Probably the most beautiful McDonald's I've ever seen, it was like a hotel! I dont eat there but the kids wanted it and I just wnated to eat in peace so they got theirs and we went back to the restaurant dad and I were going to eat at.
Came in here for breakfast on 8/15/25. The dining area and restrooms were very clean and the employees were super courteous and helpful. The cashier even checked up on people dining in and also asked those orderinf at the kiosks if they needed help. Has a good experience overall.
They don't have parking available for large orders. Many times orders are for the whole campsite. The longest waits I've had at any McDonald's. The staff are my heroes.

OKAY first off reading these other people’s reviews almost scared us away. The inside however was not as dirty or as bad as many comments said which could mean they have improved. THAT BEING SAID WE DID NOT GO TO THE BATHROOM SO DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THIS. The first kiosk we used did not work, but our food came out very fast, was fresh and tasty according to my girlfriend. Nothing was missing, sure our order was small, but size doesn’t matter guys. Overall we were quite pleased with our outing adventure after our fishing trip! (I think the walls could use a little more decoration but that’s just me)
The drive thru lane was backed up due to people needing to pull to the side and wait for food. Waited for chicken nuggets but by when we got our meals the nuggets were hot and the fries were cold.

HAVE AGAIN: The Frozen Coke was very nice and a bargain at $1.49.\nNOT HAVE AGAIN: What? The Large diet coke was $2.19? This is such a ripoff compared to other McDonald's.
Not the greatest McDonald's I've been to. It's alright they tend to mess up our order, often times even completely forgetting items.
I'm glad they don't have AI taking drive thru orders. I'm not glad the drive thru attendant could not pay attention and still managed to get my order wrong. How does vanilla turn into caramel? How does a shake turn into a smoothie? Bishop McDonald's used to be the best stop on the trip. No more.
In the short time we stopped for lunch, multiple people approached the counter stating they had missing items, including myself. The dining room was dirty, and we were unable to find a clean table. The bathrooms require a code, which seems just as inconvenient for the employees as it is for the guests. Additionally, the bathrooms were not clean.
Was driving through from Reno to California. Dropped by for a quick bite. Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been too. Service was non existent there. No self serve drink, no napkins, no condiments. You have to ask for everything here. When you do ask it takes forever to get it because of under staff.
I was doing laundry down the street and decided I was hungry so I stopped in and ordered a quarter pound HAMBURGER with extra pickle and got a quarter pound CHEESEBURGER with extra pickle. Luckily I’m not allergic to cheese I just dislike it but I had to scrap it off with my nails because it wouldn’t just peel off. I even double checked my receipt to make sure I ordered the hamburger not cheeseburger and sure enough I ordered a hamburger.
This is a location run by McMarro Family Restaurants. No refills are provided for any drinks. They have removed the drink machines.
Stay away from mcmarro locations. They don’t have free refills, they sell you salsa packets. They took down the play area. The place feels half built. Stop by somewhere else
As a rare negative reviewer, its such a bummer the people working here were so rude about me requesting to pay for an addional icecream on top of my online order I had prepaid for and was picking up. They would not allow me to add and pay for ice cream on top of my already paid online order and insisted I would have to pull through a second time for the ice cream....

The place was hot, like if the AC was off. No refill on drinks. Took them like 5 minutes to get a side of pickles. My chicken sandwich was cold but the nuggets and fries were fresh so that's a plus.

Heck how do you manage to mess up McDonald’s? My quarter pounder lacked salt and so did the fries. Signs plastered everywhere that they would charge you for extra condiments and their staff claimed they weren’t running certain promotions despite their website saying they were a participating store and the dates being valid.
No wonder the inside is empty. On a long road trip, just want to sit down and eat something and give my body a break from being on the motorcycle nonstop. Ordered at the kiosk, grabbed a table number because I wanted to sit on the far side of the dining room so I could see my bike and all my stuff on it while I eat. A few minutes later I hear my table number called at the counter and realize that all orders, table number or counter, are being handed out at the counter. They cant even be bothered to walk orders out to the tables. I was also given my food in a to go bag instead of on a tray like usual with dining room orders. It also appears my soda is in a McCafe coffee cup instead of a soda cup?? I havent eaten at a McDonald's in years but this was incredibly disappointing compared to previous visits at other locations.

