Love the food ! The atmosphere is chill and relaxed. A lot of new faces. Food is amazing the burgers are crazy ! Interesting flavor. Pizza and Pasta really bring that classic Italian feel.

This is a lovely little shop, quaint, not overcrowded or loud, but incredibly good. The service was fantastic with great recommendations, the calamari was incredible, and the pizza and pasta were as good as I've had in Texas. I would definitely return. The baked ziti in particular was special.

This place was amazing. Not only was service A-1, but the food was so delicious. The dishes are big, so you may even be able to eat family style. We ordered 3 individual dishes and we couldn't finish them. We were seated right away (lunch during the week) and our server was awesome. The decor has an old school Italian feel to it and the music wasn't loud. Our first time there was perfect.

The food was amazing! Everything came out fresh & within a reasonable time. The area is cozy & clean. We had a party of 10 & enjoyed our time. Accommodated very well. My only issue is that our server kept spilling items. She was sweet of course, but she kept spilling the dipping oil & a few of our drinks. Other than that, 💯💯💯 enjoyable time. Also, the tiramisu is amazing ☺️.

First time here. Quaint little place that my friend told me about. Menus were a little dirty with parmesan cheese but meh its a pizza place. Sanitizer was on the table and the table was clean also the employees had on mask. The bread they bring to the table is fresh, hot, and good. The pizza abd calzone are soooo good. I will go back.

It was an OK place, the salad was fresh but the salad dressing had no flavor. They were out of mushrooms so I had the chicken marsala without mushrooms it was okay. Good bread rolls

I ordered from Napoli last night and had a very disappointing experience. It took over an hour before anyone even contacted me to say the order would be late. When the food finally arrived, it looked as though it had been partially eaten. Portions were noticeably short, and the presentation was unacceptable. When I called to address it, the man who said he was the owner offered excuse after excuse rather than taking accountability. I was not offered a refund or a remake, even though I was willing to come pick up a fresh order myself to resolve the issue. This used to be one of our go-to spots, which makes this even more disappointing. I’m not sure what has changed with management, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning as long as things remain the same.

We recently ordered lunch from Napoli and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. When the food was delivered, one of the dishes appeared contaminated with what looked like rodent droppings. We immediately brought this to the owner’s attention, but no meaningful solution or resolution was offered. Additionally, the owner, known as "papa Zack" who delivered the order was visibly impaired at the time of drop-off, and flirting with the females which added to our concern. When we later attempted to calmly address the situation, the owner came into our place of business and created a loud scene in our lobby in front of customers, which was extremely unprofessional. We hope this behavior is not representative of the company as a whole and that other customers have better experiences. However, based on our experience, we cannot recommend ordering from here.

I ordered at 5:47pm. They took an hour and 31 minutes to deliver my food. I called to cancel it and requested a refund after an hour and 15 minutes. The last kept apologizing and said the said she would happily refund me which I'm still waiting on. The girl FINALLY shows up at 7:18pm and I told her that I cancelled it and made other food and to take it back with her. She told me to keep it for the inconvenience. It looked half eaten. The sauce was very watery and spilled everywhere inside the bag and was seeping through. The salad had all the toppings that I requested not to be on there. The chicken was DEFINITELY canned or packaged and not real. The sauce didn't have much flavor. I will not be ordering there again. Still waiting for my refund. Update: they refused to refund me.

The food is great, but the service is awful. When you try to order carryout, they put you on hold for a while and don't seem to care at all about delivery customers. The lady answering the phone can't understand anything that I am saying when I provide my phone number and address and I have to repeat it three times. This is after having placed many orders there and my phone number and address is already in their system. The delivery time is typically an hour from when we place the order. I'm done with the poor service and long wait time for delivery and will just order from Dominos. I hope the owner sees this and realizes they are going to start losing business because they can't treat their customers well.

I am completely mortified and disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered shrimp Alfredo to go and when I ate it, it was completely tasteless, infact, I believe they forgot the cheese and only used heavy whipping cream. If I can describe it, It actually taste as if I was eating Elmer’s glue. I could not bare it, so I returned to just get pizza. I asked for a certain pizza twice, and they still got my order wrong. The managers’ way of fixing it based off of her response (I assume) was just to cook pepperoni and throw it on top, she never asked to simply remake it. I think at that point it was evident based on my expression and body language that I was stressed of the situation & she( manger) just stood there and looked clueless. I then just informed her not to worry about it, because I feared at this point that continuing to complain about the food would potentially make the situation worse. I mean would you trust food coming out to you after you’ve sent it back a few times? After it was obvious to me that customer service didn’t matter I left the entire pizza there untouched. I will LITERALLY NEVER RETURN. Also I wasn’t event offered a refund. The service and food has completely declined.

I just ordered togo. When I got home and tried the food everything tasted sour, it was so bad that my boyfriend ended up throwing up. If this establishment raises their prices, they should have at least steeped up the quality of their food. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. Save your money for Digiorno!!!

I use to love coming here. I can tell things have changed and a lot is not the same. It was so hot and we were the only ones there. Our server seemed young and not attentive at all. There is so much I want to say but will not say it. I'm just very disappointed in the service and food. I wanted my birthday something to remember but not like this.....
