Really good fruit I loved it and I hope to go back again the flan is not really sweet but it was good and the wait was not super long I really hope I can go back soon I loved it !

Delish!! The fruits were all very fresh and I love how the mochi is also fresh/made from scratch. A bit pricey but I think it was worth it, definitely shareable portions with very much variety to choose from.

This was a wonderful find for us. I've been next door so many times and have missed out walking past so many times. The Juice Box has a great variety of goodies to feed anyone's sweet tooth. From fresh fruits to ice creams, and much more. This has been the closest Kakigōri style dessert we've found since our return from Japan. This is a must try for anyone who enjoys shaved ice, this will ruin snow cones for you. Hehe ;) The ice is so soft, with the sweet condescend milk, then mix in the fresh fruit of your choice. It will just blow you away. Just take a look at the pictures and videos. Highly recommend you stop and try it out for your self. We will definitely be back for more. Until next time!

Great dessert spot in the Bellaire shopping area with lots of cold and hot dishes and snack items. We got a shaved ice bowl with assorted fruits and they all tasted fresh and sweet. The ice base and extra strawberry ice cream scoop on top was perfect. They served blue bell ice cream and had a huge variety of choices. A good amount of seating and nice indoor ambiance, though parking in the area is always a struggle.

Delicious shaved ice, mango and mochi experience. I also really enjoyed the mixed veggie fruit with a flan and ice cream (S9). The mango smoothie was delicious.! Would highly recommend. Look forward to returning.

Came here for a smoothie and ended up with dessert! It was delicious, the slushie was creamy, we got the mango chinese yogurt but the star of the show the shaved ice w fruit and ice cream. The fruit was so smooth and perfectly sweet.

It was perfeeeeeect, I stayed there just talking with my friend and it was so nice, all the desserts looked amazing. I had the mango shaved ice and mochi, it was super good perfect for two persons, not too sweet, the fruit was fresh, sweet and on the point. Love it, definitely I’ll come back

Always looking for the best desserts in Chinatown. The menu is huge, so I went with one of the most recommended menu items, which was the Mango-Strawberry-Watermelon Shaved Ice. The fruit was fresh, great texture to the ice, and sweetend with condensed milk. The portions size was enough for 2 people. If you haven't been it is worth a try. I'll be back to try other me u items.

Overwhelmingly large menu (not in a bad way!). Strawberry smoothie flavor was great - not too sweet, made from fresh fruits. Also the black sesame soup was tasty - good texture of the rice balls. Great dessert place on the dun huang plaza.

Everything we had was so good! The mango sago with coconut milk was on point, the ginger tofu was some of the silkiest I’ve ever had with good ginger flavor, and the sesame paste was hearty and rich! My niece got a strawberry banana smoothie that she loved, especially the lychee jelly bits. And our friend had the shaved ice topped with fresh fruit and flan which was stunning! Wish we lived closer but will be certain to stop in here every time we’re in town!

Decided to try this place on a whim, looking for things to do in Houston. It was busy but we were able to get a table and our desserts/drinks quickly. The dessert was a good size. It was really delicious!

Small cafe with a Large variety of Yummy frozen treats! The Mango shaved ice brought my mom some childhood memories, she loved it. Traditional shaved ice plates are a large portion and good for two! You can also get two scoops of ice cream with some fruit (many options to choose from!) on the side. I ordered the papaya milk smoothie and it was the perfect level of sweetness and you could taste the strong kick of Papaya! We felt very at home here, and will definitely will be coming back!

This place has been around forever and still manages to be packed on a Saturday night that I came for the legendary mango shaved ice. This shaved ice kicks any bingsoo butts. They also have other trendy dessert such as sago. Grass jelly is also delicious.

We got flavored shaved ice with fruit toppings and vanilla ice cream on top. Fruit was very fresh. We had a very large party and they accommodated us well near closing time. Service wasn’t bad but definitely not very friendly. The menu is very large and a little overwhelming. I would come here again. Parking is a little stressful though

I really wanted to like this place because the food looked amazing online and in videos I found on tiktok but i had an underwhelming experience. While the portions are great the quality of the ingredients could have been better. The mango in the shaved iced was not ripe at all while the other fruit (banana/strawberry/watermelon) were extremely mushy almost as if they were about to go bad.