My brother & I stopped at this McDonald's on the way to Sparks. We both ordered the Deluxe Breakfast with hot cakes. The only way to order is at the kiosk. There's not even a menu on the wall behind the cash register. After ordering you grab a numbered triangle. We expected to have our order delivered to our table. NOPE! They call the # on the Table Triangle, for us to come get our order. With 3 hotcakes, some of us want 2 Syrups. My brother goes to the counter to ask for 1. The Manager (petit, woman with Manager's badge, says No rudely? And if we want 1 we will have to pay for it. I've never had to pay for an extra syrup. OUTCOME: My brother says he's never going to go to McDonald's again. Why have customers order from the kiosk, get a numbered triangle so our order can be delivered to our table and then call our number to have us come up and get the order at the counter? ARE THEY LAZY? IT WASN'T VERY BUSY! DIDN'T WORKERS GET A BIG INCREASE IN PAY LATELY? PASS BY THIS MCDONALD'S LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE HAPPY!
Horrible drive through all the time. We will not be trying to patronize this establishment any longer. Their management is a joke. The lines are long and they don't even have 2 order takers 🤣😂 just one that goes back and forth. Swear I have never seen such a mismanaged store.
The worst experience I’ve ever had… Food was cold no straws were provided and when we asked for ketchup the girl in the drive thru window seemed bothered by my request. She handed us 5 packets of ketchup. Our order consisted of 2 kids meals, 2 ten piece nuggets meals and a Big Mac meal. Based on our order I would to think asking for more ketchup would be non offensive. She told us she had to charge us to 5 more ketchup packets. We ended up paying 1.75 for 5 packets of ketchup. I asked for a receipt she was offended. Receipt claimed we paid for 5 mild picante. I have no idea what that is. If i could give them -4 stars I would. Food was not good and the customer service was even worse. For reference ( Diane or Dyan) was our not so friendly cashier.
It's so sad that's this is the only McDonald's in Bishop, because the Service is bad. Even the Manager is so rude. Food is always cold in the morning. And the night crew is even worse... when we pull up the drive thru, they always have an attitude. Everytime we get food from here we regret it, and that's why I had to finally write this review. Wish there corporate office would actually read this and turn the restaurant around to actually be a nice place to take the family.
I visited this McDonald’s on 12 July after a 5 day backpacking trip in the Sierra’s. I fully expected to be the dirtiest thing in this restaurant but I fit right in with the amazing amount of filth and uncleanliness throughout the place. Every trash receptacle was overflowing with garbage and there was limited seating available as numerous tables and booths were covered in food crumbs and garbage left by previous guests. Additionally the bathrooms had a code to use and apparently the workers don’t know the code as the bathroom had not been cleaned for quite some time and were in really rough shape. I haven’t gone inside a McDonald’s for quite sometime and didn’t realize you have to order from a kiosk then take a number to your table. The kiosk said the food would be delivered to your table but they only call your number and leave the food unattended at the counter. What’s even more frustrating is there are no condiments available, so you have to ask someone behind the counter for salt/pepper etc and they take forever to acknowledge you are there and then act annoyed you are asking them for something. There are signs inside the restaurant that indicate there are no refills on drinks and there is a strict 30min limit on staying inside. If you are looking for a quick meal in Bishop I would avoid this place at all costs, and I can only assume the Jack in the Box down the road is a better option.
Unbelievable. Don’t go here ever. Driving back from Mammoth and needed to stop to get food before heading through Big Pine to Nevada. There’s literally nothing until Beatty. Over half an hour in the drive through, with only 6 cars ahead of us. Crazy slow. Plus the prices are ridiculous now. Never again.
This is the first McDonald's where I had eggshells in my breakfast sandwich egg. Not to mention the bad service on top of that. They charge customers for cups just to get water/ice, but won't give customers water/ice in their own cups. Go somewhere else if you can.

