Disappointed 😞 I ordered the BIG Box expecting more food. See pic. Very disappointing that it was same as the $5 box just with one extra side. For more than double the price is crazy. Order 2 breasts, 2 biscuits, and a chicken wrap. Was given a wrap with a pickle and a piece of chicken tender and 2 thighs. Had to wait outside drive thru for someone to see me because I didn’t get biscuits and it’s one way parking lot. Finally got biscuits. Took a pic of the jenky “wrap”? And 2 thighs. Didn’t see till I got home and the manager “who proceeded to tell me her customer service was awesome and has lots of pins on her hat that say she give great customer service “ is aggressively giving me a hard time about a refund.. I live an hour a way and cannot come back in with receipt “because they didn’t give me a receipt “ Manager says.. we always give a receipt, I said not this time. She said they always do.. Any chance they forgot receipt when I got my messed up order?? Never again… PS.. whomever owns that Llc might want to check out the service they give that is so great..

Please tell me why I waited 20 minutes for food, and I paid $6 for a large mashed potato to get home and find it’s only 1/4 of the way filled. The amount in here is the size of an individual side. How is this supposed to be for a family?

Very unprofessional an very rude basically saying my mom is not good enough to furfill my order saying that online orders have more right to the chicken an sides then a paying customer that is coming into ur store an saying i can have or make a custom order request for the 16 peace dinner bucket an tell me I cant go an get half extra crispy an the other half in original in just breast an thighs an them one of them has the nerve to roll their eyes an tell me no because they have online orders to fill like r u kidding me an this happened 12/24/25 at about 5:00pm an r u kidding me they were even making more chicken as I was to order an said they dont have the chicken to do it if they done like their job when a paying customer comes to order like that a they turn them away wow what a nice when to do business an they took the lady 20 mins to come to the counter to even take the order the binghamton main st location is some much more professional an did the order with out any problem

People were great, food was as usual but the place is filthy! The floors are sticky, tables were all dirty, windowsills were dirty and had flys all over them, the glass throughout the store looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The ladies room was Nasty! It’s a shame. They cleaned the place a While ago and let it go to and it’s just YUCK!

Did a mobile pick up for 4:30 p.m. it's now 5:25 p.m. and I'm just leaving with my mobile order. My frozen groceries are all defrosted and I sat in the parking lot for nearly an hour waiting for them to bring my order out. Finally I had to go inside and ask for it while everybody was just sitting around Update - got home and there's items missing from my order Avoid this KFC in Vestal NY

Terrible Experience I had an awful experience at this KFC location. After placing my order at 7:53 PM, I arrived at 8:12 PM only to be told my chicken sandwich wasn’t ready and had to wait 7 minutes. The store locked its doors despite being open until 10 PM, forcing me to wait in the drive-thru. After waiting until 8:44 PM, I knocked to be let inside. When I finally got my food, my tenders were cut in half to appear like more, and my large fries were half-empty. The manager was rude, yelling about "crashing out" and telling me to request a refund online. This location clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I won’t be coming back.

Stopped and ordered an 8 pcs box got up to the drive thru window and the guy said they didn't have any dark meat. Then said they had crispy I said ok and then he said that they were out of that to. At 4:30 in the afternoon and a chicken place is out of chicken?
