Absolutely DELICIOUS. Roasted corn + roasted tomatoes + sautéed onions + sautéed mushrooms + ricotta OMG. Everything is fresh and the workers and owner are all very friendly, kind and helpful :) A must eat!!

Seriously I love their pizza. I'm not saying that as a comparison you other chipotle style pizza places. I'm saying that as a comparison to all pizza places. Their pizza is so freaking good.

i used to go here all the time in Ft Lauderdale..please please tell me that I have found my perfect pizza place once again..that would make me so so happy..can't wait to call them tomorrow to see if this is the same place and if they are open..I will drive there tomorrow from Ft Lauderdale..please..so hoping.

To me this is my favorite pizza. Perfectly thin pizza and the toppings are perfect. Blaze pizza has nothing on this place. Will definitely keep going back.

Tried flash fire tonite with my wife and kids, it was quite the good experience; the mozz salad was really unbelievable, I’ve had salads costing twice as much that didn’t compare. Bottom line; fresh ingredients, prepared properly, in a clean and airy location. I’ll be back.

Amazing pizza and awesome modern place. They have so many different choices and toppings and I love how you can customize your pizza. I had the BBQ chicken pizza and it tasted delicious!!!!!! The seasoning on the pizza was outstanding and I couldn't stop eating it. My husband had the Buffalo chicken and the spicy ranch base was yummy. We will definitely be back when we're in Fort Lauderdale next.

Always a must visit when I am in fort Lauderdale. The pizzas here are incredible. I have a tough time deciding what to order because they are all so good. For fresh made to order food, the prices are reasonable, and the service quick. The staff are always friendly and bring them pizza to your table. PS. If you go on Tuesdays between 11-2 you get 2 pizzas for the price of 1!

We've been coming here since their first week, last fall. First of all the staff is great, especially the GM , J. Of course the most important is the food and it's hard to knock what they have to offer. $9 gets you a super thin crust pizza with about 40 toppings to choose from. Most are included but there are a few " premium" items as well. All the sauces are made in house and much to their credit they are valiantly attempting to have an herb garden....I hope they have better luck than I did. The best thing about Flash Fire, you can have whatever kind of crazy, whacked out pizza your heart desires and you don't have to share it with anybody. They'll even burn it for you..just the way I like it. Great job guys! !

Very impressed with this place. We walked in with a soccer team at 8pm so we had a very big order. The staff was friendly, efficient, and our pizzas were excellent. I tried both the Truffle and Carnivore pizza and both were great. I definitely recommend this spot.

I was craving their mac and cheese pizza so I went in for lunch. Ooey gooey cheesy crunchy. Yummy. They make them fresh on whatever type of crust you prefer. You can create your own or order one from a selection of delicious choices. Very fast, very hot and very fresh. The place is clean. The parking is easy. Staff is friendly. Great for a quick and satisfying meal.

We are traveling through town, just starting the night. This place was an a-may-zing find. We got the burrata pizza, so fresh, so delicious. They also had a gluten free crust option, which was great for the kiddo. The guys make it right there in front of you, kind of like a Subway, but 100x better. The atmosphere was friendly, inviting, and easy going. And I must say, I loved the hand washing station! I wish this place was in my home town, I would be in once a week!

Best pizza in town, it's like going through the line at chipotle or subway getting it just right. All chopped up small (like I like it) add many ingredients without up charge if you look at the cards. It's fast and good thin crispy crust fresh, great service, owner is so nice and what a value. Fantastic individual size pizzas made right in front of you. They have a nice selection of pizza recipes, or you can choose your own - much like your favorite burrito joint. Their salads are also good. And they have a decent selection of draft beer.

This is my new favorite pizza restaurant in South Florida. The quality of their ingredients, mixed with the freshest dough, and their build-it-yourself style make this a fun place for any occasion. They have a great wine and craft beer selection, homemade local deserts, and the friendliest staff. Try the Hot Italian!

I'm really not a huge fan of personal pizza places, but Flash Fire is the exception. The staff is friendly. The ingredients are really fresh. They have a pretty solid beer and wine selection. Give it a shot... you won't be sorry.

I Have been looking for a good pizza restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale that had a good gluten free pizza crust. This place is top notch. Very generouse with the portions. A little on the expensive side, since you only get a personal size pizza, about 6 small slices, for around $15. But overall I would highly recommend them and will be returning frequently myself.

