Shipley’s just opened today here at Nashville Yards, and it’s already a gem at the heart of the city’s newest destination! I tried both the sausage & cheese kolache and the egg & bacon kolache, and both were fantastic! Andrew and Danny have clearly put in a ton of hard work to bring this place to life, and it shows! The donuts are equally amazing! And, classic glazed will always be my go-to, but I’m already excited to come back and try more! My girlfriend had a caramel latte that she loved, and I grabbed a chai that was just as amazing. The drinks, donuts, and kolaches together make this the perfect new breakfast stop. The shop itself has a fresh, welcoming aesthetic that really fits the Nashville Yards vibe, especially the mural and giant neon donut… so cool! I’m so thankful to finally have a made-fresh-daily donut shop in the area! Shipley’s is now my go-to breakfast spot. Proud to have them here in the heart of Nashville Yards!

The service and aesthetic were immaculate. The donuts fell short though. Very fake flavors or blueberry and cherry. The kolache was sweet and the apple fritter hard and didn’t have the pillow inside.

I am from Texas so I was expecting greatness and unfortunately received burned donut holes, burned cinamon twist and an extra small donut. My Kolaches were really good though. I know things happen but Shipleys in Texas is always so consistent on the quality of their food.

I used to go to Shipley's when I lived in Texas and excited that they are in Tennessee. I had a hard time finding a parking spot near the venue but walked 20 minutes to the location. I bought donuts and a cinnamon roll and they were ok.

After multiple visits figuring the lack freshness of the donuts was one time thing. I am learning that it’s not bought a dozen donuts again thinking they should be good but as stale as if they were the mornings batch. Service and atmosphere is awesome great employees poor quality. Won’t be returning sorry guys

We are loyal regulars of the Donelson location, but not sure what is going on with this one! Truly a hit or miss experience when ordering online - either fresh and fluffy fritters, cinnamon rolls and donuts OR everything arrives burnt, dry and shriveled up. Literally it looks like the donuts are falling into themselves. They are either sending old, stale donuts or their bakers can't bake a consistent batch to save their lives, both cases are terrible for the customer! Pictures show a good fritter vs a bad fritter and my goodness, I can't believe they even have the courage to send out those massive, lopsided and overcooked disasters of a fritter. Won't be ordering from this location again.

We had a late night craving and ordered cream filled bars and donuts. There was zero cream in any of them and they were stale. There are better places to order from in this area. Terrible first impression

The 'hot' glazed donuts were stale and cold. We asked about them not being hot and the help stated these are the hot ones. Then they rudely took the box of dozen donuts from our hand and proceeded to put them back in the oven. They handed them back so hot you could barely handled them with the donuts looking like they have been sitting in the sun for 6 hours with all the glaze baked into the donut and flaking off. Never going there again.

I am extremely surprised that this caliber of establishment is located in downtown Nashville. The employees were dressed in dirty street clothes. They were talking on their phones. It appears that these employees were court ordered 😳. But most of all, the donuts were terrible. So very disappointed.

It was horrible I brought my children in for a dozen mixed donuts and the rap music was embarrassing also my daughter found a hair in her chocolate iced donut... Awful experience employees were playing around and nobody cared about the customers...

Burned doughnut holes, tiny cinnamon rolls, and stale doughnuts. Save your time and money. Go to the Donelson location for quality and good service.
