Recently came to R&B Tea for a quick drink, and man were they fast! The staff there was very quick and friendly. The atmosphere was also very cozy and relaxing. I definitely would come here again! EDIT: Forgot to mention the drink I ordered was the Dragonfruit Mango Green Tea with 30% sugar. I cannot lie this is one of the best drinks I’ve tasted in a while.

A happening tea shop in Bellaire. They have a variety of teas, slushies and milk teas. The decor is modern and sleek. The atmosphere is a bit loud, but the drinks are good. Customer service is nice and friendly. I had the melon slush, it was smooth, creamy and not too sweet. It was good 👍

The staff were super friendly and patient while I decided (because let’s be honest, the menu is full of tempting choices!). The atmosphere is cozy and clean, great for hanging out or grabbing a quick treat. Will definitely be coming back to try more flavors!

R&B Tea Bellaire Review Tried the Avocado Stormy with boba ($7.80) – an iced blended avocado drink layered with their rich house cream. Absolutely delicious! Creamy, smooth, and just the right sweetness. Highly recommend if you’re into avocado-based drinks. Other favorites include the Thai Tea with boba – bold, classic flavor – and the Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea, which comes with real fruit and is super refreshing. Great spot for tasty, well-balanced drinks!

Really good boba spot. Wide menu selection, not overpriced. The chew of the boba is soft and the size is perfect. I got the dragon fruit mango green tea, it was really good but slightly too sweet for me. The Horchata Milk Tea was good as well, but the Horchata flavor is more on the subtle side. I liked that it wasn't too sweet.

First time trying this place. Went Sunday evening and they were friendly , fast, and the jasmine green cream tea with boba tasted fresh and delicious! I got regular ice and 30% sugar.

(BTW a lot of these good reviews you see are because they give out free drinks to write positive things). Anyways, I will be honest about this location because I would drive all the way out here from Deer Park for their boba. But today I came in and I could immediately feel a weird vibe. Idk what was up. Let’s start off with the bathroom - no toilet paper, no soap, and dirty. With 5 employees standing around you’d think it would be attended to. But no, they barely wanted to take my order. You know what happened when I went to the counter? They all said “NOT IT”. That really hurt my heart. Then whoever was “it” took my order with such a bad attitude, staring at me instead of talking. I told him which drink I’d like and then he just continued to stare at me until the order was done. Finally, the drink itself was atrocious.. The boba was one solid ball. It could’ve been a stress ball if I took it out. I wanted to return it, but after such a horrible customer service experience inside, I didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask for a new drink. Aside from that, it was all ice and barely any milk. Like I said, I used to love this place but idk what happened today.. $7 for one drink wasted.

(09/27/25) I’m not sure if it’s because the shop has kiosk, but when I was standing there waiting for an employee to take my drink order, there were 2 staff members right in front of me laughing and joking very loudly without paying attention to the customer waiting. They were so caught up in their conversation that they even sat down on the floor laughing. Another staff member noticed me after a while, but instead of taking my order, she told the 2 who were laughing to get up and do it (Maybe they don’t really care since they already have a steady customer base) I think the team really needs training to always be ready at the counter to take orders whenever they see a customer, instead of relying on the kiosk and treating chatting and laughing as a habit. Tonight, I saw about 5 or 6 staff standing around the counter (2 or 3 of them were making drinks) the rest were standing but not a single one noticed there was a customer waiting to buy a drink, probably too busy laughing. Honestly, it was confusing and a bit ridiculous
