We stopped for tender Tuesday. The chicken was great & had the biggest juicy tenders . The lady that waited on us was perfect. Thank you for taking such good care of us .
Love the fresh tenders & fries. Everything is deliciously made🤗 Love coming to this Bushs chicken. Every single time I come in the tenders are fresh, the mac & cheese is perfectly made & the fries are nice & hot.. Not to mention the rolls are fluffy. The staff is courteous & ready to help. Keep up the great customer service & deliciously made food. Will continue to come here. I just wish they would up date the bathroom & sitting area other than that they deserve 5 🌟..
Fast simple easy meals. Mashed potatoes gravy rolls and jalapeño poppers don't forget the sweet tea!
My experience was for an in-store visit. I was taking someone who had never eaten at this franchise before and we dined in right before noon. The restaurant had 8-10 staff that I could see. When we walked in, there was one diner and no one waiting to be greeted or served before us. The encounter was SO awkward! Several people just looked at us, and two even approached the register while we just stood at the counter awkwardly making eye contact to order. My lemonade was incredibly sour, definitely not a balanced mix, and I was served the wrong side. I was able to remedy the side issue quickly so points for that. It was a really awkward dining experience too because several times the staff complained loudly of the customers in the drive through and there was frequent loud cursing. The cooks were on their phones and did not wash their hands before resuming. This location fell short of the professionalism and service I've come to expect from others.
Went to the drive thru and first ...one of the girls was telling people to pull up but was being shitty about it. Then I get home with a 6 piece tender meal I paid for and only had a 4 piece tender meal. Very disappointed
Unorganized. I was the 1st car in the 3rd lane for a long time and I was never approached. Susan or whoever needs to do better. Update: They’re short handed. Still unorganized at the drive thru
Food was bland and service was awful. How do you mess up a order after writing it down? Honestly probably the worst location in Waco.
Horrible drive thru service waited 15 mins in the middle lane to be ignored serving everyone to my left and right

I just pulled off right now 10/29 i ordered 2 4 piece tender meals with FRIED & GRAVY! I COME HOME AND THERES ONLY 3 PIECE IN EACH AND THEY BOTH HAD DOUBLE GRAVY WHEN I ASKED FRIED & GRAVY! I PAID $11 FOR 3 PIECE!???!!!!!
I ordered the 6 piece tender meal. This was one of the 6 tenders. Absolutely ridiculous size.
I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes, with no other customers, waiting for someone to help me. Then got attitude when I asked for help. Avoid this location at all cost. Worst Bush's location for service I have ever been to.
The chicken literally doesn't have any chicken on it. Apparently their chicken has been this way for a long time from what I see from previous reviews. This location sucks big time
Chicken either old or overcooked because its very hard and dry. Same with the rolls, very hard. I got a sweet tea hoping it would be better than the food and it wasnt, it was just lightly sweetened water. None of it was edible the last 2 times ive been to this location so I qpmt be going back. If you go here you are wasting your money.
Sorry excuse of what was once a good franchise. Order 2 piece, breast, leg, mashed. Get two tiny chicken legs and fries instead. I have been served raw chicken from this location and a manager said I couldn't prove it came from that location, and they typically screw up a very simple order. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They have officially lost this business.
I won’t buy here anymore. I ordered 16 tenders, 2 family sizes, and drinks. The tenders were small as my kids’ fingers. like really guys!!! Customers want what they pay for. How are the managers not going to see that the tenders are so small, they weren’t even chicken nugget size. I called and talked to Ms.Emily, she was rude and didn’t fix my problem. Poor quality food and poor service. I don’t recommend this place at all. The General manager needs to take accountability for this or you will lose a lot of business.
Went on a Friday for a 4 piece tender meal & they gave me like 6 little pieces of tenders not even a whole Tender looks like popcorn chicken & hardly any fries it's not worth the price anymore. Like the young kids working there like they don't care.
I believe the menu said chicken tenders not chicken nuggets (it’s just breaded with no chicken). Don’t waste your time or money on this expensive place that raises its prices and gives you nothing in return. You’re better off going to canes and getting a better deal. Highly disappointed in this, $30 down the trash.
I had to rate and share my experience only because I was serviced by a manager or supervisor she was in all black. Anywho my thought was that my food was going to be fresh being help by a manager..… Hooowever I was served with cold and soggy fries and cold tenders… Not so pleased after spending 30$
I had got a 4 piece tender meal with a side of mashed Potato's , with extra 2 rolls with a coke , & my tenders were pink !! My rolls were doughy , & My drink was a Sweet tea instead of a coke … only thing that was good was my mashed potato's …