Best pizza in town. Thin crust the way a pizza should be. At a very reasonable price, created while you wait in front of you, with ingredients of your choice. Ask for the amazing "one topping special" including a salad and a soft drink

Food is really Good ! Their pizzas are made from scratch and also all the vegetables are made in the store ! Everything is fresh me and my girlfriend actually enjoy it and for sure we will be going back anytime soon.

We were invited to Flash Fire Pizza by our church as a fund raiser, had never been before but came in with high hopes. We were not disappointed. Walked in the door and the scent in the air had our noses twitching, hoping it tasted half as good as it smelled. But did not taste half as good as it smelled, it was better. Probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had. My wife and I, as well as a good friend, all ordered the Craft Your Own Pizza, which starts at $9. There are plenty of toppings to choose from at that price (a few that may add $1-2). We all three chose ourselves our favorites and watched Big Mike build our pies, talking us through our first visit. Manager Miguel made sure we received excellent service, our pizzas arrived quickly and done just right. The place is interesting, well decorated, great staff and incredible food. We cannot wait to go back and try something else.

Went here while I was on vacation with the family. It was perfect. The staff was really good and helpful. The pizza was great. They even had gluten free for my young son. All the pizza is personal size which is perfect and just the right size thin crust. Not overly filling. We were the first ones in and by the time we left it was packed. A must go with family and friends.

Pizza was great. I created my own Pizza, and it was ready very quickly. Staff is great and kind. Elliot is a boss, he handed me the pizza and utensils as well as napkins without me asking (which I needed)! Nice place for a hang out as well. Definitely recommend!

Another create your own pizza place. You pick your dough, sauce, cheese, vegetables, and meat. Or they have a list of suggested pizzas, create your own salads, and sandwiches. Cooked in a wood fired oven so a very crisp crust. Fast and reasonable for a very good pizza.

I choose the truffle arugula pizza with roasted jalapeños and it was a great choose light crust thin crust with a easy chew and I little of that coal oven kinda crisp to it the mushrooms was truly truffle and cheese was light aswell yet rich and cheesy with red pepper flakes and jalapeños the arugula was the perfect addition to balancing out the pizza giving a more fresh and gourmet flavor in each bite I wish I ate it slower 😋

What a fun new place for pizza! All of the pizzas are "personal" size, but seem to be about 12 inches. It was an easy two lunch size. The decor is nice. Clean and modern with pots of fresh herbs and big bins of fresh veggies which ultimately end up on the pizzas. Some nice jazz plays in the background. You start with choosing your sauce - traditional, Alfredo, pesto, etc. then, it's on to the cheese station. There you'll find the traditional mozzarella, parm, Romano and feta, but also ricotta, Gorgonzola and others. Next, it's veggies, which range from roasted squash to roasted corn, cucumber, artichokes and more than a dozen more. Meats are next. Meatballs, pork, chicken, sausages or whatever sounds good. Everything was fresh and generously applied. Less than 5 min. later, your perfectly fired, crunchy, thin crust pie is brought to your table. You can enjoy it with an assortment of design your own soft drinks, beer or wine. My only issues were that the ricotta needed some salt and my chicken was just a bit on the dry side. They were also out of some of the toppings, which kept it from being 5 stars. However, unless you opt for premium ingredients, like steak, you can pile up your pizza for $8. Not bad at all. I'm definitely a fan!

I ordered a vegan friendly pizza with pesto , it was ok a bit on the dry side , they where a bit skimpy on the toppings I wanted and had to ask continuaslly for more. I also find it a bit in the over priced side. But overall worth going every so often

This restaurant has been “coming soon” for over a year, they had plenty of time to perfect the process. Pizza was good, cheesy bread was bland. Menu on wall is not near register where you order, which makes it challenging to know what to order, toppings etc. They ask what type of cheese which I found odd since options are not listed, mozzarella I guess. Would have been nice to see a list. Place was empty and two pizzas came out at very different times. While waiting for the second pizza, food runner came over with two items and asked if we ordered them. When you order they give you a number you place on the table, system seems pretty foolproof, yet they managed to mix it up, cannot imagine what happens when it is busy. Stars a result of operational challenges not food quality.