Went on a Monday night. There were several customers so we thought let’s give them a try. WORST MISTAKE EVER! Very expensive too. Buyer beware! The mango coconut with sago was so liquidy. It was not drinkable. Waste of money. It is NOT the same or even similar to other tea places that serve the same drink. We also got a mango strawberry shaved ice. The fruit was lackluster with no flavor. They put such minimal condensed milk over the fruit that wasn’t even ripe. All you could taste was plain ole ice. Very disappointing to say the least. Don’t believe what you see on Tik Tok. And the worst part of the visit was the customer service was really rude. The older lady with the black beret was so condescending and rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Better options in the shopping center.

Avoid Juicy Box – terrible service and a blatant double pricing system. I had a really frustrating experience here. I scanned the in-store QR code menu on my phone and ordered the tofu pudding with taro balls and tapioca listed at $8. I also added a hot mochi for $7. The pre-tax total should have been $15, but I was charged $17.87 with tax of 1.37. When I asked about the discrepancy, the staff told me that prices are different depending on how you order. Apparently, ordering at the counter costs more than ordering through the QR code or the self-service kiosk next to it. She said that at the counter, “those are just the prices.” I asked whether the counter version was a larger portion or somehow different — if that were the case, a price difference would at least make sense. She confirmed it was exactly the same item and size. Then someone who seemed to be the owner stepped in and repeated the same explanation twice, basically implying there was nothing they could do because I chose to order at the counter. I asked directly: So you have two different pricing systems in the same store? Are customers clearly informed about this beforehand? Only after that did she agree to refund the difference. Before leaving, I went to the kiosk and pulled up the exact same items I had ordered. It clearly shows that the kiosk price matched the QR code price — and both were lower than the counter price. So it wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was clearly two different price systems for the exact same items. The most uncomfortable part was what happened next. The staff member who took my order came over,and the owner told her, “She said you entered the order wrong.” The staff then started to talk about her ordering process, and the owner said to the staff (through the glass between me and them), “You did nothing wrong!” The overall attitude felt arrogant — as if charging different prices was completely justified and any confusion was automatically the customer’s fault. It honestly felt like, “Yes, we charge different prices. So what?” Definitely not coming back.

I then asked a male worker about the 3 water bottles I had purchased because I wasn’t given them he asked why I even bothered buying them and was again irritated with me. However like I said it was tasty my family enjoyed it and I figured maybe it was just an off day or because they were busy. Fast forward to the second time I get my order and am missing my coconut pudding so I ask for it and they have to verify I didn’t already get it and then I receive coconut jelly instead which isn’t even the same cost. I realize I was given the wrong thing and was ignored when trying to get the right thing because everytime I said something I “had already gotten what I need” not to mention both times they make orders that were taken after you before you which makes no sense… I then commented this on their TikTok page seeing if they would make it right somehow and instead they deleted my comment so I guess I will post a review they can’t delete… not sure I will be giving this business my money again considering you will just be a burden for ordering there or trying to get what you paid for. Also to my surprise it’s not just the workers who are rude, even the owner is… she is the whole reason I went because I saw a video on it and she looked super sweet but that’s the internet for you I guess Edit- also I don’t think it’s very sanitary to have the fruit you are serving on the side where customers can sit at the bar. There were open watermelons they use for the balls right on the counter where people were waiting for their orders. Anyone could cough or sneeze on them or touch them with dirty hands.

i tried the brown sugar tofu with rice balls! before, during, and after ordering i asked the employees (two women) three separate times what was in it, i let them know that i’ve never had it before and i explicitly asked if there were any surprise ingredients. they both repeated back to me that brown sugar, tofu, and rice balls were the only things in it. the “rice balls” were unexpectedly squishy rice cakes filled with sesame paste/sauce! i really liked them, the dish was yummy, but i was asking because there are some foods i don’t eat and some foods my date was allergic to. employees should be able to answer when asked what is in the food, or they should be trained to double check before giving the customer an answer they’re unsure of. it was inconsiderate and dangerous. EDIT: changed from two stars to one because of the unnecessarily rude owner’s response. i was trying something new and i didn’t know what was in the food, which is why i asked the employees. am i ignorant and entitled for that? nothing i said in my original review was disrespectful, this behavior is so gross.