2nd mcmarro McDonald’s shocking experience. Travelling on a family road trip and being budget conscious have visited a few fast food restaurants and usually have very positive experiences until visiting the mcmarro franchises of McDonald’s. I associate McDonald’s with consistency and the same policies. Not here!!!! We ordered from a branch a few days earlier and a member of staff encouraged us to complete a survey and said we would get a code for a buy one get one. They were lovely so we did. Tried to use this at this restaurant and told you can’t use this as has to be at the same place the receipt was issued. What utter rubbish! Clearly they did not want our business and just wanted to avoid giving the offer we had qualified for in good faith. The manager (I think) was unfriendly and offhand. I believe he has been identified in other reviews as hispanic with glasses. I suspect the same man- he had a white badger stripe in his hair. I also noticed whilst attempting to order, their unfriendly policies displayed e.g. “sauce policy”. Just so stingy and mean when you are buying chicken nuggets and sandwiches. I would never return. McDonald’s get a lot of bad press but one thing I used to think they were good at is being consistent throughout branches. Not the mcmarro branches! Will check whether any future McDonald’s bear this name and google the nearest Carl juniors if they do.
Can I give 0 stars??!! We waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes! No one was moving and the windows weren’t even open to take your card yet alone get your food! We ended up leaving along with many other people in line. Sounds like this place has a reputation from the reviews of being a disaster and needs new management! Could of had my business - your loss! Save yourself time and go somewhere else!
Such a bad experience today. 1. Employees were yelling at drive thru customers, I guess the drive thru wasn’t working properly. 2. Toilets were hardly working. 3. Tables were all dirty, it was hard to find a decent one. 4. Order a chicken deluxe and the chicken was burned and hard. told them and they gave me another sandwich but it was still burned, I just told them to give me chicken nuggets instead, 5. The place looks very disorganized and employees are too stressed, still not okay for employees to yelled at customers. This place needs so much work……
I used to stop on my way to Reno NV. Many times when I take food to go, they give lot less fries when hidden in the brown bag compared to dine in. Almost half. Not sure if the employees are trained to cheat on quantities or what? The are continuing to charge at the high inflation rates and still not giving right amount. If you get it to go from this McDonald's, better check it before leaving.
The most awful Macdonalds we have experienced. 30 minutes wait for our food, I thought it would be served as we ordered with serve. Then Only 30 minutes allowed to eat ?!!!, employees are lazy and absolute grumpy! Never ever have seen such a bad service. They dont want to work, they do not clean the tables. This McDonald's doesn't offer refills and every McDonald's owned by "McMarrow” has poor food quality and poor service. They only half fill the fry containers but pinch them so they look full. I would recommend not going there.
We stop at this McDonald's 8-10 times a year and today's experience was the worst yet. A/c wasn't working in the bathrooms. Men's toilet roll dispenser was missing and the roll was sitting on the flushing sensor. Women's bathroom had 2 clogged toilets and another that wasn't flushed. Cold water wasn't working and only scalding hot water could be used on 2 of the 3 sinks. Oatmeal was extremely full of water and they forgot the raisins.

This place is an absolute disaster. 20 minutes to get a coffee. Bathrooms were the worst I’ve ever seen just about anywhere. Garbage all over the whole restaurant, bathrooms included. Overall disgusting.
Prefacing this with the fact I’ve NEVER reviewed anything in my life. I would give 0 or negative stars on all of these categories if I could. Anyways, this is why this place is CRAP. Went there with my friends on a road trip for a quick bite to eat. Everything’s going well until we’ve been sitting there for 30 minutes and my food hasn’t came out yet. So naturally, I go over to the counter to see why this is. I talk to the manager for another 30 minutes, and she keeps insisting that she needs to see my receipt. Now here’s where the big problem is. Not only did I NOT get my receipt after I ordered, but I was CHARGED FOR THE MEAL THAT DIDNT GO THROUGH. I show my bank account statement to the manager, she refuses to take it because it’s not a receipt. Eventually, one of her EMPLOYEES, not the manager, comes over, gets me my food, and gives me 100x better service than the manager ever did. Oh, and I should mention too, all of my burgers were missing a patty. So that’s fun. Great job McDonalds, I’m literally never gonna waste my time at your restaurants again.

My first experience with an automated serving My sausage McMuffin was dried up. The bread was very stale, the cheese was so overcooked it evaporated. The bun was burnt.

When you on a journey it's good to go to the restrooms even if you don't have to go to the toilet, just to wash your hands before eating. I arrived here at noon just the drive thru was open, no chance to go inside
McDonald's holds itself to a consistently low standard worldwide, but this one is by far the worst. I have come here about 3 times now, and it's the same every time. It has exceptionally poor service, exceptionally bad food, and wait times so long that you should just go to a restaurant and have a seat instead of sitting for an hour in a drive thru.

If you are passing through Bishop and want a quick bite, whatever you do don't go here! There were only 2 cars in front of us, but after about 20 minutes and still not ordering we just left. They must only have 1 or 2 people working at this location.

