I have been twice in the past 3 months. I and my daughter absolutely love the portion size of your chicken tender meals. As of right now the size and taste of the tenders is the best in the area in our opinion. We are planning to go back and try some of the other items in the future.

Usually I don't have any issues with customer service, but tonight was disappointing. I asked for a slice of cheesecake and waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the two reps. They were conversing with their backs to the window. I wanted to treat myself to a cheese cake slice and went to the drive-thru because I thought it would be quick. Instead, I had to blow the horn to get someone's attention. Wasn't cool being ignored. Didn't enjoy my experience and I regret buying the cheesecake because of the unnecessary wait. I do hope you both enjoyed your conversation over accessing the needs of the people who want to buy from you.

The lady at the counter was nice. The young lady in the drive thru was also nice however one of the female cooks was upset about something and she was making it very clear (in Spanish)she was not happy with someone or something. It wasn't the best atmosphere this morning. The eggs were greasy and rubbery. I would have thought at least 2 chicken strips would be in the meal but I only got one.

Ordered a cheeseburger combo. The meat tasted really cheap and salty and the fries were mushy and unsalted. I will not be ordering that again. Normally I get wings and they are always pretty good. I will stick with rhe wi as from now on.

Everyone desires good customer service. Customers can tell when the employee really wants to be at their job. If your tone is dry, forceful, and impatient, that is a sign that you really do not want to be at your place of employment. Next, food portions. I ordered a chicken gyro, no seasoned chicken, but plenty of fresh vegetables and a little sauce , and a sprinkle of fries. An 8 oz cup of soda half way filled. The lemon cake was a nice portion size and moist. Granted this is a new establishment. But if you come with the mindset of the community better be glad they have something here attitude, then go ahead and open up where you live. I understand culture differences, if I am polite to you, then I expect the same thing and not nice-nasty passive aggressive behavior. This is my second time eating from this place. I believe in being fair. The place is clean, no smells, well lit.

I order chicken and fries a 10 piece combo. Everything taste like fish and shrimp. I’m allergic to fish plus my face broke out in hives immediately. Had to go to the hospital because I couldn’t breathe. Save your money don’t go here. People walking up to my car showing their body parts asking for $3.00. Worst experiences ever

I ordered the scrimp fried rice tonight. I is normally tasty. It was nasty tonight. Taste like it was left over from lunch, watered down, overcooked, with too much salt. It was nasty. I want my money back!!!

I would highly not recommend this specific location to anyone. I ordered a 10 piece combo wings. The fries were old tasted as if they just BEEN staying out for sometime and they just redumped them in the heat . I took 3 bites immediately my stomach begun to hurt horrible 2 hours in the restroom. This was my first meal of the day so I know 100 percent I got food poisoning. I called to resolve the issue they refused to take the proper protocol. They said is not their problem. Customer services is horrible very unprofessional and very rude service. The toilet is tremendously horrible at this specific location is unhygienic. This location needs to be seriously inspected by the food health department. I got very sick!! So I would not recommend this location at all

I stopped by the HotSpot on 1st Ave. North, as I always do on Wednesdays, it was raining hard. Due to the rain, the young lady said she couldn't hear me. I pulled up to the window. She cracked the window and asked me to come in. Shocked by her comment, I said You see how hard it is raining, and you want me to get out of my car and come in. She just sat there and looked at me. I politely pulled off. Here I am patronizing your establishment, and you tell me to get out of my car and walk in the rain to patronize your business when she could've just taken my money and passed me my food in the window. I will NOT be going back. These restaurants are going to learn to respect their customer and their money.

Do not recommend, I ordered an 8 piece combo. They have you waiting and then deliver food that's not fresh. Tge chicken was extra crispy, they redropped them multiple times i assume, I asked if I could get fresh hot fries as they were warm to the touch. They refried the French fries. They have a sign up that reads no refunds, no remakes, if I had not paid cash I would have disputed it with my bank.

Food are okay, but the employee cashier has an awful attitude. She talks so fast that majority of the times she would get some of the customers orders wrong. When I am in the drive thru the worker would hurry up and close the window after giving you your order before you had a chance to say or ask her anything else, she would rush you out of the place. Very unprofessional, unfriendly and disrespectful. I just told her that I didn't like her attitude. I should not have to go through this with her and not feel comfortable coming here because of her attitude. Its the way she talks and acts toward people and that needs to change.
