I really enjoyed this milk tea shop! The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet — you can actually taste the tea, not just sugar. I tried the classic milk tea with boba, and the pearls were perfectly chewy. The staff were super friendly and patient while I decided what to get, and the place itself was clean, cozy, and had a nice relaxing vibe. Definitely one of the better milk tea spots I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back to try more flavors!

Bep Teahouse never disappoints! We ordered the Matcha Crème Brulee Smoothie, Royal Artichoke Tea, Avocado Smoothie (50% sweetness), and the Mocha Coffee Smoothie — every drink was spot-on delicious. The flavors were rich and balanced, and the sweetness levels were exactly how we asked. You can really taste the quality in each drink, and the presentation makes it even better. One of many great tapioca places in Houston. The shop has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were friendly and quick with service. Great refresher for after a dinner meal or dessert.

Overall: definitely a fun place to hit up for a late boba hangout with the friends or fam. Just watch out for the sweetness level because despite always going for 50%, it still taste insanely sweet. Would recommend the Hawaii sunset or Royal Citrus. The house milk drink I had was alright.

Super yummy and cute place. It’s not small so I wouldn’t recommend for large groups, but it’s perfect for 1-4 people or a date night! I got the winter melon tea with strawberry popping boba. They don’t have many popping boba flavors, but the combo was still delicious. Service was quick and they were helpful when helping me pick a selection.

Came in out of curiosity and it turned out to be such a great experience. The atmosphere was great and so was the tea. It had a distinct tea flavor and even had actual pieces of fruit in it. Not to mention a cute plush keychain with a special cup. Would absolutely come here again. :O

The Bếp is such a magnificent spot. The drinks are made fast and served by wonderful staff! Much varieties in drinks as well as their food menu, and tasty at a awesome price. Decorations and ambience are out of this world and they’re always decorating to go along with the seasons and holidays! 🎃 👻, 🎄🎁 Comfy sofas, many chairs, outdoor benches and glistening lights!

Solid coffee drinks. I requested reduced sugar & they made my blended iced coffee drink accordingly. Good variety in menu items. They have WiFi, which I appreciate…I do wish they opened earlier.

This bubble tea shop has so many options--it's honestly a little overwhelming at first! Thankfully, the staff were incredibly friendly and patient. One team member kindly explained the drinks I was curious about and even gave me a recommendation, which I really appreciated--and it was spot on! I went with the Hawaii Sunset fruit tea at 50% sugar. Just a heads-up: their fruit teas lean more on the fruit-forward side than actual tea, and mine was definitely on the sweeter end of the spectrum--likely from the syrup in the mango popping boba. Even at half sugar, it was pretty sweet. I also noticed a couple of things that could've made the drink better: some lemon seeds were left in, and the smaller bits of mango weren't fully ripe, which made the texture a bit off. That said, the staff's kindness and the wide variety of drinks make me want to come back and try other options! I'm especially interested in their Saigon street food menu and those adorable kitty paw-shaped mochi waffles. The shop itself is small with limited seating, so I'd recommend grabbing your drinks to-go unless you're staying for a bite. Bonus points for being located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking--no stress finding a spot!

Boba is decent but the fries (especially the bep fries) are so so bad. No taste and no salt. I had to throw them away immediately. The chicken wings are also really bland too, just overall not a good experience. Kuro Organic milk with egg pudding was good! Honestly the boba is good just don’t order food lol