Went through the drive through. Order taker kept getting the order wrong. I asked to start over but the employee didn’t want to and was very rude. I talked with the manager, who wasn’t much better than the order taker. I asked for a discount and was told no. I said fine, keep your food, I’ll go somewhere else that is a bit friendlier
Do not go through the Drive-Tru! I have gone 3 times in the last 2 years and had to wait for up to 45 minutes to an hour for a simple order of 1 Sausage Egg McMuffin meal. Every 3rd or 4th car will pull out of the line and leave. This place has a problem with staffing and retaining a cook obviously and probably won't pay a wage to retain someone competent. The kind of place that has so much traffic coming down the 395 that they don't care if you ever came back!!!
This is the most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been to. The workers are apathetic and rude. It is dirty and the food is awful. My son gave the cashier cash with $2.55 due in change. She stated that she didn’t have change and actually said, “I don’t know what to tell you. Just deal with it.” Fortunately, another patron saw this and came to the rescue with change. There is also signage around related to time limits and refill policies that make you feel like a criminal just for being there and bothering them. this is a McDonald’s that depends on passing tourists who don’t know any better. My advice is to keep on driving!
NO REFILLS? There are no free refills on drinks. The kids' room looks like it hadn't been tidied since they opened, I have overheard several customers before me complain of a messed up order and I ordered 3 happy meals and they all came with different size drinks. You know the kids had a fir about that alone. Save your money and go to Carl's Jr. Or Jack in the Box
The self service kiosk wouldn't allow us to pay for the Happy Meal for my 3 yr old grand child w our credit card. After deleting the order 4 different times during this visit we pressed the button asking for help, the light at the top of the kiost was lit up, but no one came to help us. After waiting 15 minutes, I walked to the counter to request help. It was NOT busy in the restaurant. A worker came from behind the counter to help us. She was very kind & walked us thru the process. It would be a great idea to have instructions on how to work the kiosks clearly printed out. I do NOT like the new "order at the kiosk" type of Mc Donalds at all.
Walked in with cash to pay for order. No menu at counter. Wait for 5 mins, many employees walk by behind counter right by me. Nobody asks if I need help. Finally I ask a man if I can order with cash. He says yes but I need to order on the kiosk then come back up to the counter that I’m currently standing at. I go to the kiosk, choose my food, get nagged to donate and what not and finally it says to get a table tent. No table tents on that kiosk or the one next to it. So I tech around a crowd of people to grab one off other kiosk. I go to counter and wait another 5 mins, employees passing by nobody asks if I need help. I flag someone down and pay. $7.50 for one sandwich , McGriddle, and 30 mins of my time . Not customer centric or value centric any longer , it’s too bad.
We have ordered 4 menus with service on table. The staff have prepared the menus and let them on the desk. When we saw that, French fries and meats were cold. We asked why they don’t serve us. They answer there are only 2 persons. We ask to change at least French fries. They said « not possible , « the manager refuses ». It’s scandalous!
I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. Was 100° outside and no running AC. The service was prompt in taking my order, however it was jam-packed waiting for food. Plenty of people were waiting and were upset. When I walked up to see the status of my order I noticed it was on the counter but they hadn't called my number. The bag was completely open with my fries exposed while a group of teenagers were right next to it literally talking over it. Needless to say the food was cold so I just asked for a refund. If you're a glutton for punishment ignore this review and visit this location. They will disappoint you more than you thought was possible. Glad there was a Carl's Jr near by. Side note the receipt said 'Locally Owned' which I highly doubt. I would think a local would have more pride in their business. Another side note there was a guy who claimed he was an online order/curbside waiting for 30 minutes. They charge u for the salsa packets and they don’t do refills. First time I’ve ever heard of a McDonalds do that
This was the absolute worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had. The manager has no sense of time control or management. She doesn’t even know English food came out cold absolutely don’t eat here ever.

I’ve never encountered a McDonald’s that charges extra for a to-go bag, and having to pay extra just for a single dipping sauce really soured my opinion. It felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed for every little thing, which quickly overshadowed any convenience I was hoping to find by choosing a familiar fast-food restaurant. To add to the frustration, the staff didn’t seem very friendly or accommodating. They appeared rushed and uninterested in addressing my concerns about the extra charges. The order came out quickly enough, but the quality of the food was nothing special—certainly not worth the inflated prices. The burger tasted stale, and the fries, while hot, didn’t meet the usual McDonald’s consistency I’ve come to expect. Overall, the McDonald’s in Bishop failed to deliver on both cost and quality. If you’re looking for a quick bite in the area, you may want to explore other options that don’t charge you for basic items like sauces and to-go bags. It’s a shame, because McDonald’s is usually reliable for decent food at a fair price, but this location fell far short of that standard