So I tried the Flash Fire Pizza today using the free pizza coupon from Facebook, and I had their Prosciutto pizza. It was a good, tasty pizza, but I think it was a bit dry. It had no sauce but instead a garlic paste which was tasty, but it could have used more cheese to counter the lack of sauce. Also the prosciutto isn't cut into smaller pieces so you can enjoy it in every bite. Instead each pizza slice had an entire thin slice of prosciutto on it so you had to tear into it to leave some on for the rest of the slice. Otherwise you may eat it all on the first bite. Even a rough chop would have helped prevent that. It was also topped with arugula which I like, but I felt they put too much on it. It wasn't cooked down onto the pizza which to me was a miss. Adding the arugula near the end of the cooking process would have added a nice, pepperry flavor, and adding near the end versus the beginning would help maintain a freshness component to the greens without wilting them too much. The cost of their pies are from $10-14, and they are all 10" personal pizzas. They also have salads and sandwiches, and happy hour on select beers. Their staff is very friendly and the location is immaculately clean. I'd consider trying it again if I'm in the area, but I likely won't go out of my way to visit. There are better pizza places around for the portion, cost and overall flavor and ease of eating.

If u like cauliflower crust then this place is great, just a bit pricey. I was bit upset that I asked how many wings come in an order but it was way more than I was told. Thats not the problem, I ordered 2 orders, so I paid an extra $11.95 for an order I didn't need. Also $3.00 for a bottled water was a bit much. But I will say the wings and the cauliflower pizza I ate was amazing and if I got back it I will bring a bottle of water and order just the pizza

Pizza was average. Toppings were good and fresh but the Mac and cheese I was looking forward to was awful. Was hoping for cheesy noodles baked in cheese. Instead I couldn’t taste the cheese at all. I kept searching around the box for the cheese and it was very plain.

Pizza was ok but very small. Didn't expect a regular priced pizza to be a personal sized . My 12 year old ate it and was still hungry after. That should say it all.

It's just ok. Pizza made on some kind of pita bread not like real pizza. Staff is young and doesn't feel like real pizza people. The place has a corporate feel and could be anything. I'm 47 and work out regularly but the guy brought my pizza and said, "here you are young man". Cleary he's out of touch. I'm not that old.

Overall I was disappointed. I can summarize this fast causal restaurant in one sentence. This is a wannabe blaze pizza with higher prices and less included options. Pizza was alright. Prob 7/10 Not happy about the clarity / transparency in additional cost of meats and topping options. Build you own should mean just that. Not build your own of these limited & cheaper options only. This really rubbed me the wrong way. Will not be back likely or recommend this place going forward.

The relocated Flash Fire is finally open, but no point in going :-(. Heartbreaking really. I used to go like five times a week when they were in Fort Lauderdale. Often only thing I ate the whole day was lunch and then dinner at Flash Fire, but the new format is bad. Used to be like going to Chipotle or Blaze with the assembly line format which allowed you to get the exact right amount of each topping you wanted. Now, you tell them at the register and hope for the best. Menu doesn't even mention you can get specialty cheese for extra but if you ask it's possible. Sadly the ingredients which used to be the best are now generic junk like at a Papa John's or something. It's no longer gourmet pizza. No more premium mushrooms. Jalapenos, but not fresh sliced... Pizza was under cooked and almost no sauce. I used to love that spicy sauce. I used to tell anyone and everyone who would listen how Flash Fire had the best pizza I'd ever had, which given I've been to Italy and lived in NYC for 15 years was saying something! I may never bother going back sadly. Perhaps if I'm right near by and hungry I'll give them a second chance. If management need to fix and increase margins, they should increase prices and go back to the quality ingredients and old assembly line format. I'd be a regular despite being a 40 minute drive away, even at double your current prices if you went back to quality pizza instead of the low quality stuff you are serving now. My girlfriend and I used to check twice a week to see if you'd reopened yet, and now finally a year later you're open but the old Flash Fire is dead. They do give you large portions and it's a decent price. Deserves more than one star. If you enjoy low quality but cheap food it's still worth checking out. I'm heartbroken since I loved the old format with the high quality ingredients. Sausage sucked. Bacon was good though. Crust was better than at Blaze pizza. I don't like how you need two hands for the soggy Blaze crust. However, I think the crust changed too at the new location. It's good but didn't seem as good as at the old location. The greatest pizza place I'd ever been, heartbreakingly is still gone. This new restaurant doesn't deserve to be called Flash Fire, it tarnishes the good name of a craft pizza bar that no other restaurant could match. May the real Flash Fire rest in peace. I'll never forget how amazing your pizza used to be.

One of the worse dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food quality is absolutely terrible, and borderline inedible. Every single ingredient this restaurant has chosen to serve should be thrown away immediately. The red sauce tasted rancid, the cheese tasted 2 weeks spoiled, and the bread tasted incredibly stale. If you thought the service might make up for the terrible food? You’re horribly mistaken. The employees are rude and rush you to make a decision on what you’ll be eating. There were ZERO other patrons inside the restaurant (for good reason) and I was still being rudely rushed to order my food. After I ordered (mind you, it took me less that 1 minute to make a decision) the general manager raised her voice condescendingly (see image of general manager below.) I asked her to please not raise her voice at myself and my family. I literally could not believe a restaurant would treat a new customer this way. My family and I will never be going back to this restaurant, and recommend you never going if you don’t want to get sick and treated poorly by the very rude staff.

