This place is unbelievable! Even though everything here is gluten free, nothing tastes like it is. I would rate their bread and cinnamon rolls ahead of any gluteny version I've ever had. In addition, the owner is super nice and friendly. Even sent me home with some samples for my celiac child. Will definitely be coming back regularly!

I had the absolute pleasure of taking the gluten free sourdough class tonight and it was amazing!! The class, Been the owner, the bread, everything... It was a spectacular experience!! Highly highly recommend!! Beth is a little slice of heaven on earth and it's a blessing to us all she's decided to share her gifts with us all!! Wonderful experience, delicious goods and I now have all the tools to make my own bread and treats! You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't visit this shop.

I am so excited that this place is finally opened. It is truly a dream come true. I will soon be your best customers. My 10 year old son has Celiac disease. I special order bread from bakeries around the USA, but now I don’t need to special order! I can just stop by Rebel Rise.

We got a pumpkin donut, chocolate cake, cupcake, cinnamon roll, and breakfast pizza. Everything was good, but by far our favorite was the breakfast pizza and cinnamon roll! I recommend this place if you can’t have gluten. It was relaxing to go to a place knowing everything was safe to eat for our child with celiacs.

Just wanted to shout out to Rebel Rise… they really “ Rose” to the occasion when we had a last minute request the day before Thanksgiving for some special sweets and rolls for our daughter. Since having an anaphylactic episode this spring related to her Celiac Disease she’s been ultra careful with her diet so to allow her some assurance these were safe items meant the world to her! They didn’t have everything we were looking for available on the shelves so offered to deliver the goods later in the evening (cinnamon rolls, pumpkin pie, dinner rolls and pumpkin bars)! They were ALL delicious! They now have another faithful and appreciative customer!

I have been looking forward to trying out Rebel Rise and today was the day! We were planning on taking cinnamon rolls to go but ended up staying for lunch. I have Celiac and chose the chicken pot pie which I haven’t had in 23 years. My 2 non Celiac kids had the same and all 3 of us give it rave reviews. We took some sourdough bread and brownies home and all were so good as well. Next time I will get more cinnamon rolls as they are the best I have ever had. The owner and employees were so kind and this business is a treasure that Omaha is lucky to have. Walking in and seeing the menu knowing everything on that menu is safe for me is a feeling like no other. Thank you Rebel Rise and we will be back!

This place is heaven on earth. Everything I purchased was DELICIOUS and good without even considering it's also gluten free. It's so good! The cinnamon rolls are worth driving hours to purchase! Wow! Adorable decor. The owner is kind, caring and salt of the earth. Omaha is lucky to have this business in operation!

I found this bakery from the Seed Oil Scout app because I'm always trying to minimize any exposure to seed oils when eating out. I can't believe the gem I stumbled onto! Beth hadn't officially opened yet but I messaged her on instagram and she kindly took my order and had it ready for me as I was passing through Omaha!! She then showed me the kitchen and gave me lots of treats to sample. You can tell she is amazingly passionate about creating food for Celiac's that they can still enjoy. As a functional medicine practitioner myself, I was so happy to hear she follows Weston A. Price and a whole food paradigm. Then on top of how kind she was, all the goodies were delicious! I don't usually like cinnamon rolls but hers were fantastic! The peanut butter cookies were divine. I don't even know what was in the 'smores bar but I could eat 10 of them and die happy. I'm so happy to have found this miracle of a place! Do yourself a favor and go there right now. Even if you're not gluten free, all the treats are minimal preservatives and no chemicals so it's a much better alternative to most bakeries. Cannot say enough good things about this bakery, can't wait to see what else Beth is going to do!

wonderful customer service and great treats! we were in town for a short trip and looking for treats for my daughter who eats gluten-free for health reasons. realized this location doesn't open until next week after we reached out on Facebook but they responded quickly and set up a special pick up for us today before we left town. my daughter was very happy to have really yummy gf treats and we were thankful for the accommodation and customer service!

