The tables are quite ample and spacious, so grab a cup of coffee, a pastry, cookies or a full meal to enjoy it with your loved ones.

Their chicken flatbread is a must! The chipotle sauce on top brings the meal together. Their sandwiches are good and can be customized. The bear claws are big but overpriced.

My wife and I had breakfast for the first time at Panera, we ordered 2 Chipotle Chicken Scrambled Egg & Avocado on Ciabatta (no cilantro) and 2 dark roast coffees and they didn’t disappoint. It was kind of empty at around 8:30 am (it was cold and rainy) and our food came out fast. The machine I was using to make our order had some issues reading my card but a staff member quickly assisted me. This location was very clean and staff is friendly.

This is an open letter to the local management and corporate leadership of this Panera location... You have an employee at this location (Lilly). Lilly is in serious need of support and counseling. She has a horrible attitude and is not helpful at all. If the counseling and support doesn't help with her horrible customer attitude and lack of interest in her work, then a formal disciplinary process should be started. I have a son in law who is an exceptional example of the type of people Panera typically hire. He's hard working, has a great attitude and is acknowledged as a hi performer in the Panera world... Lilly will keep us from EVER coming to this location again...

The food quality is significantly worse and I'm not talking about how the sandwhiches are made I'm talking about the bread sizes. The bread is much smaller than it used to be and it seems like the quality we used to purchase as consumers has went down. I mean that panera is cutting a lot of costs to keep a float and you can see this in the other items too. For example everything just seems less fresh like if it were pre frozen and heated up. I don't know how they can hang pictures of hand made bread when it's simply not true anymore. Good service food comes out in about 5 minutes.Its just hard to see a place that used to sell items that I loved get rid of them (cough)(cough) The pizza.

When did the breakfast sandwiches shrink in size? I stopped by this morning to grab an iced coffee & a bacon double take sandwich through the drive thru. Took almost 8 minutes from the time I placed the order to when I got to the window. I paid full price for my drink and coffee. I get to work and I unwrap my sandwich and I find this! I didn't pay for a half sandwich! But Panera now reduced the size of their breakfast sandwiches without notifying us the customers??? I feel robbed... I have ordered this sandwich before and this is the 1st time I see the sandwich shrunk to a half size 😞 SO DISSAPPOINTED!

I'm actually sitting in the Panera as I write this from the moment I walked in there was no one at the front, the table sensors were all discharged. This place isnt like the other 2 Paneras (Downey, Lakewood) where the items are brought to you. Here the sensor rings when your food is ready and you get it at the window or in my case since none of the sensors worked they called out my last name. This is my first time here I saw the workers putting the food at the window but when they called my name I realized that basically I had to get my food, no biggy, but the fact that they didnt say something from the moment the food was at the counter meant when they did call me my food was already on it's way to being cold from sitting there. Not once did any of the workers approach me. Honestly dont plan on coming back to this specific location.

Went in today 11/13/25 at 6:35pm. Got my order wrong a guy took it. I asked For broccoli cheddar and for tomato soup. I’m allergic to tomatoes.

Soup was not good , no bread and they just want to fix it with salty chips , really bad experience!!! Coffee was OK,

The place is clean, that's why I gave the atmosphere five stars. The customer service was five stars as well. However, the food has gone down in quality. The croutons look as if they got it out of a bag from the store they are no longer the cut bread that they make. And also the gruyere cheese is no longer there. Instead, they just gave me mozzarella cheese, and believe me, I know the difference. The taste was just not there

5/25 @ 2:40 p.m. This location was cool until whomever prepared my salad did the laziest prep ever. Who eats the hard end of a romaine? I for sure won't return. I'd rather purchase from a non lazy location. This was so disappointing.
