It's a Burger King. It's tucked away in a corner and hard to find without using Maps unless you drive by it. The food is as expected. Nothing spicy on the menu right now sadly, but nothing bad either.

Their breakfast sandwiches are always really good and the people working there are always super nice. I haven't tried the coffee in a while but it always used to be really bad. If they could get that figured out they'd be dynamite!

Bun was a little crusty, and the onion rings nor the fries were very fresh, but the whopper was quite tasty, and the gal who took our order was very friendly and efficient. We also appreciated the fact they had golf (day before The Players started) on the tube. No biased news from either side, and thank goodness no talk/gossip shows.

Equipment was also unreliable for a while, whether it was the fryer or the ice cream. But most aggravating was unpredictability with opening times. Not sure if it is due to available staff or simple decision making, but on more than a handful of occasions, I would show up during posted operating hours and find locked doors with cones in the driveway. I'm pretty sure that 20 minutes before closing time is not the typical time to lock up.

We normally love Burger King, but this location doesn't scratch the itch. They shorted me a large French fry at the drive thru, which was a good thing because the one I did get was not good and smelled funky. I think they need to change their fry oil. To to it all, the ice cream machine was broken … which was the reason for my stop in the first place. At least they we’re friendly

Husband went to get food and all the chicken related food was BURNT AND DRY!!! LITERALLY!!! When you bite into it, it takes actual effort and the inside feels like cardboard/stiff and stale. Not only that, my order wasn't complete. We're missing a couple of fries. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through only for the whoppers to be missing tomatoes.

One of The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to every Time I come to this location they never have Burgers And I truly understand thing’s happened but Today was just unacceptable I ordered eight piece nugget a small sweet tea and two chocolate chip cookies I wasn’t thinking to check my food as I normally would at any fast food I eat at And I really Felt like I didn’t have to because the young lady that took my order was very nice! Fast forward I goes to eat my cookies and they are rock hard 😡 mind you I’m on my break and can’t go back so I called and talk to a young lady and let her know I’ll be back after work she tells me that all the cookies are like that which was over baked and they didn’t have any to replace which is unacceptable I’ve been in Food service for over 15 years those cookies should have not been sold!! And Burger King will never get my money again

I have been disappointed so many times now in order for me to put the effort into leaving a review. I have received cold food after waiting a ridiculous amount of time to get my food, I have received burnt food multiple times, I have received the wrong food multiple times, I have been told "we're out of beef" multiple times, The amount of times I've sat at the drive through window and watched the manager and employees playing around while I wait over 10 minutes as the only person there for my food is annoying. And this is all since their massive remodel. I have not had one good experience here, and I've only had a small amount that weren't just trash. It really sucks because this is the only place still open when I get off work and it is not super out of the way on my way home. I am extremely confused as to why the base is allowing them to stay on it. OOH and also they turn their oven off about an hour before they close so thats why they "Run out of beef" so often. After today's burnt meal, im done and will drive the extra and go somewhere much better. REMEMBER, 10-15 MIN OFF BASE IS A MUCH BETTER BURGER KING AS WELL AS A BUNCH OF OTHER GOOD PLACES. This place is a genuine waste of your money.

No customer service, all the workers behind the counter looked at us and said nothing, waited 3 minutes for a "what do you want?", a man came right after I walked in, and he waited and he left because he wasn't putting up with it, and my truck is in the shop so I wasn't having a wasted trip. Ordered, took 13 minutes to get the food, no one was in line, not packed at all with the drive thru either. Night shift at Burger King needs management asap, will not be coming back anytime soon, Quedobo or even Charley's would would be faster and have friendlier customer service. Fast food but with dine in wait times and no customer service is a waste of time and energy

Went for the SpongeBob meal bundle,was given the burger with fries and a kids size pineapple float with no pie. We also did not receive bacon in the other burger we ordered.

Been absolutely terrible. We have been to this burger king at least 20 times and have been disappointed every time. Most of the time our food is absolutely cold. Like today our fries were cold and soggy. It was only 2pm we got fries and shakes. Before it was the hamburger was cold or super sloppy and every time we go its not busy. We have had items missing from orders and we kept quiet every time but not today they are absolutely terrible. Will not go back and will not recommend.
