Best Wingstop experience ever. From the moment we stepped in, to eating our hot and fresh wings, everything was better than we could have expected. We’ve eaten at many wingstops but are visiting Big bear and came in here today, only to be greated by Oscar with such a warm welcoming presence. Oscar has impeccable customer service, he truly is irreplaceable and needs to be recognized for his outstanding service. Wings and fries were also hot, fresh and delicious.

Everyone there was very polite and nice. For people who are impatient, please consider that this place is small and they get slammed frequently. Not everything is about you or me! The wait is worth it anyway.

I door dashed food from here. Everything arrived fresh, just as ordered, with excellent sauciness. 3 kinds of wings in the same box were all separated perfectly and my hot wings did not mix with the Mrs. No spice rule. Great job, y’all!

Not good at all I ordered classic wings mango harbnero sauce, asked if enough sauce Is poured on the wings she said yes, dryiest wings I've ever had not going back 20.00 for 10 wings. Way to expensive for dull wings

I like that store mainly cause It's the only one that works until 1am in the mountains but The store practically steals customers with the in-person prices. On the app the cost is at least 50% cheaper! We arrived at the store and ordered a combo of 15 boneless chicken with fries, it cost $32 on the app 20 boneless chicken with fries $19

this place food taste bad lack flavor it not crispy and cold and the place is very dirty and the soda fountain is not working correctly and the service is terrible and the experience bad and i will not come back for more.

Just got a delivery from DoorDash. My boneless wings were missing, when I called the manager said well it’s busy so the kitchen probably got confused?!?!? Really!! Then my classic hot wings were cold and my garlic parm classic was plain nothing on them. What a waste of $35 dollars, ate 1 wing threw them out 🤮 will NOT be eating here again!!!

Avoid like the plague! My whole family ended up with food poisoning on Mother's Day after eating here Saturday night! The food tasted fine at the time but by afternoon the next day it was vomit central!

Ridiculous they screw up you order and you call to hear the voice mailbox is full. Paid extra money for something I didn’t get and now I have to drive there because they can’t even answer there phone. I live here and this is the third strike how hard is it to read an order. I even verified on my receipt it was correct. Thanks for answering losers

We order every month for a small group and the attitude and customer care is terrible. We have asked simple request and they are rude and really don’t care…this local won’t be supporting this business…sad as Big Bear deserves better.

Got this food delivered to my boyfriend and I last night to have as back up since our original dinner ingredients weren't thawed. Got food poisoning and stuck in bed.

Today (08/18/25) was my first and Last visit to this crummy restaurant. Reluctantly, I ordered the Six Piece Garlic/Parm Combo (total was $16.69). The Chicken (nuggets style) were hard as a rock and the French Fries were greasy and burnt. The employee was covered with Tattoos and did not wear gloves or a face mask while preparing my food. I should have requested a refund, but did not want to have a confrontation with the employees. My visit was during lunch time and I was the only patron in the establishment. I later checked their reviews, which says it all - avoid this place at all cost.

Ordered a sandwich without pickles. The sandwiches are 3 items. Bread, meat and pickles. How difficult can it be to remove one of those 3 items? Fast food are jobs for children in highschool, if yall as adults can't figure it out well that's unfortunate.
