I genuinely had a great experience at this particular Jimmy John’s. There is a young lady there with glasses and dreadlocks who was so kind to me. She assisted my husband and I with the menu as well as trained a new worker all in one setting. My food was prepared right and done in a timely manner.

Said all the right things. Did not offer to cut my sub. I had to tear it apart at the motel. I asked for a bag. They did not pack it for me. Just handed me a bag, and they were not busy. Food was delicious. Service was not.

Good is always fresh fast and neat subs don't fall apart The service is pleasant enough. Usually always clean and tidy friendly atmosphere. Menu stays the same. I prefer them over Jersey Mike's and Subway.

I was near the soda machine, finishing my drink and throwing my trash away, when an employee threw a wash rag from around my side into the sanitizer wash bucket. Also no one wants to see boxers/underwear (especially employees) while eating. Please pull up your pants!!

Went there and ordered 2 subs 1 bootlegger no tomatoes 1 Jimmy Cubano and 2 pickles quartered. The next customer comes in and orders he gets his order and leaves I'm still waiting finally after 15 minutes I get my order and leave get home tomatoes on my sub and open my pickle it's not quartered and you wanted a tip, please. I don't know if the ladies working that day were new but surely did not understand English sorry. Jimmy John's famous slogan is "Freaky Fast". They emphasize the speed and freshness of their deliveries, intending to get sandwiches to customers within 5 minutes of the store but I can't get a sub in the store in 15 minutes

Completely destroyed my sandwich and they tried to make me pay more than what I usually pay. Did I mention they messed up my sandwich. How do u mess up making a sandwich? The cashier looked drugged out

My previous review is below this, when they were great. Now they are not so much. No chips, no cut in half sandwich, no napkins, and no side mayo and mustard. Took over an hour and a half to get here ( two hours before they close, so they are waiting until last minute to rush orders). The below review is nothing like they are now, as now I have been let down. Never again ordering from this location. (This was from a while ago) Fast, polite, and correct order. I submitted my order to be ready at a later time, and it came just before! Will definitely recommend, as I’ve never been let down from this location.

I politely asked her if the person making the sandwich could change their gloves (as they should) and use a clean knife to cut my sandwich. She then gives me an attitude and says “fish is still meat.” I said “ my apologies , I meant red meat, does that clarify it for you ?” As a worker, she clearly cannot do her simple job and use her ears and follow directions. I feel so sad for this person who has to take out her frustrations and give customers who did nothing wrong an attitude. I guess that’s why she works at a place like that. Any other job would get her fired on the spot. My advice, go to another location. Customer service is the very reason we visit places. She can’t even do simple tasks and be polite.
