Ordered a pizza on line. Picked it up and got home. It was the wrong pizza and tasted like it was cooked the day before. Got message on phone telling me they gave me the wrong pizza and to come pickup the right pizza. I did not because I was watching a football game. Threw the pizza in the trash and made a ham sandwich.,

Workers are friendly. But price is outrageous. 18 bucks for a medium flat crust. Red pepper and Cheese only comes in full size containers. Containers like you get from the grocery store. Like if you buy fries and you have to buy a bottle of catsup.

Very rude and no sense of customer service, I’ve had pizza delivered once I called once again to order. As the call gets answered the guy said my name and stated my address as well as apartment number and told me he could not deliver to me and hung up. But they did once before! Didn’t make any sense and couldn’t even tell me why ..

It doesn’t matter if you do carry out or delivery, plan on it taking at least twice as long as the estimate. It doesn’t even matter time it day. I live nearby and have ordered from here at least three times, and it’s always at least twice as long as estimated.

Today's date: 9/11/2025. It didn't happen on a holiday. I placed an online order at 10:18 AM for in-store pick up. The online tracker gave me an estimated "ready" time of 16 minutes. I arrived to the store at about 10:35. Stood by the cash register looking at both employees while they looked busy. One made eye contact in the first 30ish seconds then continued doing whatever he was doing. I stood there for about 5 mins before the guy with whom I had made eye contact earlier, finally acknowledged me and said "we are working on it". I continued to wait. At about 10:45 AM a new employee walked in, after catching up with his friends he decided to ask if we had been helped already. I pointed to the screen that had been showing that my order would be ready in 1-5 mins for the past 20 mins and he just said "okay". Eventually I overheard them say that they hadn't even started working on my order so I just walked out. Service: What happened to customer service? Is ignoring customers part of the Dominos customer service training? Are your employees so busy that they can't say "hello"? Are they so busy that they can't check to see what the customer who just walked in needs? Is the customer trying to order? Pick up? Why was one of the employees wearing headphones like he was at home relaxing? After making eye contact with the first guy and being ignored I figured I'd try the other guy but he happened to be wired in to his fancy airpods. Can a higher up at Dominos explain to me why a worker needs to be wearing headphones to work? Do you know how disrespectful that is to the customer? Atmosphere: If you can't tell by my name, I am hispanic and the atmosphere felt racist. Every single employee there was white. Quite honestly I feel discriminated against based on my skin color by white employees. They probably figured, "he doesn't speak English, why bother talking to him". I am 100% sure they would have tried to strike a conversation with me and explained the situation if I had been a white person. I guarantee my experience would have been different if I had been a plain white dude. Know what the saddest part is? My 77 year old father was really looking forward to having pizza. Whole reason we went there is he asked me to place the order. Congratulations on showing how racist and nasty white people can be towards a 77 year old hispanic man. Don't believe me? Check the cameras, he was there with me. That's just disgusting Dominos. Do better. Finally, I will be attaching screenshots proving that I did place the order at 10:18 AM and that it wasn't ready until 11:16 AM. Nearly a whole hour later. I will also be adding a Spanish version of the review to let the Hispanic people know to avoid the racist pizza joint.

I had to stay there waiting an extra 30 minutes to get my order, and the most disgusting thing is that they are non stop talking (their funny talks and jokes) so loud that I have no doubt they put an extra saliva ingredient to the pizzas, at least is a free topping It's so sad to see people hating their job

We had to wait 58 minutes for a mobile pick up order, while we wait, we saw many other customers coming and leaving with no food, yet staff were moving very leisurely, joking around loudly with each other, including one employee talking and laughing loudly while making pizza dough with no mouth masks on. Will not come back to this location.

Pizza marked delivered in dominos app an hour after order, but it never was delivered. Called. They put me on hold. After 20 minutes I hung up and cooked dinner. I’m going to have to charge it back from my credit card. First time I’ve ever charged back fast food. I guess I should have avoided literally the worst reviewed restaurant for miles. After reading the other reviews, I’m shocked corporate hasn’t gotten involved. This place is a disaster.

They are already at a 3.0 so this is probably redundant. Pan pizza was undercooked, had to finish cooking it at home. I ordered a chicken pizza but you can count the pieces of chicken. Shut this location down. Stat.

Ordered Parmesan cheese bites and they give me garlic knots. When I asked they argue it is the same bread. Why would you have same item with two different pictures and names and fight with us saying it is same bread. Probably it is my last order here. Bad customer service and they are not answering center apologetic in giving different dish than I ordered and more so justifying it.

awful location. just ordered a pizza at 11am on a Tuesday, cancelled the order at 12:30pm because it still wasn't here and allegedly hadn't even been made yet. last time i ordered, my pizza arrived in complete disarray and I had to count the pieces to make sure none of it had been eaten. I'm not even sure how this happens.

The worst Domino's Pizza branches in Houston. It wasn't the first time that I've ordered pizza with mushrooms, only made it home to realize that they indulged me with 7 tiny pieces of mushrooms spread on the entire Pizza. Attached pictures, (finding Wally is easier). I called the branch, and asked for the supervisor, that explained to me that the pizza was perfectly fine, but if I'm not happy with it, I can drive back and she will add some more mushrooms on it. They constantly disrespect your requests, time, money, and their own products.
