Stay away from this location. Every time I order from here they always mess up my order. My lemon pepper wings had no flavor and cold. I had to add my own seasoning from home. They were plain and my fries super cold too. Not coming to this location ever again

Their was a bug stuck to my wing automatically had to post it. Disgusting manager still had the nerve to tell me that their isn’t any bugs in their store. You really think I would stick this in my food and pay $30? Was refunded my money and yet wanted to redo my order lol NEVER again be careful and check your food!

Highly recommend the manager drug test the employees, they where all acting really weird and kept constantly studdering and having to restart what they were saying to us.. I asked for a side of carrot sticks and literally got a full plate of carrots way more than I could ever eat. I asked for 2 forks and plates the guy handed me like 6 plates and 4 forks.. this is very unprofessional

So i have been going here for a while and never had a problem with portions but today was wild i have order both sizes of the thigh bites and considering what i got your basically getting a small portion in a big box and really not worth the money just get the small fix the portions please

Horrible service. The manager person male heavy weight dont have clue about hospitality. There's a lot of options where to go and we decided to give business to Wingstop. The owner should be worry about business having this type of ppl managing it.

I ate here twice the first time it was good nothing wrong . But when I placed an online order pick up yesterday I could say I’m very disappointed more than half of my wings were hard when I bit into them which sucked I threw everything away made me loose my appetite never coming back to this location again . The guy at the front desk was very nice though . I should have went back for a refund instead of throwing out my wings .

I ordered a draft beer and when they handed me the beer i instantly got second hand embarrassment!! I was embarrassed receiving the beer. It was the tiniest beer I've ever held in my hand!!! I was embarrassed for Wingstop, they actually dont see anything wrong with serving a plastic tiny cup for beer!! What an outrage!! I just wanted to enjoy a couple beer after a long week at work and that experience was a slap to the face!! Thanks for ruining my Friday !!

Bad customer service at night . Soda machine tastes like water , Fries burnt , restroom was closed at 11:05pm i couldnt even wash my hands too eat my food and had to hold my blatter while eating very uncomrtable . Employees seem very unhappy there , not welcoming. I dont complain to pay for my food just provide a good service since we are paying clients. Ive been to many wingstop locations in LA , this one has been the only one ive had bad experience with .

Big disappointment coming here. They don't know how to wet wings. Fries had no seasoning. I got into it with one of the girls here who gave me my ordered. She tried to have me pay again for wet wings when the receipt clearly said "Wet". I told her to call the manager and she never did. On top of that, they had no trays so they packed my dine in order to Go. This place stinks, avoid coming here.
