I have seen so many people walk into here and I never went in myself. Today I finally made the choice to give it a go. I was not disappointed at all by the atmosphere and the people. They were all so very kind and so very helpful in guiding me to the best sandwich they got! When I came time to pay they sure had my back ❤️ recommend this potbelly to anyone in the area or looking for a great spot to hangout.

I had such a good experience at lunch yesterday. The food was great and the staff were friendly, especially the man who took our order (I believe his name is Erick!) I forgot to mention that my daughter didn’t want her bread toasted for her pb&j so I took it back up to re order a new one. Erick remade the sandwich and brought it to our table for her. I’m so impressed with the excellent customer service at this restaurant!

I placed an online order. I got the skinny turkey combo meal with chips & a soda. It was ready at the time it stated it would be in the app. The sandwich was awesome and everything was as ordered. My order had not been put in the "Mobile Order" station so I had to get in line to ask for my order. None of the staff greeted me & the person that helped me didn't smile or say anything, just walked off, found my order at the other end of the counter & motioned for me to come down. Now, I'm 5' tall & could barely see over everything on the counter. The customer behind me had to let me know to go down to the other end. So, the staff needs a little bit more work on their customer service, other than that, it was great.

The sandwich was great! The drinks are horrible. The tea tastes like it was produced from an instant powder. From now on, I'll just order a sandwich and buy my drink somewhere else.

The food at Potbelly is truly delicious. The sandwiches are always fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The quality of the ingredients and the final product definitely make it worth coming back for the food. However, the experience with the staff leaves a lot to be desired. During visit, the employees appeared unkempt and the service was quite rude. The attitude was neither friendly nor professional, which really affects the overall experience. If they improved their customer service and staff presentation, this place could easily earn a much higher rating, because the food definitely deserves it!

I don’t normally take my time to leave a poor review but I’ve had in my last two visits to this location experienced such rude behavior from the same gentleman putting the toppings on my sandwich. Not sure his name but he’s slightly older so I would expect better behavior and not someone who complains about having to put toppings on my sandwich. Both my last two visits have left me insulted by the time I walk out of the store and it’s a little ridiculous. Once is tolerable but twice is silly…

I ate here only and I got sick shortly after maybe like a hour later. It made my stomach upset. Otherwise it was fine. Haven't eaten anywhere else today.

i went in with my family Friday tom made our food so thank you tom and he made our soups. meanwhile I can hear a staff(Bre) using profanity infront of my kids with they did repeat the word. that is unacceptable very poor choice in staff and very poor service. as she walks to the back and continued to cuss

Walked in and no one greeted me and my daughter and one of the guys standing there was a manager. The Hefty guy with the red hair and glasses seems like he hates his job. I understand it’s a sandwich shop but it’s still an operating business and customer service needs do be a part of the experience. Someone from corporate needs to come do an interactions training with the manager included.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews & I love potbelly but my experience with it was terrible today. I get back home & open up my sandwich to find no mayo on it when I specifically asked for it. Then my husband’s sandwich has tomatoes on it when I specifically told them no tomato, along with asking for hot peppers on his sandwich, well guess what there’s no hot peppers … maybe if the 3 young female employees weren’t continuing their conversation between each other, CUSSING in front of me, & would have actually listened to me when I told them what I wanted on my sandwich they would’ve gotten my order right. I believe this is ridiculous & absolutely unprofessional to be CUSSING in front of customers & continuing their personal conversations in front of customer’s

I hate to write this review as my family and I have frequented this exact location for 10+ years but today was the nail in the coffin for me. Every single employee we interacted with at this location today seemed genuinely bothered to have to interact with the public and had terrible attitudes. The lack of communication between the sandwich makers caused a mixup caused by the employees themselves and somehow I was looked at and treated as if I, myself, caused the error. The MOD spoke to me as if I was remedial and I did not appreciate his condescending demeanor. Lastly…at the checkout. I am having technical issues with the entering of my rewards points and the cashier made no effort to assist. Still, I pay my ticket and I even tip. (I really should not have.) The cashier does not have the common sense to bag our three sandwiches and side items so we have to ask repeatedly for a bad and once again…are treated as if we are not paying customers. That’s fine. We will take our hard earned money and business elsewhere.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and broccoli cheese soup. She got it set up and put it through the oven. I moved onto the next part and there was a young man there. He noticed the wrap he picked up to use was hard and falling apart. He asked for more wraps. It was while I was waiting that I noticed Doris. She was by the soups. I watched her lick her fingers and take the lid of a cup of soup. Then she took one of the containers and used it as a ladle to fill the other containers. I watched her touch her face and not wash her hands. Then she went over to the young man and asked why he was waiting. She reached to grab something and rubbed her sleeve all over the food then she licked her fingers again and touched around the oven. By this time I didn't even want my food. The others that we with me started to watch after I said something and they saw her the second time she licked her fingers. The bathroom smelled and looked disgusting. I will not be going back. Food safety did not seem to be important to Doris. The young man seemed to be trying to do a good job and the other girl didn't seem to care. I watched the girl ring up and item and then use her phone to pay for it while there were people waiting. Just an overall bad experience.
