Chipotle

I think this is the best chipotle branch I've ever been to. I have never seen employees at a chipotle so polite, friendly , upbeat and hardworking. Came near closing hours of a Saturday and the staff there were still providing good and friendly service. One of the employees was so diligently cleaning and wiping everything down (tables, chairs, doors), it makes customers feel comfortable knowing that everything is maintained well. Employee serving food was also attentive to customer requests on orders. Got a smoked brisket and a chicken bowl and both had meats that were nicely flavored and grilled. This location is a model of how all chipotle branches should run! Would def recommend for anyone in or passing by this town

Good food as expected but their app was down when ordering. We pulled into the car park with a larger trailer then realized there was only one entrance/exit so it was a 5 point turn with a 26ft trailer. Other than that it was great.

All workers were prompt, polite and professional. Food was better than I thought Chipotle would/could ever be. I honestly didn't think any good would come from this spot but they proved me wrong indefinitely. 10/10

They had the best fajita veggies I have ever seen at a Chipotle! Great staff, even though we came during the lunch rush. Wish they had one more person to help as the staff was very busy with the long line of people constantly coming through. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

Two stars because the reastraunt was so dirty. The counters were so dirty I grabbed a bottle cap next to POS and attempted to throw it away myself. When i got to the trash it was overflowing so bad customers started to stack food on the high chairs next to the trash bin. My wife and I ate in our car rather than in the restaurant because the tables were dirty as well. It didn't help that the fountain drinks were not working either 😕.

Absolutely the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The service at the Blythe, CA location is painfully slow, even when there’s hardly anyone in line. Employees move at a snail’s pace, seem completely unmotivated, and there’s zero sense of urgency. Standing there waiting for a simple burrito feels like a test of patience. What should take a few minutes turns into an unnecessarily long wait every single time. If you’re in a hurry or expect efficient service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This location seriously needs better management and staff training because the current level of service is unacceptable

The mexican lady working here was extremely rude and unhygienic putting her apron in my friends food, along with being rude to her coworkers and customers alike. I would not eat here and instead go to an authentic mexican restaurant nearby. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you’re on your way back to Phoenix, skip this Chipotle and just go to the nearest one in town. Alternatively, if you’re heading into California, wait for the one in Indio. Chipotle is very popular here because it’s the only decent place to get food in Blythe. Which resulted in a long line (waited 15 minutes) only for them to say they ran out of soft tacos completely. And they ran out of the trays so they weren’t serving kids meals altogether. Understaffed, underprepared, and a complete waste of time. Won’t ever stop here again.
