A wonderful discovery at this restaurant just outside Biella, offering a menu full of surprises. We started with the idea of an aperitif, which then turned into a proper dinner. The dishes were anything but predictable, and the young couple who own them put a lot of effort into them. We tried an interesting charcuterie board with refined ingredients, the pork ribs (very good), and a creatively revisited panna cotta. Everything was much appreciated. You can see the passion and research behind it. The service was friendly and approachable. Recommended.
I had the pleasure of dining at Chalet and the experience was truly positive. I really appreciated the sincere simplicity of the menu, combined with a clear focus on quality products, beautifully showcased in the dishes. A strong point is definitely the owner's attention to customer service: I felt welcomed and cared for with care and friendliness. A restaurant that exudes passion and authenticity. I will definitely be back 🥂🤝🏻
Best Steakhouse of the area! Quality of the meat is superlative and the owner is really passionate, knows everything about a good steak. Obviously the result is also great, we've enjoyed everything we have ordered. Strongly recommended!
This is our first time here and we were very pleased. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very refined. The meat is excellent, but in general, all the ingredients they use are carefully selected and perfectly combined. Highly recommended! See you soon.
An unforgettable dinner at the Chalet We went to the Chalet for dinner and were thrilled. The experience began with a delightful surprise: a welcome dish accompanied by a truly delicious sauce, which immediately demonstrated the chef's attention to detail and well-balanced flavors. For our appetizer, we ordered the vegetarian empanadas, fragrant and delicious, with a rich and flavorful filling. But the real triumph came with the main courses: I chose the ribs, and I'm not exaggerating when I say they might be the best I've ever eaten—tender, juicy, with a perfectly balanced marinade. My companion opted for the chicken, which was also perfectly cooked, flavorful, and accompanied by side dishes that enhanced its flavor. To round things off, dessert: a coconut bunet with passion fruit, a fresh and delicious combination that closed the evening on an exotic and refined note. Lo Chalet won us over with the quality of its dishes, the attention to detail in its presentation, and its warm, welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Nice meat selections. I had ribs, it was lovely. Love the atmosphere and beautiful decorations with full of details. Top service too! 5 stars
A quaint and very charming place. Excellent menu (including dry-aged meat), delicious dishes, and good value. The staff is courteous, and the owner is serious and capable. Due to technical issues, they delayed the delivery of our meals (we waited an hour), and the owner did a wonderful job, offering us two glasses of wine, water, dessert, and coffee! This shows you're doing your job well and winning over customers. A perfect place, all-around. GO THERE!

It was our first time at this steakhouse. The service was perfect, the waiter was very friendly and helpful, the timing was right, and the place, despite being small, is very cute. The food is really good, that's all there is to it, though the prices are a bit less so. €45 for a 300g plate of meat, not even a side dish included. The side of potatoes we requested cost us €7 each, so €14 in total. Honestly, as a customer but also as someone who has always had close contact with the restaurant world (restaurants and family bakeries), it's an extremely excessive price for a side dish, to receive a portion of meager baked potatoes. Considering that for €2.50 you can buy 2 to 3 kg of potatoes at any supermarket, with all the additional costs imaginable (staff, electricity, gas, seasoning, service, etc.), a side dish like this shouldn't cost more than €4. Above all, considering the price of the meat dish, it could have been included and made a better impression. The welcome appetizers were very welcome and very good. The pulled pork tacos were also delicious. It's a shame there were no other canned drinks; it would certainly have been appreciated by the customer. Last but not least, the dessert. It was good, very good. I'd say the portion was just right for what I eat, but not enough to be worth €8, even if it was fresh and made to order, for not even 100g of crème brulee and a couple of crumbs on top. Perhaps these two negative points I mentioned above should be taken into consideration. I'll start by saying that my intention is not to denigrate the restaurant's image; on the contrary, you have to know how to adapt to get the right quality-price ratio. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening, and we went home feeling full and satisfied with the food we ate and the way we were treated. It was a little less than the bill, but we can work around that.
Very nice evening out with friends
Good food, nice steaks, small menu and good service!
Had dinner for a birthday, the place was very nice with kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately I had the ravioli which were good but the pasta was hard and sticky. The prices were a bit high and the bathroom outside was not very comfortable, especially now that it's cold.
Nice place. We were invited by a couple who had gotten married privately a month earlier and had an aperitif there to celebrate with friends. Everything was fine: sandwiches, pizzas, tacos, and other Mexican foods, except the rice, which had absolutely no flavor. Overall, it's a quiet place worth visiting.
Nice place but the quality/price ratio is quite poor, out of three different orders only one was worth it... the awful sandwich with meat that looked like a shoe sole... not recommended
Posto carinissimo. Servizio buono. Carne e antipasto fantastici.
