Rossi's Pizza Johnson City Reviews
Absolutely loved this stop on my journey! Amazing food, amazing prices amazing staff The pizza is kind of a deep dish square pizza Half a sheet is usually enough for 4 adults to have lunch They have vegan options! I havent had so tasty vegan garlic knots ever!!
They have the best pizza and the staff is very pleasant!!!!!
I had a 6" roast beef sub that was delicious. The sub was perfectly assembled with no fixing g falling out while I consumed it. Very friendly staff.
This place does not disappoint. I stop here for lunch quite often. You can get 2 slices or 2 slices and a soda for quite reasonable and it's way cheaper than a lunch at a fast food joint. Even if there's a line during lunch rush they are quick to get you out they are always friendly and the pizza is really good. There's usually quite a few options not only toppings but you can get triangle slices or squares or one of each depending on what you like. I've ever done in.
They have vegan cheese and can make the garlic knots vegan if you asked. Solid local pizza place that delivers. Have never ate in and have never had a bad experience ordering food from them.
The food was good. I can't say it was better or worse than anyone, but their sauce is definitely unique in good ways. We'll get them again for sure.
I love Rossi's round pizzas. They are always so good. I don't like thick crust pizza. I also like the fact that they show your pizza to you when it's done. There's usually young teens working when I go there, and they're right on top of things.
I rarely give all 5 stars, but when I do, I mean it. Rossi's sheet pizza is legendary. Buffalo Chicken, Pepperoni, and Chicken Bacon Ranch are the best toppings they offer. This place isn't too fancy, the focus is on good local pizza. The New York slice is good, but sheet pizza is where this place shines!
It's generally teenagers working at the front and taking orders and one in particular, although sweet, does not belong working a register or speaking to customers. That being said... The food is delicious. The pizza is phenomenal. They're pizza has become my new favorite food before with pizza I could take it or leave it now I want it everyday it's ridiculous. Do not get the fountain soda... They say that there's nothing wrong with their machine, if there's nothing wrong with their machine then they intentionally make it so that there's less actual soda. You can see it as you pour it into your cup there's more water than soda mixture and when I complained about it the girl said that it was perfectly fine and it tasted the way it always did, she even checked the machine and said that it was calibrated correctly. So I do not recommend the fountain soda at all, which kind of sucks cuz fountain soda is my favorite soda, but not here. But again the pizza is phenomenal. My son loves the speedy sandwiches, he loves all their sandwiches, my daughter has become a huge fan of their pizza as well.
The owner genuinely cares about the experience of the customer. We had a pizza made incorrectly so I called the store and he offered to bring a new pizza to my home even though the roads were not the greatest. To me... that's above an beyond customer service and genuinely appreciated.
GREAT Pizza, service needs some attention towards priorities for customers. Server was very preoccupied and not focused on the customer.
Owner recognizes customers concerns. Listens and makes an uncomfortable situation into continuing to visit the business.
The food is good, but I’m gonna put this out there. There is a girl that works at the front desk. She is a blonde with two earrings on and her hair is always up Caucasian girl. That is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life . first when I placed an order on the phone she did not even put my order through once I got to the place and I particularly notice she is extremely rude to African-American customers as she was myself and the two in front of me. Again, the food at Rossis is great but this particular worker has absolutely no business working in customer service. Her attitude and aura is extremely nasty and to be honest I hate ordering from there when she is at the front desk or picks up the phone.
First time ordering from here first order was messed up. My husband called and they were on top of fixing everything. Thank you Joe for fixing the problem.
Bought a Calzone and a round pizza 1/2 white and 1/ 2 regular cheese .I'm originally form N.Y.C. And I have to say this was the worst Calzone and pizza I've ever tasted the Calzone was flat and the dough was like a sponge the pizza was also like rubber I put it in the oven to try to make the crust a little crispy to see if that would help but after 10 min in the oven the crust was still like rubber I don't know what these people call pizza and Calzone but this is diffently not it .This was disgusting and a waste of money $34.00 for pure garbage where it ended it up .I would think a Pizza shop in N.Y. state would have authentic pizza but I never ate such horrible pizza and Calzone in my life and I don't know what they add in the recotta cheese in the Calzone but it's some kind of spice it had black specks it was not pepper it had like a nutmeg or something like that kinda taste .Married to an Italian this is not pizza or Calzone. If your not Italian or have no clue how to make real pizza and itillian food you should not try to cook the food unless you really know what your doing I would have given a zero star. I've bought a Bacon chicken Ranch square there before and it was good it was about 5 months ago .The only reason I went back and got this order .But this was not edible at all .I don't recommend you go spending your money to just have to throw it in the garbage . Spend less for bad food go to little Cesar's or Domino's at least it won't be $34 and it will be edible unlike this place .Yuck!!!! P.S. I did take a picture of the Calzone which I'll post here and on FB!!
