The food and service we had was fantastic. The 2 can dine specials were priced well for the food you are getting and executed lovely. The macaroni and chicken was very good as well as the other meals we had. Even though we were trying to go into cracker barrel first, this was just as good, if not better.

I was visiting from NJ and left my wallet on the table. My son was upset from the recent loss of his dad. The waitress showed emphathy and concern for our loss. I drove a total of 4 hours, but I was so grateful and thankful the waitress found it.

Gia is the best waitress! What a nice relaxing dinner with awesome service. Recommend is to ask for Gia's section! Food was hot and in a timely manner, drinks never ending for all around us.. The host team is awesome.. They set your mood perfectly for an enjoyable evening.

Shenaya was an amazing waitress!!! She took our large group of 14 people in stride. She went above and beyond. Her co-workers were also awesome. They helped deliver meals and extras. The food was delicious, service excellent and tremendous atmosphere.

Everything was good the spinach dip was not like it used to be and the chips were like cardboard our waitress did remove them from our bill overall it was good n the food was took. They definitely have one of the best French onion soups.

My wife and I had 2 delicious meals, bourbon street chicken and shrimp, and oriental grilled chicken salad. I'm hooked on the oriental salad. The service was exceptional. Our server was very busy yet was still attentive to our table.

Don't know why but I always end up enjoying myself whenever I go to Applebee's it's just the right type of bar environment with you know fast paced restaurant going on beautiful women waiting on the tables and I mean so far up until this point and I've been going for years it's down to earth kind of laid back type of girls that are real, they're not like force feeding me a fake plastic smile and a whole bunch of shmooze me up to try to get my money, but Just the tip type of thing or whathave you. Tonight me and a buddy went to just chill and kick back we didn't really have anywhere to go but we ain't seen each other in forever so we went for a ride and ended up there just got something light on my end a little appetizer and a drink and my buddy got a meal but I mean we were Seated immediately The girls were friendly and the food was out within 8 to 10 minutes of ordering and it wasn't dead I mean there was pretty much a packed house and then you know the staff was on point and polite and friendly I would definitely go back again if the occasion arises!!!!!

Applebee’s is like a diner had a baby with a bar. It’s not fancy, but it’s really cozy, good, affordable, family oriented, with great service, and you can get a drink (all kinds). I had fish and chips with broccoli for $16. And it was cooked perfectly.

Kailyn is the best server ever!! She memorize's your orders and will make them look and taste REALLY good. She has her own kids so if you are a parent she'll understand everything. She is so good at talking to kids and adults. She is very outgoing and special to anyone she meets. If you're a parent and you have kids and you don't want your kids to be begging for dessert, she'll keep it secret for the parents. She is very special and remember any thing about you. She's special for not just being a server but for being a friend. -P.S. your best friend, Claire.

Applebee’s was absolute chaos — packed bar, loud crowd, wild drink orders flying in from every direction — and somehow Kailyn stood in the middle of it like a calm, caffeinated superhero. 🍹🦸‍♀️ While the rest of us were just trying to survive happy hour, Kailyn was running a one-woman command center. Orders nailed, drinks on point, attitude flawless, and not once did she look rattled. I’ve seen air-traffic controllers with less composure. If Applebee’s ever needs someone to handle a full bar during the apocalypse, call Kailyn. Rock star bartender. Legend in the making. Would 100% sit at her bar again — even during maximum chaos.

This Applebee's has been excellent in dealing with my food sensitivities. The managers check in to make sure the food is prepared so I can eat it and enjoy my meal. Our servers have all been very conscientious. I recommend this Applebee's if you are in the Binghamton area.

Got dinner here. Ribeye were cooked to desired doneness. Desserts were really good. Angeline?- Hostess was super friendly and encouraged us to take in the spiedie fest happening in Binghamton this weekend. Food came hot. Waitress was delayed at first, but caught up during our meal.

My family was trying to order through the Applebees app but it kept saying unable to place the order. We finally gave up and drove to the restaurant. The lovely hostess was quick to take me to her manager who placed my order. We waited patiently in our vehicle, we did order quite a bit of food so we figured it would take a bit. The manager went a step further and when she believed we had waited a bit longer than we should have had to, she gave us complimentary lemonade. It was very appreciated (and delicious)! The food was fantastic, my favorite The Won Ton Tacos never disappoint and the 2 for $26.00 is such a great deal! Thank you for the service, it was a great experience.