We hired Beth to make our wedding cake and desserts. The spread she created was breathtaking and tasted better than it looked! Our guests had no idea everything was gluten-free. I, having celiac, was able to enjoy all our treats. I am still dreaming about the smore's cookies and my husband couldn't stop raving about the cake pops. We can't wait for the store to open up!

We are on a road trip and we didn't know that she was a special order bakery. We also were not going to arrive during her normal hours. She went out of her way to make an order of her cinnamon rolls . She also let us look through what she still had available. Best Gluten Free cake we have gotten in a long time! My husband agreed with me that it was even better than our wedding cake! Moist, not dry like most bought cakes, and the frosting was perfect!💖🔥

I Have been getting sourdough from Beth for a few years (pre brick and mortar location) and also took her very first sourdough class in her home. Her sourdough is amazing but be prepared for it to be more moist and chewy than you might expect (in a good way). Id suggest getting it unsliced. It's great toasted with butter and jam or just toasted with nothing on it!! I am also dairy free and have been very happy with the DF/gf chocolate chip cookies and gf/df cinnamon rolls. I tried a chocolate gf/df cupcake today and even after letting it fully warm up to room temp it was dry and lacked flavor. I was bummed so- I'll stick to the bread, cookies and cinnamon rolls. I'm Happy there is a bakery where I can go and get stuff that I know is safe. Dedicated, yummy gf/df items come with a price and rebel rise is no exception- their products are a bit of a splurge but I'd wager to say knowing I won't get sick when I eat there is invaluable. Wishing Rebel Rise all the best on their continued baking adventures!

Cute place. Clean space and bathrooms and very bright and inviting space. Friendly and helpful service. Tons of gluten free options for sweet treats. Ordered breakfast bowl. It was quite a bit of potato and cheese and not much meat but tasted good. Ordered two cookies both were rock hard and pretty dry. The own came around and asked our thoughts and was receptive to feedback and brought us two new fresh cookies for free which was nice. My aunt ordered coffee and the young man was struggling with the coffee machine for maybe 20 mins. He was communicative and apologetic. Eventually brought a coffee cup 3/4 full and apologized again and said he sent payment back to the card for the coffee. Again, nice service, friendly and communicative receptive to feedback but not an outstanding first experience.

My wife has a very serious allergen that goes beyond gluten and celiac. We thought we would stop in just to see what was offered. Unfortunately the person behind the counter could not really answer questions around allergens and what was in quite a bit of the baked goods, pizza dough etc. It would be get to have an allergen list on what is used in the baked goods, bread, etc. due to the lack of knowing exactly was in the food she was not able to have anything, I did have the cinnamon roll which was good.

After we ordered and paid for crepes, they told us they were out of the mix. Then they were also out of waffle mix. I ordered French toast instead. Someone else in our group also got French toast and theirs had blueberries and cream cheese. Mine was four small slices of the toast. The protein that came with my original order was also forgotten and only brought out after we asked. Other people in my group tried my food and agreed it wasn’t good. We didn’t eat it after trying it, which I hate doing because I don’t like wasting food. For $15, this was really disappointing. I appreciate having gluten-free options, but this wasn’t worth the price.

Almost all of the reviews on here are super positive so maybe we just visited on a bad day, but my husband and I felt very awkward as soon as we walked in the door. We weren't greeted and in fact the woman behind the counter seemed bothered by our presence. There were very little baked goods to choose from even though it was only 8:30 in the morning. There was no menu to look at and the employee never asked us any questions or offered up any information such as everything is gluten free (which is great!). My husband really liked his S'mores bakery item that he bought. The bistro was decorated so nicely it's a shame we didn't feel comfortable enough to stay and enjoy it.

I am honestly so disappointed. I just paid $56 for four tiny cinnamon rolls and one of the smallest loaves of sourdough bread I’ve ever seen. The single loaf was $38 alone … thirty-eight dollars for bread! As someone who can’t have gluten, this feels incredibly discouraging. It’s like companies know people with celiac don’t have many options and decide to take advantage of that. The bread tastes good, sure, but nothing justifies charging $38 for one small loaf in today’s economy. It’s sad and honestly feels greedy. People with dietary restrictions deserve fair prices too.
