My family and I visit Jims almost every Sunday. We order the fried chicken plate and I have to say Jims gives a good quantity of its chicken. Fresh to order with so much fries and side salad with a beverage. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Im a bit of a chili cheese fries connoisseur ya see, and I've tried many local spots searching for the most competitively viable fries. For the price, these are definitely the tastiest chili cheese fries in a 30 mile radius.

Excellent Service, the place was clean and I was able to get the food I ordered for my family in about 15 minutes. If I'm in the area again I will come back!

The breakfast sandwich is delicious. Also, the French fries well done, extra crispy were the best I have ever tasted. Yummy!

Best thing on the menu is the Beef Teriyaki plate. Cost somewhere around $7.50. Worth every dollar. Plate is well served.

With places like this I don't know why we still go to McDonald's or jack in the box etc... I can tell you by my personal experience, you can feel the freshness of this food pricing is about the same as McDonald's probably even cheaper and flavor is there, healthier hamburgers and fresh fries, huge standard sizes one of their burgers is like 3 McDonald's ones and they serve breakfast everything pretty affordable and tasty, we must support this place that people really deserves to be on top of this food chain restaurants go to Jim's, look at my other reviews this review is 100% real.

I ordered from Postmates. Tried this place for the first time best chili I have tasted hot fresh fries great quality food for a decent price thank you for working hard during this time to provide us with yummy food. I’ll be visiting when you open for dine in as well!!

I ordered the Jim's Burger combo, upgraded to chili cheese fries with onions, and a coke. I should've asked to have the burger cut in half because after looking at what I was about to indulge it was too much food. I finished the burger but there was no way to finish the fries, I brought the rest to work to share with my coworker. My conclusion, the burger was okay it wasn't great, the chili cheese fries were my favorite. This combo could easily be shared by two people and save a life at the same time LOL.

Huge servings for the teriyaki chicken and beef plate! Oh and Ask for the Salad on the side.. seem like u get alot more. Also OMG the zucchini.. no need to say more.

With the new ownership this restaurant is alive again! Their food is I remember as a child! Their burgers are juicing again and I can't say enough good things about this burger spot! I personally always get the chicken teriyaki bowl perfect portion size fills you up and not too much! Two thumbs up for quality once again!

F'ing quality food! Wait is always less than 10 minutes, regardless of how busy it is, which is surprising due to it being a smaller restaurant. Staff is friendly and the manager is a great man who truly cares for his customers. On a certain visit, a bum was being a huge nuisance (coming in and out of the restaurant every 2 minutes smoking one of those gross swishers) and as soon as I complained about him, the manager rushed to the front and kicked him out in a professional manner.

12/18/2024 Stopped in here with my friend to grab a bite to eat. I ordered a Chicken Salad and my friend ordered a Double Cheeseburger. Tables were clean and prepped, Staff were Awesome, food was delicious, customer service was exceptional, Facilities were clean and well maintained. A favorite from when i was a child, as I haven't been in this area in a while. 'Jim's' seems to be local to this area. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will surely return many times. This place is awesome. The food is always delicious. It can get busy at times. And that's a good thing. There's a couple tables inside and some outside but I always order take out. Again the food is delicious. That's what a good burger spot is supposed to be right. The owners seem like very nice people and the workers there work so hard. Much respect.

This is an independent family fast food restaurant with reasonable prices and cooked to order. You wouldn't take a date here as it's not romantic.

It is great the real American Burger and the fries man thick and crispy price a little bit high but so worth it original Jim's what it always has been quality and taste has not changed

I got a regular double cheeseburger bacon combo. One less star because I wish the burger was a little more hot. Anyway, their "regular" fries felt like large to me. Overall I will be coming back, delicious!

Chilli cheese fries are definitely worth trying and the breakfast burritos 🌯 are delicious. Prices are more then reasonable compared to other burger spots often charging $4 more per item.

Don't dine-in. We call place our order then go pick it up. I've never had a bad meal from this place. May seem rickety but the food is good and the service is better than most places.

The lady that takes my oder is always nice. I ordered a fish and shrimp and chips, the fish part was salty and aged. Seems like the fish was in the freezer way to long had no flakiness. The shrimp was good

Not bad prices are ok. It's just like all of the other Jim's burger type restaurants. I come here for lunch sometimes.

They charge 4% for using any form of payment besides cash... Food is below average and prices are high...

This is the only place that they couldn't make me a steak breakfast burrito.. I would pay the difference in other parts but here they didn't want to make it for me .. it sucks .. I'm paying for my food i order it the way I wanted right?

So, I ordered an ABC omelet and got no avocado. ABC stands for Avocado, Bacon, and Cheese. When I called I spoke with Jessie (female) she was a bit rude but perhaps she was stressed out and frustrated which I totally understand. She did apologize for the mistake at the end which I liked. She offered me a free side of avocado next time I come in or a refund of $1.80 for the avocado. They often make mistakes. I don't know if it's just my bad luck or if anyone else has experienced mistakes in their orders here (please weigh in if you'd like.) They've had the same cook for years but I don't know if he is the one who makes the mistakes. Their food is good don't get me wrong. I would give them 4 stars; however, because they've made too many mistakes I will rate them 3 stars. I will not come back for $1.80 or a side of avocado. It's not worth it. I hope this review helped someone especially the staff. Thank you.

Customer service was good order was correct.However the chicken sandwich was ok lacking sauce, frys were over cooked.Salad was good as well as presentation only downside was croutons were stale.

Plenty of parking, small dining area, good food, fair price. Lots of food choices and many specials. Make sure you listen when your food is ready because they'll only call once. The female employee left our food on the counter until she was done chatting with others.

Customer service was completely rude, the cashier needs to learn how to talk to people. Secondly the restrooms are a mess. However the food was ok. Bottom line, this place is not getting my business any more. There are many other places better than this.

This Jim's use to be a decent burger place. If you eat there the food is pretty decent. But do not order any burgers to go. Ever since the new owner's took over things are going down hill. I have placed orders to go from Jim's 3 times. The 3 times I've ordered hamburger specials and have told them, please go easy on the lettuce and the dressing. The 3 times they have ignored what I have asked and the burgers get extremely soggy. To the point were the bread is falling apart. It's a shame this was a good jims

This place sucks I went today to get a salad and there cook with tattoos latino guy was high on something started a fight with me in front of my childhood friend and with him also than slaps me 3 times plus punched my friend a fight broke out and the cook went to jail so now I'm suing this place the owner didnt no anything to control his employee and my jaw and face hurts! Never going back to this getto place.

Every time I order she has su cara de culo on ! she had spilled all my dressing inside my bag with my food I kindly told her to replace it because she had spilled all my dressing she rolled her eyes and said something underneath her breath she changed the bag throws it at me like if I was a dog ! I went for an early lunch to this establishment only because it shared the name of my favorite restaurant just a city over in Bell. I ordered the small chili cheese fries (thank god) and as a true chili cheese fries connoisseur, my disappointment is immeasurable. I also shared some with my coworkers who agreed, they were the worst. Ew.

It cost me like $11 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger meal. I asked for a horchata, thought price included but no girl didn't write it down or charge me. Wanted another $2.20 but spent my cash and need to spend $10 so your not charged a fee for using my card. Burger not worth price at all and inside looks dirty. Won't be back.

Their steak sandwich was terrible and for the price I should have drove to In N Out 2 miles away. The lady charged $17 for a nasty steak sandwich, onion rings and a med coke. Don’t waste your money on this place. Keep driving and go somewhere else.
