OneZo Tapioca

This is one of the most authentic boba cafe's I've visited in the area. The boba was made super quickly, and the atmosphere while we drank was very relaxing. :) This will now be my go-to for very delicious and unique boba!

I am very picky about my bubble tea. Some would refer to me as a bubble tea connoisseur…and my verdict about the bubble tea here is that it’s a 10/10!! The real highlight is their tapioca — it’s always perfectly chewy and well flavored which they make IN store! Their fruit teas are always refreshing and their brown sugar boba is always a delicious treat since it’s not overly sweet. The staff is always friendly and the customer service is on point. If you like bubble tea, you need to come check this spot out!

I’ve been to over a dozen bubble tea places and this one stays on top. This is the best bubble tea I have ever had by far. I ordered taro milk tea, and my friend ordered brown sugar dirty tea, and both of them taste delicious. The service was amazing also. I wish this place was closer I would be going everyday!

My friend took me here once, and I love the cozy and peaceful atmosphere of the store! The drinks are also very good, much better than stuff like Kung Fu tea.

Best boba place around this area! Their handmade boba is always chewy and the drink is fresh! You can customize your own cup with your choice of ice and sweet level together with your choice of different bobas. I love the special weekend peach bobas! Their new product JUICY GRAPE is the BEST!

My go-to place for excellent boba! They make their own tapioca pearls, which makes such a big difference. They have seasonal drinks too. Good quality tea, nice atmosphere, friendly workers, and affordable prices!

This place is so fresh and delicious. Had the totaro (fresh taro with fresh milk). The tapioca is made in house and you can tell because it is soft and not rubbery. Just wish they had more locations. Best boba in Michigan!

Saw this place on one of my friends Instagram and decided to try it out! Tried the Taro milk tea, brown sugar oolong latte, mango spring tea, and the strawberry yakult. All of them were really delicious! The flavors were strong and the tapioca was a perfect texture. I would recommend ordering less sweet as most drinks I tried were a tad bit too sweet for me&family. I'm hoping to come back and try their new demon slayer inspired drinks/other seasonal drinks.

The place is really cute but I would have appreciated more assistance from the worker. I had never been here before and I didn't know the menu. I got anxious because people were behind me and just got the first thing I saw on the menu. There are not a lot of options and the tea I got, the totaro, was difficult to drink. I tried to stir it up and mix it but it wasn't mixing well. Before it's mixed I will say it looks cute. Not a lot of variety of toppings such as cheese foam, jellies, popping Boba, pudding, etc. It's just the basics which is okay.

I feel like they can improve so much! The tea was definitely better than the milk tea. The taro milk tea is just power and was not good at all, very artificial. Definitely could improve so much more!

I would probably not come back here. I got a Thai milk tea, which has been my Boba order everywhere I go for years. the menu said "recommended sweetness 50%" so when the cashier asked if I wanted recommended ice and sweetness, I said yes. the drink i got had "less sweet" on the label, which maybe that means 50%? idk. but the drink i got for SURE had absolutely no sugar in it at all. not a little sugar, I mean NO sugar. I got the plain tapioca, which is not what I'm used to; at other places i usually get brown sugar. the plain was fine. not good not bad. it's just definitely not as good as pretty much every other Boba place I've been to in metro Detroit.

Very average boba store with reasons being that the boba is kind of hard and not chewy. The tea is too sweet and the combination of ingredients for the brown sugar milk cap is just very very average. I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve been disappointed by their drinks. There are other boba places in the area that I think tastes better. But they do have friendly employee and a very cute interior!

We asked for bags to contain those two giants, they gave us a cup tray which didn't even fit. Those two night shift baristas seems like they were not familiar with the store policies and not focusing on serving at all. The boba teas were decent and the tapiocas were chewy. Just a reminder for other future customers: DO NOT order giant size, just order large instead. Giant size is overpriced (even with free tapiocas) and the baristas don't even know the giant cup policies.

Guys, I love this place but why is this the 4th or 5th time I’ve gotten a drink where there’s plastic inside the boba 😭 otherwise, quality of the boba, flavor of the drinks, and interior of the store are all great but it’s kind of irking me how much plastic I’ve eaten without noticing

We ordered 3 drinks from the doordash, which were ruined by poor packaging. The bag immediately ripped once grabbed after being dropped off by the door dasher. They asked what happened and told us that they noticed something was wrong with the bag when they picked up the drinks. They asked the employee for a new one, and the employee refused. In addition, the employees packaged the bags poorly. They just threw 3 drinks into a single bag without a cup divider. Finally, after looking at the ruined drinks, we noticed they messed up our orders anyway. I got a refund from Doordash, but I'm still pretty pissed.

I've been here about once or twice before but I don't know if I'll be coming back. A few weekends ago, I stopped in and ordered a couple of drinks. It was about an hour before they closed. There was only 1 worker taking orders and making the drinks. That's fine, I didn't have a problem waiting. The employee took my order and I stayed and waited for it. She was calling out numbers for the drink orders but because I ordered at the register, I didn't receive a receipt or a number for my order so I assumed I didn't have a number and that they would just call my order out, like it was done in the past. I was beginning to get a bit concerned because the worker called a number and these 2 customers that ordered after us got their drinks before my order. So I just thought maybe their order was easier but then other people that came in way after me started getting their orders. I went to inquire about my order and the worker just looked at me, with an irritated response, she said she called our number. How can you call MY number when you didn't give me one to begin with. And you knew what I ordered because you took my order. So when you saw someone else take my order, you didn't say anything. And I'm pretty sure the couple that took my order, they didn't even know what they were drinking because I looked at them and they looked confused yet proceeded to put the straw in the drinks and drink them. So needless to say, the worker pretty much tried to blame me for the issue. I've never had this problem anywhere else. I've always been given a receipt with a number on it. Yeah, I don't think I'll be going back.

First time going here today… WILL be my last. The strawberry milk tea tasted like I ate a bar of lavender soap. It tasted absolutely nothing like “strawberry” OR MILK, HOW DOES THAT WORK!! if you like soap go ahead and order the milk teas but me personally I’m good on that.