My husband and I ate at Applebee's in Binghamton today around 2 pm and the food was delicious-- although my chicken was a little undercooked. Our waitress was attentive, pleasant, and efficient. However, our greeting into the establishment could have been better. When we first came in, I asked if we could be seated on the left side where it was empty. I totally understood when she said that section was closed. Not a problem. Then I asked if we could be seated away from others We were told "this is a restaurant where there are people so....". It just made us feel like we were asking a lot and how dare we ask to be seated where it would be quieter and away from possible Covid diners!!? We watch the news and Covid cases have been rising again!-- (the restaurant wasn't packed and there were plenty of booths available where we wouldn't have to be at a table right next to other diners!)-- a short while later, she came back and explained that next time if we wanted to order our food to go, they could bring us our food so we could sit in the car and eat it. This was when I explained WHY we needed a remote place to eat. My husband is 70, has cancer, diabetes, and has had a recent heart attack. I wanted him to have a good meal out --when I thought it wouldn't be so busy. We had picked the right day and time. Our greeting just wasn't a warm one. It put a damper on our dining experience today and definitely has us thinking of not eating here again. It used to be one of our favorite restaurants too! ☹️

We will try again on our next visit. We went to this location 6/12/23 arriving in town around 8pm. I had the lime chicken dinner. Salty salty salty. Husband has pasta. Cold cold cold. Server never checked once we received food. Went to bar ( was sitting at table in bar area) to pay. No one even asked how our food was. Paid left decent tip but no more Applebees in our future

Food was good and came fairly quickly. The waiter was very friendly, almost too friendly and a bit too loud, but did a great job. Plenty of parking. Music was not too loud like in some restaurants. There is a good menu full of options. Gluten free and heart healthy options are listed as well. Very friendly hostess greeted us at the door and took us to a table. Good restaurant we visit a few times a year for birthdays.

When I walked into the restaurant. I was complemented on my sweater which was really nice and made my day. I came out to eat dinner with my parents. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was just great. When the food arrived it looked decent. I ordered Fettuccini chicken alfredo, my dad got bbq ribs, and my mom got this chicken thing with shrimp. Everything tasted okay until my mom said something about the shrimp. She described the shrimp as chewy and mushy. When me and my father heard this we just said don't eat the shrimp any more. We aren't the kind of people to complain and we didn't know the shrimp was undercooked until my mom got home and she wasn't feeling well. Her symptoms indicate food poisoning and I am pretty sure it was from the shrimp because everything else was fine. In the future we will be checking the food more carefully especially me because I don't want my mom, my family, or me to go through this kind of thing again. Doing the best to take care of my mother. Other than the food poisoning that my mom got the food was overall average.

We stop here every time we come back from Philadelphia for lunch, often meeting friends. This was NY Day and very busy after opening at noon. Service pretty good but this time we both ordered the special. It was a bacon cheeseburger and fries and soda. Unfortunately food was just lukewarm when brought to our table. Although the waitress offered a new order we declined as we needed to get home and not sure of weather. We are some and took rest home. The manager graciously took one order off our bill. We will come again even though disappointed. Will stick to the Southwest chicken bowl from now on.maybe was due to holiday and I heard the other Applebee's in town closed!!

Had to wait to be seated, took an extended amount if time to receive our food after ordering, the waitress came to check how things were AFTER we had finished eating. Asked for a box & our check, and waited again, then someone else came over to ask how things were. Asked her for a box & check which was brought fairly quickly, then again waited for someone to return to retrieve payment. No one came back, so we finally left payment & tip laying on the table & walked out.

First time in my life I was charged for having milk in my coffee instead of cream. Not only that, I was charged $1.79 for a kids milk and received a tiny pitcher of milk. Ordered chicken tenders with Mac and cheese. Chicken tenders were delicious but received penne pasta with a watery cream sauce. We had time constraints so asked to order meal with our drinks but server refused.

Clearly states right on a picture of Applebees menu late night specials 1/2 price bottles of wine after 9pm. Asked if there was any exceptions before ordering and they told me it was only on Wednesdays. I really could go on and on about tonight‘s experience that being said generally we are pretty happy going there. Last thing no manager even came to the table to ask about our experience. Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come in the future at this location.

Restaurant empty at 3 PM Friday. Service extremely slow. One waitress.

My husband got the Whiskey Bacon Burger cooked to medium well and when he cut into it, the inside was red/raw and still cold to the touch. I'm disappointed in the food entirely this visit. It was just very lacking which is surprising since we frequent this specific location often. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful though and very attentive to us and kind over all!

