Comida de temporada fresca y cuidada , raciones generosas y muy bien elaboradas. Maridaje espectacular y trato inmejorable.

Estuve por la zona y es uno de los pocos lugares donde aceptaban perretes. Fui a ha cenar estaba todo muy bueno y era todo casero, los nuggets del menú infantil eran caseros no los típicos de bolsa. Nos gustó todo mucho el único fallo (culpa nuestra por no leer bien la carta) fue el tomate con burrata que no nos convencio del todo, el tartar de Trucha, las croquetas, el bacalao y el cochinillo exquisito a igual que sus postres. Nos invitaron a un chupito de pachara casero muy bueno. A la proxima que volvamos pediremos el menu degustación.

Comimos Muy bien, en un ambiente muy acogedor en una especie de cabaña, la verdad que el trato desde la llamada para ver si tendrían sitio para comer fue excepcional, y una vez allí nos atendieron con mucha profesionalidad, explicándonos todo genial. Tanto el menu, como la carta tiene muy buena pinta. Nosotros nos decantamos por platos de la carta. Unas croquetas de cocido que estaban espectaculares Un micuit de foie casero que estaba muy bueno (un pelín soso para mi gusto) Una ensalada de tomates asados con rúcula y burrata que estaba muy muy buena. Bacalao con pisto Aragones, estaba en su punto, el bacalao se separaba cada lasca sin apenas tocarlo, jugoso y sabroso, y el pisto perfecto. Como carne cogimos un solomillo de vaca con wok de verduras, me sorprendió mucho el wok, buenísimo con un toque picante muy bueno, y el solomillo espectacular, en su punto, super sabroso y parecia mantequilla. Postre un helado de Lima y albahaca muy rico. Y una copa de mousse de leche condensada con trifásico de baileys muy sabrosa, y contundente. Agua y cerveza para beber por 105€. Para nosotros es un precio más que razonable por la calidad del producto, por su elaboración y por el servicio ofrecido. Enhorabuena seguir así!

Ayer estuvimos cenando la familia y nos pareció una maravilla. La verdad que íbamos con expectativas porque éramos asiduos cuando lo regentaban los anteriores dueños y nos encantaba tanto el trato como la comida, de hecho nos dio mucha pena cuando dejaron el negocio. Pero ayer fue toda una sorpresa, todo estaba igual, el espacio, súper buena energía, el trato exquisito, la comida espectacular, y calidad precio mejor imposible, además para mí, que soy intolerante al gluten, todo fueron facilidades me adaptaron todo genial, algo a lo que no estoy acostumbrada. Sin duda nos volvemos a convertir en asiduos del Montañés

¡Me encantó este lugar! La verdad es que está súper bien en todos los aspectos. La comida es deliciosa, con excelente presentación y sabores que realmente destacan. Se nota la calidad de los ingredientes y el cuidado en cada plato.

A highly recommended restaurant with a very interesting tasting menu that varies according to the season and includes seasonal produce. This time, we opted to order dishes from the menu: gnocchi with coconut sauce, sturgeon, a fish whose texture pleasantly surprised us, and finally, a tasty boneless lamb. We will definitely return to try the tasting menu.

What an outstanding place! I was welcomed incredibly friendly and we made do with my limited Spanish - I decided not to take the tasting menu and, while the menu dishes looked great at the other tables, I did not regret any of my choices. The trout ceviche recommended by my waiter was on point - citrusy, delicate, a delight - and the boneless lamb and its sauce left me with the desire to lick my plate. To boot, they have a great tea selection and all in all, my dinner was nothing short of perfect.

Very unique restaurant in the center of Biescas. I went with some friends to have a dinner, and it was difficult to choose from the whole menu! Two of us had the menu desgutacion, and were delighted with every dish that came out. The salad with tomatoes and burrata cheese was fantastic, and the deserts were incredible, especially the flan. Staff were very attentive for celiacs and had a good knowledge of which plates can be modified gluten free.

This restaurant is a clear case of a wannabe.Too conceited servings that appear to be fancy and tasty, yet never tasting as good as they should,having in mind what you're offered,(products that are average presented as delights).It's needed to mention the lack of variety between the gourmet menu and the daily one. To sum up, while eating here you are pretending to be an expert, but showing you're not as you're paying something quite expensive when it isn't worth it at all.