My family and I visited this McDonald's location on 6/10/2024 at around 5:12 PM. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon receiving our order, we noticed that several items were barely warm, which was disappointing but not entirely unexpected for fast food. However, the real issue arose when I discovered that half of one of the beef patties in my Big Mac was missing. I approached the counter and brought this to the attention of a young Hispanic male with glasses who claimed to be the manager. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he seemed indifferent and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. When I inquired if he was indeed the manager, his response was less than reassuring. After some back and forth, he reluctantly agreed to remake the sandwich. However, he then disappeared, leaving me waiting at the counter for over 5 minutes. It wasn't until another employee intervened and took charge of the situation that my order was finally corrected. The manager's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If he truly holds a managerial position, he should possess the necessary skills to handle customer complaints efficiently and respectfully. His lack of concern and apparent disinterest in resolving the issue reflect poorly on the otherwise great staff at this McDonald's. In conclusion, if you're looking for a seamless dining experience, I would advise considering another McDonald's location. It's a shame that one individual's attitude can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise decent establishment. P.s. Why have customers order from the kiosk, get a numbered triangle so our order can be delivered to our table and then call our number to have us come up and get the order at the counter?
McDonald's in Bishop, ca has very poor customer service and the employees are not very friendly or helpful, in fact they are extremely RUDE! Definitely will not go back. Jack n the box has friendly, and more helpful employees. Jacks with be where I go fir a quick meal.
Probably one of the most dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been in. Kids running around places dirty, not kept up. Teenagers hanging out wherever they want to. Your staff is very unfriendly didn’t allow me to order at the counter. You have to use the kiosk. Didn’t order walked out. Horrible service.
Drove through, waited a long time to order once we were at the screen. Spent a total of 25 minutes in line. When we got to the wi Dow they forgot one of our happy meals, and when my daughter opened her nuggets, it looked like me had a bite taken out of it. 🤮 This location is horrible, and I would give them zero stars if I could!
The drive-thru salesperson at 3:40 PM on December 22nd was very rude and ill-mannered, and overall very bad behavior from the drive-thru. Their behavior was truly disgusting, I will never come here again for the rest of my life.
Messed up the order for my first burger Burned the meat on the second one Had to wait for 40 minutes before I got the correct burger Then half way through eating my burger they want me to move so they can clean the table. Very bad overall. Trash cans overflowing, all trays dirty. I ordered to eat in and instead of bringing food to the number on the table I have to punch into the digital order kiosk, they set two bags and three drinks on the counter and call my eat in number to pick up myself (with no tray, had to make multiple trips). I also tried to order at the counter and was told I had to use the kiosk. I left my trash bagged nicely on the table because there was literally no where to put it except maybe on the floor next to a can.
They didnt even bother give us the whole complete meal. I just went and it was missing the apple slices.... So they'll charge you EXTRA for a slice of cheese, but they wont even give you everything you pay for.
It’s so crazy seeing how many bad reviews there are for this location, I genuinely don’t know how it took as long as it did for me to get my food. It was almost comical. On top of that after placing a huge order and spending way too much money, On top of that when I asked for sauce, she condescendingly told me they charge for it when I asked how much she turned her back to me acting like she didn’t hear me. Ask then just gave me the food and said have a good night.. I’m really not wanting to leave A negative review, but this was actually bad
We had two prepaid mobile drive-thru orders, yet were told only one order could be picked up per car, forcing us to drive around and wait in line again. Requiring customers to re-queue after payment is unreasonable, wastes time, and reflects poor management that prioritizes rigid rules over basic customer service.
This feels like a way for McDonald’s to collect free money from customers. 1. I ordered a McChicken and paid extra for American cheese, but the cheese was not included. 2. I was charged $1.63 for two packets of Mexican salsa in-store, while the same sauce costs $0.29 per packet in the app at their location. Charging for items that are not provided and inflating prices in-store without notice is unacceptable
This location sucks. We waited in line for 35 minutes from the time we entered to the time we got our food. The line just wasn't moving. 15 of those minutes were just waiting for the cashier to take our order. ALWAYS take the right lane in the drive thru. Nobody knows it's there. You will skip the left lane. This isn't the first time it has happened either. The previous time I arrived at the window to be told they were out of the one item I wanted. Demanded my money back and took off like a bat out of hell. Never ever use the drive thru here. The problem with Inyo and Mono County is that there is no hustle. They cannot find anyone decent to work.