I ordered a.pizza it took an 1 1/2 to get to me it cost me $17 and it couldn't feed 1 person let alone 2 never will order again from them and the home made sauce taste like it was from a jar

Wanted to love this place. Went three times, and today was the worst. Only 2 people staffed the entire place at lunch, so not only did it take a long time to order (even though it was not busy), but they burned the pizza to the point of being inedible. I will not go back. Blaze and MOD get my business going forward.

We ordered two of their pizzas through Delivery Dudes, and they were just awful. Undercooked and just basically uneatable. Maybe dining in at the restaurant the pizza is better, but I will never order for delivery again.

Delivery orders can only be placed online. The restaurant menu has items that are not in stock. After 1 hour of waiting, I get a message that the order was modified or cancelit. refund of money in three business days. rude useless service manager!!!!!

Definitely do Not go here!!! We drove 30 minutes to go there for lunch because we had a buy one, get one for free sandwich and we wanted to try them out. The lady there was rude and said they had "No Steak sandwiches, No Buffalo Chicken sandwiches, No Parmesan Chicken sandwiches" and this was at 12:30 p. m. right when lunch starts! The place was even totally EMPTY!!! There are Only 4 sandwiches available so she said our only option was a Meatball sandwich or a plain piece of chicken! What a Total Joke of a restaurant!!!! She even made a Rude comment about me having a coupon and I didn't even remove it from my pocket so how would she know that I had a coupon? Total Scam to send out coupons just to bring people to your restaurant and then claim that you have "NO STEAK, NO BUFFALO CHICKEN, NO PARMESAN CHICKEN "!!! Worst restaurant in Boca Raton and Very Rude Worker!!!

Used to go all the time and the pizza, but service is getting terrible. Underpaid teens who don’t want to be there? Have the decency to update hours at least! It’s supposed to be open until 8 pm, but yesterday they didn’t serve me at 7:35pm. Rude mgr said that after 7:30pm is takeout only! Terrible, non accommodating folks. Never again

We were in the area so decided to try their pizza and wings.. can't say we were impressed. We had the Prosciutto Pizza (bottom was black) and Garlic Parm wings. The Prosciutto was whole slices as someone else mentioned, which would've been better if it was cut into smaller pieces.. but allow me to get to the real concern.. the employees need to wash their hands!! I was in there for apprx 20-25mins as I waited and not once did the 2 young ladies wash their hands! They were on the phone, writing tickets, one was constantly smoothing her hair then grabbing fresh gloves and putting them on to prep food! I understand that the food is uncooked at that point so it's ok to touch with CLEAN hands, however not once were their hands considered clean. Please tell them to quit slacking.

This is one of three places to eat at the airport in Ft. Lauderdale. It’s 2 pm no sign nobody in sight. Girl comes out says she’s on break for 30 mini. I said I’ll be fine then so you just open and don’t serve people. Disgusting work ethic.

I’ve had absolutely horrible experiences at this establishment. The staff are very unprofessional and won’t even let you use the bathroom even if you are a paying customer. I bought a pizza here and needed to use the restroom and when I went to ask they replied that I need to come back with someone more responsible. On top of that, they don’t let anyone sit in the back of the restaurant because they think you are up to something suspicious. You are also not allowed to get a water cup even if you have made an order. The staff are very snappy and show no care for their customers. On top of that, the food is very pricey and not worth it. I would rather eat at a papa johns or a dominos. As a student who has never disrespected any of the workers here I have no idea why I am being treated this way. I feel very discriminated against. All of my friends feel the same. Don’t eat here if you want to be respected.

I have been eating here for a couple years now and i’ve seen the staff change over time. Honestly, there pizza is isn’t great and takes way to long to prepare. Their service is a knockoff Blaze Pizza and is way over priced. Over all the staff and service is horrible. They roll their eyes when you walk in and immediately have an inexcusable attitude. They are impatient when you’re ordering and are purposely not helpful. They don’t let you use the bathroom. Once your done with your food they kick you out and if you don’t leave they threaten to call the cops. They don’t hesitate to yell or curse at you. After a couple years of being a loyal customer, I am done with dealing with the quality of this institution. Honestly, I would give a zero if I could.
