The only Burger King that hasn’t messed up my order!! And the drive thru lady was sweet as sugar 🥰

Delicious 2 for $4 egg biscuit. Everyone had on gloves and a mask during the whole preparation. Thats how it should be and not even during just covid. Mask n gloves if ur cooking.

I was at Bradford PA , to drop off my son at the university after thanksgiving holidays. It was after 8:00 pm , snowing and cold . The staff was super nice and cordial , also had a sense of humor. Not only did they do that, but they also gave complimentary shakes to my 3 daughters who delighted in getting them! That look on their face and how tasty those sandwiches were completely made up for it! Truly excellent customer service. Love my local BK team! ❤️

The food was great, except for the tomatoes on the Whopper. It's the end of summer, and tomatoes are red and plentiful....why was mine small and almost green. Not even close to what was on the sign posted over our table! Staff was pleasant and very busy.

Regular Burger King. Bathroom only has one toilet so that's slightly inconvenient. Food was good and fresh.

The impossible Whopper was amazing. I thought some of the customer service was lacking but it was late day so its understandable.

Always love me a flame broiled Whopper and hot salty fries and onion rings. Hubby likes original chicken off the fryer with cheese.

Went through the drive thru at 10 am on a sat and it seemed fine. Short wait and my order was filled accurately and courteously. I stop here once every few years and use the drive thru and have never had any issues.

They are pretty good. Once had an issue where I asked for No Mayo and for some reason I only got the bun covered with mayo. Don't really understand how that is a possibility. Anyway other than that they have been good to us.

The food is good! but if you're trying to get "fast food" be prepared to wait around 15-20 mins for your food. I love the food, otherwise I wouldn't waste so much time there lol. I really wish they would speed it up a little bit. I went there with my grandma last week and we waited a ridiculous amount of time for the food. At least it was hot! I mean, we waited a long time and people who ordered behind us got their food first; and we ordered 2 Double Stacker Meals is all! The worker who brought out our food just threw the tray down and didn't apologize for the wait, nothing. All right then. This was last week or two weeks ago. Besides that, I now only go through the drive-thru. I've had a few girls at the drive-thru window and they've been super nice to me. Efficient workers really make a big difference! Wish they'd do something about the sour-puss worker that threw my tray of food down though. Ah well, you can't win them all I suppose. Keep up the good work! just please live up to the name of "fast food" :)

Never really wait long, food always hot. Only had one mistake in the many times stopping after getting groceries and it was a simple miscommunication. Easily fixed. Always a favorite to get a quick bite.

This BK is better than the one in a big city I just moved from. They make your food pretty fast, it’s hot, and it’s usually made correctly.

Only had coffee, but it is obvious, from the menu and interior design, that Burger King is up scaling. I haven't been in one in years, but this one was nice. The coffee was far superior to the coffee I had yesterday, at the Tim Hortons next door. I am traveling and places to get coffee are somewhat slim pickins 'round here. My assessment, based on just this visit to this particular store... Burger King > Tim Hortons.

I ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger, she even said plain bacon cheeseburger and she got it wrong still. The person who cooked it made my order wrong and it was quite annoying.

You're always messing up the orders. Because we aren't that far away and retired we order there a lot. I could go on and on to the mistakes they have made but not taking the time. Ordered tonight for 4 of is. My other half got home and discovered only half there order that he ordered. So of down the road again to get the rest.

Food is great but, they can't get the order right when I get it from door dash. 2 double bacon kings next time burger king, not 1 double bacon king and 1 single bacon king.

Usually good hot food, always clean. But-- the Manager seems to need some coaching on people skills. First he started giving my wife a hard time about forgetting to add bacon to her sandwich til I stepped over from drinks area. He was yelling at employees constantly & running like a chicken with it's head cut off. Complaining about being busy, ect. Then while I'm getting ketchup-the dispenser was empty-- told him about it-what a mistake!! He started barking at me he knew it but was just too busy to tend to it. Then as we got our food and left the line, the guy ordering after us got into an argument with him over what sauces were available for his sandwiches!!! He and his party sat near us and confided in what an A****** the manger is. Yelling at employees in open public, treating customers like that is not acceptable. Yes it was busy--no excuse for that behavior. If ya can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Terrible!! I didn't get the breakfast burrito that was part of my meal. My sausage egg and cheese sandwich only had egg on it and my sour dough sausage egg and cheese only had sausage on it.

Best place to go if you want to pay for food that you only get half of. Then when you try calling about the irder only being half filled they dont answer the phone. Place is a joke.

Claimed the water filter system wasn't working, therefore no fountain drinks. We had sweet tea, which wasn't sweet and was very weak tasting. The sandwiches we had were like as if they were last week's burgers only barely reheated.. Not going there again. Dubois restaurant is alot better.

Terrible staff. Very rude old man was yelling at his staff and costumers. The soda machine had no syrup when I informed him he said those machines are working and nothing wrong with them. He didn't even check the machine! The way he treats his staff is terrible. I would of walked out. Not coming back here just because of this man!

My mom and I went here today she ordered a raspberry milkshake and it had Oreo cookie crumbles in it after she told them no chocolate and they said the crumbles was dark mint. She called to make a complaint the guy on the phone was saying and I quote "that is not chocolate those are Oreo crumbles" which was the whole point of the complaint. He was accusing my mother also of claiming the purple part of the shake was chocolate syrup my mom never once said anything about chocolate syrup. Dumbest most ignorant people I've ever encountered at a fast food place.

This was the worst Burger King experience that I have ever had the person at the drive thru was not pleasant from the beginning and then he got my order wrong at the same time making me pay extra for something that I didn't receive. This was a terrible experience

Not good review from me. I hate when I go to Bradford Burger King and order food and it is given to me cold because it has sat under the lights. I would NOT serve food to a customer that I myself would not eat! I know it’s fast food but seriously I’m spending $20 or more give me fresh HOT food. Happened again today at lunch, cold food and asked for extra Mayo and nope didn’t get it. Come on BK make your customers happy!!

It’s a BACON and CHEESE Whopper Jr. I didn’t order extra bacon or cheese. They said they fixed the issue. I just looked at my account, but it wasn’t fixed! So tired of being over charged by businesses (now BK is on that list). Cheated yet again! It’s only appx $5.00, but how many people daily is this happening to? Check your receipts before you leave. Another place I’ll NEVER return to!