This is crazy, McDonalds in bishop ca always had fast and friendly service. Ever since you McMarros took over the drive through is slow and the curbside is slow too, It took me 15 minutes to get to my curbside spot and I entered spot 5, 10 minutes ago, and I’m STILL waiting for my order. Not to mention no one can get out of their parking spots, it’s absolute gridlock in the parking lot. Update 20 minutes later, I got my food. Ridiculous.
The worst McDonald's I have ever been. They had literally less than 6 customers inside and the wait was like more than 20 minutes for a simple burger. Even in a Napa restaurant you don't wait that long. Unbelievable!. I have asked nicely for a Cap of water for my kid and the person didn't even turn to me.for no reason at all. I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Bishop at 9:30 pm 12/25/25, due to extremely poor customer service. The worker named Laura was rude from the very beginning. She rushed us while we were ordering, gave us an attitude when we were simply asking basic questions, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience for being there. On top of that, when we asked for simple mayonnaise she said they "had it", then when we got to the window she said we had to pay for it. To make things worse, we did not get our order of chicken nuggets. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and frustrating. I understand that fast-food jobs can be stressful, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect—especially when they’re being polite. This experience really ruined our stop here, and it’s disappointing because customer service should be a priority. Management seriously needs to address this.
We came here 7PM to order food on Christmas Day. In the first time we wanted a sundae and the stuff somehow didn’t include it and refused to add it and claimed that “one order per car”. We were angry about that but choose to drive through for a second round in a few mins and reorder. And this time she got stuck for a second and told me that the machine is down so no ice cream is served. This is BS and the worst service I have ever met in my life. No matter for what reason we should deserve a better service. Very disappointed and will never ever come to here again….
I had to wait for about an hour for two 5 dollar meals and one mcdouble. They even messed up the order in the end. Did not give me the right order. This is probably the worst mcdonald's locations I've been to. The staff is completely disoriented. They were touching the brooms and cleaning equipment and put their hands right in the food. Im losing my appetite just by thinking about it
Went by there at 8:43 pm this evening 12/15/25 and no one would help me. I said hello into the drive through and nothing, so i drove up to the window and I guess I was “bothering” the dorky white guy cause he said he heard me but he was too busy putting lids away. He refused to give me his name and closed the window on me. He was extremely rude but this McDonalds has a 3 star so there is no wonder why.
I had the opportunity to grab an early breakfast at this location . I typically don’t use fast food places but had a hankering for a breakfast sandwich. Sad to say I will not do this again . The venue was empty at 7:30 am and when I walked in the staff were chatting . I tried to order an egg McMuffin and was promptly told I had to order via the screens . Ok I thought no big problem except the touch screen was not cooperating . I asked one of the be employees for help and was told that she would not take the order and that it had to again , be via the screen . She eventually entered the order herself with a lot of huffing and puffing .’Needless to say I would avoid this location , surly rude staff are not good for the digestion. A spot more training in order I think Mc Donald’s
Customer service is really bad, specially the lady at the drive through, she yells and doesn’t treat you like a person, worst McDonalds ever. It ruined my experience there. She especially ruined my morning, on Thanksgiving too, we just wanted to get coffee and apple pies. Completely her option to work there even if she has a bad attitude and isn’t great with people. She yelled at my husband for no reason so she needs to work on herself and anger issues because she had no reason to yell at us. I’ll say it again, WORST MCDONALDS EVER!
Unbelievable $3.80 now for a large iced tea with nothing but ice filled to the brim and a couple sips of tea. Almost $4 is a lot to pay for a cup of ice. When I came back and asked for a refill and explained, I was told it's an automatic ice dispenser, asked for a manager she said I am the manager it's automatic we don't give refills. So its automatic to rip you off of product. Cool. No worries I'll never return to this McDonald's I can't believe anyone would be that rude and that disinterested in me getting a couple sips of tea for $3.80. If that's the best they can do at McDonald's in Bishop there must not be much of an employment pool in Bishop. What a snotty gal. The drive thru service took so long, the gal behind me parked her car and jumped the rail to go inside. After my visit, I noticed I'm not the only one who finds their service extremely lacking. All those 1 star reviews haven't changed a thing. Sad.
The manager here must suck. There were 3 ppl working a Saturday night during their busiest event of the year. They don't even take orders at the counter anymore, you have to use a kiosk. The place was filthy and the workers were rude and super slow. Then we sit 15 min and the food was cold... HOW?!?
