Tuscan Kitchen - Seaport Boston Reviews
Every thing was wonderful. The bartender was lovely and attentive but not overbearing. The food was delicious! I was told the ravioli came 4 but only for 3 for $17! Delicious nonetheless but i wish there was 1 more bc it was that good!!! My friend ordered a panini like sandwich and it was massive! We shared a bottle of the frenzy Sauvignon blanc. We spent about $140 with tip included which I guess isn’t that bad considering location, ambience, food and service. I’m excited to come back again! Perfect for a quiet lunch at the bar which is what we wanted. Kings next door was doing way to much
I celebrated my 30th birthday here last night and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond!! The food was absolutely delicious and drinks were amazing too!! Plus those limoncello shots were top tier! Our server was so attentive and kind and made my birthday extra extra special! And shout out to Joe the manager, he was one of the nicest people ever and runs a smooth, amazing restaurant. The decor was also out of this world. Thank you Joe and Tuscan kitchen for ringing in my 30th birthday and making it truly the best night ever!!
We came here because of friend’s recommendation for the $1 oyster happy hour. We liked the oysters, but what made us visited twice a day was the cocktail - SUPER DELICIOUS! 🤩 (yes, twice because we decided to stop by for another drink before we ended our day) We tried the Smokin’s Peach, Dirty But Classy and Me Lychee - great presentation and great taste (not too sweet, not to “alcohol”) I can’t speak for the food cuz I didn’t dine here, but the oyster and truffle fries are really good. Highly recommended if you are looking for tasty and good quality cocktail.
I had my wedding here last month in the Toscana private dining room. We only had 28 guests, so we were able to fit everything all in that room, ceremony and dinner. Throughout the planning process, Olivia Sacco was extremely informative and organized. I had no doubts leading up to the event that everything would be exactly as we planned! My husband and I were able to take some really nice photos in the restaurant’s bar/lounge area that perfectly fit the vibe I was going for. I have had multiple guests tell me it was the best wedding food they have ever had! We had dined twice for lunch before the wedding; each time was excellent. I would highly recommend the lobster ravioli and risotto, but I loved every single thing I’ve tried! The service is excellent, the space is beautiful, the location convenient. It’s very accessible for parking and for getting up to the restaurant (second floor). 1 seaport garage takes you right into the building the restaurant is in and there is an escalator and an elevator, which was very convenient for our guests. I would highly recommend Tuscan Kitchen Seaport for a meal any time or for a special event!
Im from NY .. so i had to take the time to write a review and give you all fives.. let me start by saying it was Saturday night and the place was PACKED !!!! The restaurant is really beautiful!!! We went in saying we are not eating fish. We both got fish!! The swordfish, delish!!! The salmon, perfect!!! The food is delicious, fresh and AH-mazing !!! Our waiter and another one that helped us was WONDERFUL… i love when i ask about a dish and they are honest and descriptive and helpful. He even helped us find directions!!! No pictures because we ate everything!!! Lol Best meal of the trip
Very friendly and welcoming staff. VALENTINA was amazing and was efficient with refills and checking in while respecting the flow of a conversation. Owner/ manger came over which was very kind and friendly. My friend is in an electric wheelchair chair and staff moved with ease to accommodate, so definitely accessible. Such a good time, we could stop talking about Tuscan days after. We visit different restaurants in Boston every month but vowed to come back sooner than later. If you want fine dinning experienced with food made fresh, intential vibe ( space, location, furniture, spacing, music)and friendly non over barring staff we discovered at Seaport Tuscan Kitchen. And yes, I've been to other restaurants in the seaport. Keep up the good work Team, it does not go unnoticed!
I miss living on The North Shore. Like an ache. Had one night in Boston & booked a table here for the seafood tower. Just in case, I put a note on the rez to alert me if that was not going to be available. They called a week before, the menu was changing. But were going to make the tower for us anyway! Not only did they not make us feel high maintenance the night of, management came around more than once to ensure we enjoyed it & to express their joy at being able to make it for us. As you can see, we didn’t leave much behind.
We recently had the pleasure of dining at Tuscan Kitchen, and we must say, it was an exceptional experience. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. The manager and staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every need was met throughout our visit. The steak at Tuscan Kitchen is undoubtedly one of the best in Boston. We were particularly impressed by the attentive service, as the staff checked in frequently to ensure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Tuscan Kitchen to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Boston. With exceptional food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere, it's a must-visit destination. I would give them a rating of 5 stars without hesitation.
