Not only is the $20 fill up an Awesome deal, but so is the staff at this location. Online order was not ready for pick up (online order), but.. they let me know politely, apologized, AND offered me a free fountain drink while I waited. Which was definitely unnecessary, but something you don’t see very often anymore. Super super nice of them. And, if you catch a glimpse of the cook, Mr GIngerbeard, consider yourself a lucky gale (or guy 🤣😍). Haaaaaay!

KFC on Robinson only had drive through and a long line, so I went to Vestal, and went in to order take out. Thanked me for wearing a proper mask! Extra friendly, great attention, and more. Overheard 2 employees talking about how one was cussed out for not serving a non masked person because of the mandate. This place is awesome, most are afraid to follow the mandate because they fear the response of covidiots. 5 Stars for this location.

The renovation really made this place worth going to. Feels like you stepped into a portal that transports you south of the Mason-Dixon line. Frankly, the food here is top notch. Not a place to watch your calories at, but if you're going hog wild, hard to do better.

Waited behind 1 car, maybe 10 minutes...ordered a large family order and for you get, chicken..sides..biscuits. This was pricey but comparable to one to cook this exactly at home, the price was good..

They didn't have enough chicken for my order so they asked me if I was willing to wait for fresh chicken and when I said yes, I was thanked! Gratitude and smiling faces go really far! They then gave me a 10% discount and a free drink! The wait was worth it and they put in fresh biscuits, Mac & cheese, potatoes and gravy! Yummy

My experience was very good moin ( I think that is how you spell his name) is a gentleman that works the front counter. He looks like someone that really like his work, he treated me very good and the food was delicious thank you for sure I'll go back. I got home and got a 8 piece chicken and it was short a couple of pieces. Called the manager and wrote down her name and she told me that I could come back and get the pieces they had forgot over the weekend. Great customer service and fixed the issue that happened. Very pleased with it

Absolutely rude. I ordered online and asked for bbq and honey mustard. I realized only bbq was in the bag but there was no one up front and it wasn't a big deal, so I was just going to leave without it. Got to the car and checked my order again because it felt light. Was missing the biscuits. Went back in and waited patiently and told them I was missing the biscuits and honey mustard. The service can sometimes be a bit iffy though lately it has been good and the food is nearly always good. Much better than the Binghamton location on Main St. Edit: Still the best KFC in the area but the quality at this location had dropped a bit.

The restaurant dining room was clean except for the highchair was disgusting we had to clean it before we used it, women's bathroom was clean but had a weird smell to it. The employee that waited on us had an attitude in her tone of voice it was like we were bothering her. The food was good and hot. I would return to this restaurant but would definitely go through drive thru and eat in my vehicle.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I came.on the drive through, no line and it looked abandoned, about 4 pm on a weekday. Haven't been to KFC in possibly more than a year. I roll up and the server asked, with attitude, "What can I get for you?" I was hungry, so maybe I took it wrong. I reply, "I need a moment to if that's ok." He replies and I could almost hear the pursed lips, "that would be perfectly fine." He over enunciated almost every word. I replied in a most calm tone, oh no thank you and that he should consider another job because his customer service was terrible. As I drove away, he stuck his head out the window and began to throw insults that I'm super rude and nasty. Really! I was holding back because my son was in the car. As we waited to enter traffic, another associate came out of the store and began walking towards me. I stopped the car and waited for what would happen, I looked out my window and he hurried back in. Not one, but two aggressive workers. I'm waiting on the news that these associates go off on the wrong person. Sad how low the standards have become for hiring.

Horrible service of the lady with glasses and a black & white mask I didn’t carry my mask as I went out for a walk and grab fresh air the lady wouldn’t even say to come trough the window door or anything just that she won’t give me the service because of the mask she wouldn’t even care for the Customer I understand the rules but at least care for the customer have some extra masks for people so you keep selling! Maybe the manager can read and if he knows there were extra masks inside he could know she lied to me.

It’s my fourth year here. They still haven’t fixed their gigantic holes in their drive through path. Also, it’s totally meaningless to have a separate window to order for drive through. How they operate is one person takes the order, the same person handles the payment and serves, just leaving the next customer waiting at the order window. They could totally cancel that window and do everything at the other window, which I think they are already in the middle of, because the light of their menu board at the order window has been out for weeks

Might be unfair to give 1 star, since I didn't actually get any food. Arrived at 9:30, was informed that they close at 10 so there was a limited selection... Fair enough. I ask what the limited selection was, and was told that there was no chicken. Um. No chicken? When you're open? With 30 minutes of business left on St. Patrick's Day? Next time I'm craving a side of slaw and Mash with no chicken, I'll make sure and give this KFC another shot. Until then, there's always Popeyes.

My husband was there today & ordered one 8 piece bucket & requested legs only (which he has done before with no problem) & was told he would have to wait about 20 minutes since it was a "specialty order" & my husband said that was ok. When the order was ready ( originally taken by a very nice woman behind the counter) the manager came out & said to my husband ," I can't do this ,just all legs. Now what am I going to do with the thighs!?" He was very rude & nasty the way he talked to my husband. He was a fairly young person & he should take a class in how to treat customers. Well I can say we will never go back .

Hello, I just wanted everyone to know that the location in Vestal, NY is the absolute worst. My mom waited over an hour for food last night then was told they messed it up and were remaking it. I understand being short staffed but there is absolutely no reason why after almost 2 hours, the food wasn’t ready. The person working then told her to come back tomorrow for the order. At the very least, when it was “messed up” someone should’ve notified her and that they were working on the right order. That was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. I know how much food can be made in 2 hours. It doesn’t take that long to make 2 pot pies and some chicken tenders. We’ve had nothing but problems with this location but we still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after last night, we will no longer be getting food from this location.

Stopped here with my kids and we got the original chicken sandwich. It was the worst chicken sandwich we ever had. I barely could chew it. It was hard like I was eating rubber. So dry like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Do not go here.

On the 25 of August my mom and I came in to the restaurant to order take out and there was a guy in front of us waiting for 5 minutes and so we’re we and nobody came to the counter. And then I look on the counter and card or exact cash so we left and so did the other guy in front of us. I don’t think we will return very disappointed

Terrible Experience I had an awful experience at this KFC location. After placing my order at 7:53 PM, I arrived at 8:12 PM only to be told my chicken sandwich wasn’t ready and had to wait 7 minutes. The store locked its doors despite being open until 10 PM, forcing me to wait in the drive-thru. After waiting until 8:44 PM, I knocked to be let inside. When I finally got my food, my tenders were cut in half to appear like more, and my large fries were half-empty. The manager was rude, yelling about "crashing out" and telling me to request a refund online. This location clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I won’t be coming back.
