. So I loose the money and have my kids unhappy. Very disappointed. They were not that busy either. two cars in the drive thru and three orders in the diner.
Employee need to check rigorously when handling the food through drive thru. Forgot to add items after employee guarantee everything was handed to me. Was missing items. Had to drive back 30mins for the items.

It's crazy I go inside to do my order so they won't mess my order up with Ai in the drive thru but they still manage to get it wrong when it's empty inside

Either you’re going to keep repeating yourself at drive thru cause they can’t hear you already yelling, you’re going to be missing an item (biscuit, side or something). The chicken will have more batter than meat. They really need to get it together because it happens too often for the place to be fairly new. Update: tried yet again just to be let down AGAIN! Ordered the ghost pepper wings and it looked like someone had already been chewing on them. I don’t know if they were frozen prior to frying but it’s like some were stuck together and fried as one. I was so upset but was calm because it was my fault for going back.

I love this chicken but I didn't understand why they charged me so much for the 6pcs family meal that suppose to be $32.99 and I paid 47.99 because according to them I order 2 breast and it only comes with one. Ok, so if it came with one then I got 3 thighs that makes it 4 PCs + I wanted 2 breast extra and they charged me for them 2.99 each where are my other 2 PCs?? They said custom order 2 breast, so that's my other 2pcs but why charge me 2.99 each breast extra? So I paid $6.00 for each breast 😲!!! They really stuck it to me! How sad. The guy that helped me was very nice but didn't know how to explain the charge, then he called another girl. She was very nice but insisted that they were right and the $47 dollars was the right amount for what I got. So $6. 00 for chicken breast is too much. Hopefully someone from management can explain this to me.🤔
This location is nice inside however this was the worst popeyes that I’ve been to because they dont allow a human being to take your order and don’t have good customer service. You can only self order for a kiosk even though there were two registers there. The manager was kind but explained that there is a new rule at their location that all customers must self serve and order unless they are paying with cash. There wasn’t a sign that stated this or anything, so myself and another customer just stood there standing at the register, and no one bothered to tell us , until we asked for help. Then we were told that we could only use the kiosk for ordering or drive thru. Tacky and not efficient. I won’t be going back. Felt like a transaction and not a paying customer. They weren’t that busy and there were at least 5 people in there and not one came to the counter to ask did I need help etc. I can’t blame them, since they weren’t told that it’s a new rule. Popeyes has bought into the idea that AI can take the place of old fashioned customer service, but they are wrong.im not old either, just would’ve appreciated the option to speak with a human being.

I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes. I placed my order online and showed up half an hour later to pick it up. They told me I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook the chicken. Then they said they were out of my side, but offered mac and cheese instead. I agreed—but they gave me coleslaw, which I can't stand. To top it off, I ordered a 6-piece bone-in chicken wing meal and they gave me 4 boneless wings instead. My entire order was wrong. And when I complained, they offered me a $2 credit for ruining my $16 order. Beware, ladies and gentlemen.