Three if us went for lunch. Place wasn't busy, almost no one there, but were told there would be a 10 minute wait but we were almost immediately seated. Service was great, however, I can't say the same for the food. The burgers and chicken tenders were a bit overcooked, but even worse were the fries. I think they cooked them, took them out of the fryer and reheated them again. They were cold, flavorless, hollow in the middle and very dry. When the waitress was told about it she was very apologetic and offered to get us new fries. By then we were almost done with our burgers and chicken and declined. We were told we would be comped 10% which after looking wasn't 10% but much less. I don't think it's a place we'll be going to again. I should have read prior reviews beforehand.

Food was OK, not very hot some of our food was cold. Paid 72 dollars for our food left 17 dollars tip but Applebee's charge us twice I called spoke with General manager and explained what happend he like I can't do anything about it. Feel like Applebee's is taking more tips out of people that they are leaving because they took double tip from me and now don't want to give tip back. Food was cold when it came out.

I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years and the service tonight was terrible once again. Food took forever and it was not busy. Our microwaveable food took 40 minutes for apps then to find out she didn’t even ring in one of our apps and then didn’t even apologize. She had no manners either. Cass the bartender has no personality. Never once smiled. She should not be a bartender if you don’t even talk to your guests or be personable. Never asked for refills on drinks or we would have gotten more. We’ve had her before as a bartender and she was just as bad. Drinks tasted like no alcohol , tasted like she just gave us straight lemonade. Seems like she should get a new gig or be retrained on customer service. We have had Robyn before and she was great! Wish we sat in her section. One of the worst experiences and we frequent here.

Saturday evening with my family of 5, had called ahead asking wait time, arrived, and not overly busy. Given this is a big college city and it was move in weekend, we were pleasantly surprised on availability. Quickly down hill, our waitress came back once to see how our appetizers were, brought our meals, and never returned. We could have used refills on our drinks. Food was not hot, mediocre at best. On our way out, my 6 year old grandson dropped our take out at the in between door while we were holding the door open for people walking in and trying to step over us. He was picking it up while we watched TWO staff members watching us and LAUGHING. Mind you, we dropped it, we had no problem cleaning it up but they stood there and laughed. I opened the door and asked them for napkins as my grandson was picking pasta up with his hands. One member stopped laughing and said that we could leave it and they would tend to it but I still asked for napkins for his hands. With a snide laugh, she finally gave me some. I went to the car and told my daughter what happened and she went in to speak to a manager who was kind and apologetic. However, this doesn't diminish the fact that we just spent 90.00 on dinner, a good time with family, for a 6 year old to be made to feel bad, embarrassed, and laughed at by TWO grown adults who watched us struggle to clean up. Will NEVER return again.

Went for a late dinner and it was an absolute disaster. Food came out wrong, endless boneless wings refills came out cold. Steak was TERRIBLE, tasted like it was a frozen steak thrown on the grill. Server seemed annoyed when we asked for knives for the steak and why our appetizers were missing toppings. Ordered loaded nachos and they came with cheese and a small amount of meat, nothing else Complete waste of $$ ***Update 8/29/2023*** Manager of the restaurant called me today to address / resolve the issues we had. She was very pleasant to speak with and understood our complaints. While our experience that night was not great, the way the manager handled it today was amazing. A lot of companies read their poor reviews and just ignore them, this Applebee's actually took the time to reach out about it.

It was cold, both the temperature in the restaurant and the food. We ordered a salad with the meal, were charged for it, and never got the salad. Ordered coffee, never got refills. We were waiting for the food for an hour and another 15 minutes asking for the check. Getting to be normal for this company. Reinforces why we don't stop there. When we paid for the meal and the salad that never came, the waiter saw we left no tip and became snotty.

I've never posted a review, but I ordered a pickup order from this location and the burger was so raw. It was a quesadilla burger and I do not mind pink but it was barely warm in the center and so raw it couldn't hold shape. Where's the quality control to check Temps before plating....

Was hired full-time frist day jhon my trainer cuss me out and I was heiress two days later came back from break and was fired for asking for more help so yes wrongful let go now have a lawyer and sewing the gm at this location and yes applebee's headquarters been informed law suit

Got seated never heard from our server we eventually just got up and left if you actually want to eat I wouldn't waste your time.

Said yes our meal,came out right away with my cold meal,my meal to go (for my kid) and not my wife's. Manager said sorry but your sirloin will take a while. So pissed said forget it just our bill. Never in my life have I went to a restaurant and left having to stop and grab food. Never again Applebee's what a terrible establishment