I wanted to share my excellent experiences at your restaurant. I have visited six times in the past couple of months, and each visit has been better than the last. The staff, music, and decor are all top-notch. It's a fantastic place to bring out-of-town friends for a god time. Additionally, I want to specifically commend Joe, your General Manager. His hospitality is exceptional, and he truly makes every guest feel like the restaurant is their own. Thank you for consistently providing such a wonderful dining experience. Best regards, Adam Haddad
I had a wonderful experience at Tuscan Kitchen! The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. A special thank you to the General Manager, Joe, for the warm welcome. Our busser, Juan, was very attentive and consistently checked in on us, which we truly appreciated. And our waitress, Anna, was absolutely amazing — polite, generous, and had such a great attitude. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the outstanding service!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Tuscan Kitchen at the Seaport, made even better by our server, Milly. She was incredibly attentive, polite, and efficient, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the desserts were truly decadent—an amazing way to end the meal. Milly’s excellent service really elevated the entire experience. We’ll definitely be back! The food and service were lovely, and I would have given five stars across the board if not for the atmosphere. With both a DJ and the house music playing at the same time, it became quite loud and made it harder to focus and enjoy the experience.
I came here for dinner over the weekend and overall had a very good experience. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented—I especially enjoyed the seafood pasta, which had a nice balance of spice and freshness. The burrata appetizer with pomegranate seeds was also a lovely combination of creamy and refreshing. That said, the portion sizes were huge. While I appreciate generosity, I personally felt the dishes were a bit too large for a restaurant of this level, and I ended up leaving a lot of food behind. For me, slightly smaller portions with the same quality would have made the experience even better. Of course, some people may love the “big plate” style, so it depends on preference. The sangria I had was very refreshing, and the service was attentive and friendly without being overwhelming. The atmosphere was lively, with a modern open kitchen that adds a nice energy to the space. Overall, I’d recommend Tuscan Kitchen Seaport if you’re looking for bold flavors, excellent seafood pasta, and a fun dining atmosphere. Just come hungry!
The atmosphere was very cozy and lively. Our waitress Valentina was phenomenal! She’s an exceptional employee, was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful with recommendations. The pasta on the cheese wheel was absolutely amazing! Perfectly balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection the truffles gave it the perfect flavor touch, the portion was really generous my friend and I had to share it. If ever in Seaport again I will definitely visit again and of course look for Valentina again. The only reason it got 4 stars was the Tuna Tartare overall it was good it could be a little more flavorful.
Good food and great service. Cocktails were great too. The restaurant was as empty on a Saturday night so that made it feel a little weird but we had a great experience otherwise.
Tuscan Kitchen has great ambiance, the service was excellent, the resting was very clean. The portions were small and expensive for the portion size. The vegan selection was limited beyond the staples, salad, Avocado toast (one slice), etc. The pancakes tasted more like crepes. But really nice overall!
Celebrated Valentine’s Day at Tuscan Kitchen and we really enjoyed our time here, our server (Diana) was phenomenal. Our favorite bite of the night was the shrimp scampi. It’s a small dish but so rich in flavor. Our steak could have been better but this isn’t necessary a spot I would think to come to for steak. My only critique would be that we ordered passionfruit margaritas and it was not a good margarita; perhaps we should have stuck to one of their staple drink menu options.
Food is ok but not great. Portions are small for the price. The waiter had an attitude and acted like an English butler with an attitude.
This was my first time to a Tuscan Kitchen and certainly to this location. I don't know if they were short handed or not but for a restaurant of this caliber the servers were not attentive. We had a few apps, one was mushroom toast which was amazing. Others tried the avocado toast and prosciutto melon and enjoyed them both. I had chicken Caesar salad for lunch and was disappointed. It was not tossed, I had to cut the lettuce. The chicken was off to the side and it was on a flat plate so hard to mix once I did cut the lettuce head to bite size pieces. Others liked their meals but overall we were all disappointed with the service. We also ordered a "Bucket of Bubbles" which was a cute arrangement of mimosas but not a bucket as described. No biggie, they were still yummy. I wish I took more pics of the food. Beautiful establishment.
With so many authentic italian restaurants, this is definitely not one of them. Apps were pretty good, crab cake, shrimp scampi, arrancini. The scallops were not seasoned at all and the risotto it came with was not good at all. Watery and tasteless.
The food was alright but very overpriced for what it was. But you’re in seaport so that’s expected. The pasta dishes were decent, and the brick chicken was cooked well but pretty bland. Caesar salad was okay but the biggest robbery was the portion of chicken pictured was $14 extra! Basically half a chicken breast for $14. Also for the salad being $15 off the bat, you’d think they could at least fill the plate with lettuce. The salad pictured was $29 total… Nice vibes in there but would not go back
